Vanessa and Kenzo enjoyed a much-needed date night. They ate good food and drinks. The night ended with dancing in the street at 4am, as if no one was watching.

Vanessa confronts Kamarni

Vannesa busted into Kamarni's room and confronted him for sneaking out. Once she calmed down, she explained that the girl he snuck out to meet with was his God sister that he hadn't seen since they were kids.

Kamarni felt silly and disgusted with himself for not knowing. Thankfully they didn't do anything much more regrettable.

Vanessa received a bunch of missed calls and a voice note from her ex-best friend who she's been having nightmares of. Although she wanted nothing to do with her, she acted on Kenzo's advice and listened to the voicenote.

To her surprise, Selena taunted Vanessa and informed her that Kamarni had snuck out to visit her daughter, Tania.

Vanessa was furious!

Nightmare

Vanessa had a nightmare of Selena, her ex-best friend, who was the reason why they got divorced. Her panting and sudden bed movement woke Kenzo. She confided him about her dream and he eased her mind telling her not to worry.

take a nap with infant

this mod allows your sim to take a nap while hugging the infant.

requires the growing together expansion pack and the xml injector

a new action, "take a nap with baby," is available in the "baby care" category.

to use this action, have a sofa or living chair nearby. when you click on the action, the sim will automatically go to the appropriate object to start the nap.

here’s what the full animation looks like:

please note, there may be a small clipping issue at the beginning and end of the animation.

male sims have the same animation, with a slight adjustment in leg position.

buffs:

if an infant has the "hates being carried" trait, they will not receive the buff. similarly, an adult sim with the "hates children" trait will not receive the buff.

Brothers day out

Kamarni and Malakai spent the day together to talk about girls, school, university and the death of the family cat.

Being out of the house gave them time to mourn without their younger brother, Kyree, seeing. They were being brave around him.
