The 9th and 11th Doctors are opposites. The 9th Doctor looks and acts all rough, grumpy, and would probably cry should anyone bring up his trauma while the 11th Doctor acts like a ball of sunshine with a storm of rage waiting to be unleashed at the slightest provocation.

The 10th Doctor is just the slow tragic transformation between the two.
