You need to pack bond with other sentient things so you don't become unsocialized and neurotic. You are biologically inclined to seek dopamine and become sick when chronically stressed. "Hedonism" is made up to place moral value on taking pleasure in sensory experiences. I am telling you that if you don't let yourself be a fucking mammal, as you were made, you will suffer and go insane. No grindset no diets no trying to be above your drive for connection. Pursue what makes you feel good and practice radial rejection of the constructs meant to turn you into a machine. You're a mammal.

there are no words that adequately convey the extent to which i do not care about the so-called men's mental health crisis. every single theory i've seen put forth about why young men are joining the far right or becoming radicalized online is entirely unmoving to me because the reasons given (insecurity, loneliness, feelings of persecution, resentment for being correctly identified as belonging to an oppressor class, etc.) never include "abject hatred of women", which is one of the most obvious factors, and the reasons are never wholly unique to boys anyway (as if young women aren't insecure and lonely as well) and yet you don't see droves of girls becoming alt right freaks. well i simply don't care about those men and i don't feel sorry for them at all.

Fun thing about football right now is that there's a move called the "brotherly shove" that the Eagles do when they're very close to scoring, where the whole team puts their hands on the ass of the guy with the ball and physically propels him over the line into the endzone for the touchdown, and all the other teams' fans hate it because it's got such a ridiculously high rate of success for the Eagles and doesn't really seem to work for any other team. People are straight-up calling for this move to be banned, claiming it's "unstoppable" and gives an "unfair advantage" but it really and truly is a skill issue. The whole league hates this move because it only makes the Eagles win more often and nobody else can figure out how to do it right

An aquarium in Japan was closed for renovations, and their resident sunfish got depressed not seeing visitors. So the staff put some uniforms with printed faces against the tank, and it immediately recovered.
