             ‘‘ i want to trust tony stark, ’’ words are spoken in a low voice, fingers laced with light pink sparks examined with a dull gaze as Wanda pondered her next words. a sigh; “ but, ” fingers curl to form a fist, nose scrunched as words are spoken with a hint of annoyance in her tone. “ he makes it so… so difficult for me to find any reason at all to put my trust in him. i understand now that he was not directly at fault for what happened to my family all those years ago, and for the first time, i did not view him as i had when i was a child.” lips purse; her mouth drawn to a thin line. her gaze travels away from her hand, and her attention is instead focused on the synthesized man positioned not too far from where she sat. 

             “ when pietro was killed, i blamed ultron; he was the one who took my brother from me. through my stages of grief, i sought someone along with myself to put the blame on— that person being stark, for giving into his fears and creating ultron. now, stark has me locked away in this compound, like i’m some sort of… human weapon– as if i would go out of my way to bring harm to others if i did not have someone to babysit me.” her last sentence is spoken with a hint of venom in her words, She takes a deep breath; allows herself a moment to calm down before proceeding to ask what’d been lingering in her mind for the longest time, her eyes meeting his for the first time since she’d begun speaking. “ tell me, vision; why did you sign the accords, and why should i ? ”

IMAGINE THAT.  a synthetic being such as himself, regardless of just that, somehow mustering up this feeling of dread------this aching. there is something else in the mix. he is not the most confident in what this mixture births on his own, but it makes him want to comfort her. these conflicts within their band of so - called do - gooders often only crossed him as trivial; nothing more than bumps all humans will undergo sooner or later, again   &   time again,   &   like all conflict, it will affect all. but to be quite frank, it bothered him most when the scarlet witch’s well being is put on the metaphorical silver platter by the majority of them, that he would always develop this burning---itching yearning to resolve things with all his might. his chest rises  ---  he couldn’t explain why if asked, but followed by such, lips part, taking a moment to form the words.   ❛  mr. stark is difficult on .... many accounts.  ❜

    ❛ i believe that  ------  while it isn’t very apparent, mr. stark is .... damaged. he hides. he would much sooner die before anyone but himself is brought face - to - face with his demons. it does not excuse any of his actions. by no means do i intend to free him of any deserved blame. you have every right to be wary of him  ---  but humans  ....  they become drastic when they can handle no more. sometimes they lose themselves. ❜    he isn’t the most formidable with replicating human emotion on his own face, but he does try his hardest so that his voice may make up for it   ---   that somehow, the monotonous ranges would pull through, reverberating all of his deeper intentions. regardless, he does do his best giving her the most sincere look he can manage, even if changes in his features seem slight.       ❛ i cannot allow for harm to come the Avenger’s way.  someday, they will regain their freedom, but authorities are cautious and resorting to drastic measures.  we simply cannot afford trying our luck this time.  if we can protect you, i must have hand in it.  without proper footing  ....  we cannot begin to move forward. ❜
