Change Management
The caterpillar changes to a fluttering butterfly. The cocoon is a turning point to deviate from the past and look into the future. Past methods and old ways will no longer yield results. We have to look into new ways of doing things. And that is where change is meaningful.

Bhutan is a very small country on earth (2.5 B$ GDP). He says it is sandwiched between two big countries India and China. Just listen to the PM on the holistic economic progress they are making. Just look at the small constitution book he is showing to the public. Such a small book. And the kings and PMs of this country retire on their own by 65 years of age. And the people can impeach the Prime Minister. Awesome !!
Just look at the kind of programs and efforts they are carrying to protect their environments. He says their country is not only carbon neutral but it is carbon negative. Wow !!
Economy, Education, Entertainment, Environment, Ecology and Enlightenment are not different things. They all are not tight water compartments. They are all interconnected. They are all interdependent. What will do with enlightenment when you do not have environment or ecology? Let us think of our children. Let us not just share stories. Let us dream together to make the earth a heaven and a living legend.
Awesome PM. I salute you and your people for all the great efforts. This is also a new thing that you are also focusing on the Gross Happiness Product (GHP) and not only on the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Thanks :)

All the above figures talk of Rajan’s performance and they are encouraging. GDP is growing. Inflation is falling. Interest rates are falling. All these look good. But, where are the jobs? Why farmers are committing suicide? Where is the drinking water? The above figures do not have the figures of bank defaulters. The above figures do not also have the amount of scams and frauds taken place during the above period. These missing figures should also be plotted against the above figures so that a true and realistic picture of the economy emerges. As per the recent survey of the Labor Ministry, employment generation in eight key sectors, is at seven year low of 1,35,000 jobs in 2015. That means we are totally dependent on the Gods for everything. You may be right Mr. Rajan when you say that India is a case of the one-eyed king in the land of the blind.
More than 85% of the GDP goes to some 15+ business groups in India. More than 85% of the people in India earn less than Rs. 85,000/- annually. We need to focus on holistic growth so that the common man grows and feels happy. Good economy means the common man is growing and is feeling happy. The common man is crying Mr. Rajan.
PS: Above figures are from Times of India, 16th April, 2016, news titled - Rate cut depends on raindrops: Rajan
