Doing more advanced SEO strategies will help you get there but you will need the expertise of an experienced SEO expert.

The reason you don’t want to risk your site is because if you do some bad linking, it can bite you in the ass later. You run the risk of getting de-indexed from Google so if you are reliant on your website for solid, long term rankings, get an SEO expert. Don’t leave your site to someone who knows little or nothing at all about SEO. A penalty can take many months to recover from. Just a thought.
