A Lover’s Kiss (Risotto Nero x Reader)

    Risotto had not always been an affectionate man. Caring, yes, and softer around you than he was with others, but rarely affectionate. At first, you’d both took things slow; after all, with him being busy with things from his job, you’d both never actually gotten the chance to speed things along.

Even with the few months or so that you two shared as a couple, things had never gotten past light touches and the occasional peck on the cheek. You never pushed or pressed him about it, instead settling for the hand holding and cheek kisses that he gave you.

    And yet - you still wanted more. You and him had been seeing each other for a while, otherwise you wouldn’t feel such an intense want to have his lips on yours instead of your cheeks as he greeted you when you both met up with each other. After a fairly good date at his house where you’d both eaten dinner, you ended up sitting on his couch as he cleaned up in the kitchen. It was then that you decided to ask him about it. You had been perfectly prepared to ask, the question just about to leave your lips until he walked into the living room, looking about as handsome as ever. You swallowed the question down, a wave of nerves suddenly rushing over you.

    “Dolcezza, is something the matter?” he sat down next to you as he looked at you, slight concern evident on his face. “You’ve been quiet for most of the evening; that’s very much unlike you. You’ve also got this look on your face as though something’s bothering you.” Your eyes met with his for a brief moment before you looked away. He could be observant when he wanted to, you noticed.

And yet you couldn’t pinpoint what exactly had gotten you so nervous. Maybe it was because you were afraid he'd get offended, or that he'd become even more withdrawn, you didn't know. But you figured it was now or never.

"Yes, tesoro, everything's okay, but...I was wondering...why you don't exactly...kiss me?" You felt your face heat up as the words left your lips, embarrassed. This is stupid. You thought to yourself. He's going to think I'm being stupid! Why did I even bother to-

Your thoughts were cut off as you heard him let out a small chuckle. "What do you mean? I kiss you all the time!”

“I know, Risotto, you do...but you’ve never kissed me on the mouth.” The burning in your face intensified as you stared down at your hands. You sighed as you continued, still not looking at him. “It’s just, I really like you and I love it when you hold my hand or give me a peck on the cheek, but it’s never been any more than that. Is it because you’re not comfortable with that yet or something?” You were silent for a minute, preparing yourself to go on. “I mean, I totally get it if you aren’t! I’d just like to know now so that I-”

You stopped yourself in the middle of your sentence as you felt one of his hands come under your chin, tilting your head up so that you would look at him, his intense crimson eyes studying yours.. A small smile tugged at his lips as he looked from your eyes down to your mouth, his gaze lingering there before looking back at your eyes. Of course, this hadn’t gone unnoticed by you, your heartbeat quickening and your face flushing crimson.

“You know, amorina, if that’s all that you wanted you could have asked,” He leaned towards you, pressing his lips to yours in such a tender way that it left your legs feeling like jelly, even though you were sitting down. His lips were soft and warm, and you moved your hands to gently cup his face, closing your eyes as you did so. Risotto tensed for a moment at the unexpected touch, relaxing as you both continued to kiss each other.

Almost as soon as it began did it end, the both of you slowly withdrawing from each other as silence hung in the air. A slight hue of pink dusted Risotto’s cheeks, you noticed, committing the image to memory. He almost looked nervous as he searched your face for any reaction indicating you just enjoyed the experience and that you weren’t at all uncomfortable.

“Well!” you exclaimed, cutting short the silence. “I’ve gotta say, if I’d known you kissed that good, I would’ve started this way sooner.” You gave him a smile, and his face lit up, a soft smile turning up the corners of his mouth.

“Then I hope you don’t mind if we do that again,” he said, leaning towards you to go in for another kiss. And you let him.

While Risotto was not always an affectionate man, you couldn’t say you minded when he decided to let his soft side show around you every so often.

Hello!! Can I get some cute h/c's about Rohan with a fem s/o who likes to draw too?

Sure, anon!!

Since drawing and being a mangaka is his career, Rohan takes it very seriously - so when he finds out his s/o likes to dabble in the arts for fun, well…don’t expect him to be gentle with his criticisms when said s/o shows him new art they’ve made.

Expect a lot of advice about art being thrown your way, whether or not you asked for it. He’ll tell you what colors would look best for the current painting you’re making, how to make your lines less wobbly when you ink, or how to draw poses more realistically would be the most general advice he’d give almost all the time. And feel free to ask him for help, too- it secretly fuels his already massive ego when his s/o asks him for art advice.

Dates at the park!! Since having first hand references helps a lot when drawing, he’ll invite his s/o to go to the park with him to draw people, trees, flowers, ect. There’ll be a lot of quiet on these dates, though, aside from an occasional comment he might make while looking over at s/o’s sketchpad.

Beams with pride when he notices how much progress his s/o makes when looking back at their old art before they were dating. He’ll attribute much of this success to himself, though - without him, how else would they have become so talented?

Rohan likes to draw sketches of his s/o while they’re intently focused on their newest art project. He thinks the face they make is so adorable that he absolutely has to get it down. It’s all for his own future reference, of course (or so he tells you!)

He loves it when his s/o draws him fanart for Pink Dark Boy. Although when you present it to him he may be outwardly criticizing small mistakes you’ve made or how you could’ve made it better, on the inside he feels flattered that his s/o would dedicate their time and effort to make something like that for him.

Sure, anon!

Although Oku doesn’t really get what goes on with student council, he still supports his s/o!

He gets worried when his s/o gets notably stressed with student council duties, but he knows that they can pull through.

Expect a lot of encouraging words from him; Okuyasu may not be the best at comforting but he does what he can.

He will offer to help s/o with things like homework (he tries his best!) or other things. 

He likes to take his s/o out for ice cream and to the park when they have free time to help them with stress.
