think of it like this: maybe we weren’t meant to be more than a handful of moments. laughter, whispered secrets, touches no one was supposed to see.
I remember that one time you reached for my hand and I pulled mine away because in my head it all became too much. truth is I am so sorry I never explained why I could not let you hold me. I was so afraid of letting you get close. what if you saw all the dark places, all the times I cried myself to sleep, trying to remember what I was fighting for? what if you saw my fear of losing control? what if you asked why I always ran when things seemed good? you probably wouldn’t listen if I asked you to because I ruined what we had, but please know I’m sorry for the way I always held back and hid behind that superior smile. It was me that drove you away and I know it’s my fault, all of it is. because I knew once I’d give a little piece of myself, it’d all be lost to you because I never learned how to love only a fraction or a half, I only ever knew how to give everything I had until all I was left with was nothing at all.

Love should make you want to slow down moments in your mind,

Love is a four-letter-word for the ultimate peace inside.

Love should turn A-B-C’s into                                Do-Re-Mi’s

Love is the memories you never leave behind                                                               & Love should not weigh you down,                                                                  but lift you up - leaving no load behind.

Love should invigorate your thoughts and enliven your mind,                 Propelling your thoughts towards Happiness

Love is a never-ending cycle of Joy                                                               Because it’s not just an emotion,                                                                                 but a Christ-oriented lifestyle choice

So, though, Love may come like waves ~                                          In peaks and troughs. 

                                           ‘Fear not’ for in the boat of Christ you are steadied &   more than able to weather any storm.

So, even though Happiness may come after the long, hard  rainy season.                     Through Christ your endurance and assurance is ever-increasin’

So let your love be patient &

So you too can thrive

Happiness

It's one of those things that's impossible to fully capture merely using words Happiness, to me It's a state of mind It's a daily decision It's a lifestyle choice It's also a place you must always choose to go, Force yourself to visit and Be determined to remain In all honesty, it's truly indescribable What l've come to realise is that, It must inhabit, possess and own your heart I find happiness in God For he is my strength and stay Happiness and love should be interchangeable Synonyms Pairs Two-of-the-same-kind I chose happiness I will continue to choose happiness I will always choose happiness Because there's no place like home and if l have happiness in my soul, Then happiness will be my, HOME. SWEET. HOME.
