jungle trek DONE. a crazy 6 hour trek up a volcano, a swim in a crater, another mini hike to get back out of a crater, all topped off by some relaxing hot springs (and a cheeky homemade cocktail)

just got back from the most wonderful trip to costa rica. 14 days that felt like months and months...started in the capital: san jose. slightly grubby city but with a lot of character, filled with old buildings and bustling with people.
