It doesn't have to be complex, just something you love.
Cooking and creating a meal or just a quick and easy snack isn't as hard as it is portrayed to be.  Society see people that cook a lot and that cook well to be in a different class in the kitchen. But if you take a look at what they are actually cooking and the technique they're using it really isn't that difficult.  For example: - A Steak with a potato hash and roasted veggies. Its as simple as chopping up a couple of potatoes, mixing them with a little bit of egg and seasoning with your choice and pan frying it untill its golden brown. Cooking a perfect steak!!!!!!! TIMING IS EVERYTHING.  Time the steak, 3 mins on each side in a searing hot pan will cook the steak untill medium rare.  Its really not that hard, So have fun in the kitchen, don't be afraid to experiment with flavours you like.. Just remember You can never make a mistake in the kitchen, only create new normal's.

Just because Winter is around the corner, doesn't mean we have to hide under a rock and indulge in fatty comfort food.
A good way to remain healthy during the colder months of the year is to incorporate fruits and vegetables into your every day diet. Things like: - Vegetable Soup - Organic pasta with a tomato sugo and Roasted Vegetables - Stuffed vegetables (With minced meat and rice) - Seafood hot pots. - Grilled chicken with quiona and vegetables  These are just a few ideas.  Ill be updating my page with just my inventions of the next couple of months so you don't put on all the extra Winter weight before Summer is knocking on our door.
