Ever since I started physical therapy school I have been forced to become a morning person lol. These are some habits that have helped me enjoy mornings more, prevented me from wasting time on my phone first thing in the morning, decrease stress and anxiety, and overall helped me function better for the rest of the day. Hope these ideas help some of you guys like it helped me!

i love using this video as meanspo. sometimes im midbinge and suddenly remember a clip from this and my hunger disappears instantly. it feels so much more personal and real and raw and relatably applicable to me when you actually hear someone say it out loud as if they were talking directly to you. new fav meanspo!! need more like it for sure!!!
