GCD: Mercedes Jones.

Mercedes Jones is a major character on Glee. Mercedes was the first student to audition for New Directions. At the beginning of the series, she develops a close friendship with Kurt Hummel and a strong rivalry with Rachel Berry. At the end of Season Three, she reveals that she accepted a recording contract at an indie label and moves to Los Angeles where she attends classes at UCLA. She occasionally returns to McKinley to mentor the younger students as a vocal coach. In Season Five, she moves to New York to work on her album and rekindles her relationship with Sam Evans. However, she and Sam break up again because their lives are going in different directions. Mercedes goes on a mall tour with Brittany and Santana, promoting her album. GCD: Kitty Wilde.

Kitty Wilde is a major character on Glee. Kitty is an alumna of William McKinley High School where she was captain of the Cheerios and a member of the New Directions.

Kitty is introduced as a mean popular girl who is disliked by almost everyone. Kitty manipulates and bullies Marley Rose making her believe that she has a weight problem, while pretending to be her friend. Because of this manipulation, Marley ends up developing an eating disorder, which comes to breaking point in Thanksgiving, when she faints at Sectionals. Throughout the season, Kitty slowly becomes more open and friendly, apologizing to Marley and becoming an active member of the Glee Club. GCD: Tina Cohen-Chang.

Tina Cohen-Chang is a major character on Glee. Tina was a series regular up until Season Six, where she became a recurring character. She is an alumna of William McKinley High School, where she actively participated in the school's Glee Club and was one of the New Directions' original members. She currently attends Brown University, and is best friends with Blaine Anderson, Sam Evans, and Artie Abrams. At the beginning of Season One, she pretended to have a stutter, which she claims to have started when she was younger, to push people away due to her shyness. Now, she appears to get along with most of the other members in the Glee Club. Since Season Two onwards, her character seems to become more confident and outgoing. In Season Four, she develops a feisty, sassy personality, that continued in Season Five and Six. She is also the winner of 'Diva Week' in Diva. She won Prom Queen in Tina in the Sky with Diamonds.

GCD: Quinn Fabray.

Lucy Quinn Fabray is a major character on Glee. Quinn was the girlfriend of Finn Hudson and was one of the most popular students at William McKinley High School. She was President of The Celibacy Club, the captain of the cheerleading team, the Cheerios, and a member of both The God Squad, and New Directions. She was also in the prom court in her junior and senior year. Her life took a drastic turn when she became pregnant with Noah Puckerman's, Finn's best friend, baby. She lied to Finn and tricks him into believing that she got pregnant when he ejaculated prematurely when they were in a hot tub. The truth eventually comes out and Finn and her break up. GCD: Rachel Berry.

Rachel Barbra Berry is a major character on Glee. She is a Tony award-winning musical theatre actress. She graduated from the New York Academy of the Dramatic Arts (NYADA), after getting a second chance at her degree, following her decision to drop out in Bash. She is an alumna of William McKinley High School as of Goodbye. She was the first ever captain of the school's Glee Club, the New Directions, having later recruited Finn Hudson as a co-captain in Mattress. She was one of the three major self-proclaimed divas of the club: the others being two of her closest friends, Kurt Hummel and Mercedes Jones.

Rachel is a very driven and ambitious young woman. She was raised by her two gay fathers, LeRoy and Hiram Berry, and was able to meet her biological mother Shelby Corcoran, the former coach of Vocal Adrenaline in Theatricality, due to the efforts of her now husband, Jesse St. James. Rachel is very competitive and often flaunts her "diva" behavior by demanding the spotlight and being the center of attention, due to her dream of performing on Broadway. GCD: Brittany S. Pierce.

Brittany Susan Pierce is a major character on Glee. She is an alumna of William McKinley High School as of All or Nothing and New Directions. She is a former member of the school's glee club, the New Directions. She was the senior class president for the school year 2011-2012.

She is bisexual and she dated her best friend, Santana Lopez, the former co-captain of the Cheerios, but they broke up due to the obstacles of a long distance relationship in Season Four. She was in a relationship with Sam Evans from Swan Song, until All or Nothing. She has also been in a relationship with Artie Abrams, which started between Duets and Never Been Kissed and ended in Rumours. GCD: Santana Lopez.

VISIT this FOR THE GIF... Santana Diabla Lopez is a major character on Glee, and is alumna of William McKinley High School as of Goodbye. She served as the co-captain of the Cheerios, as a member of the school's Glee Club, the New Directions and was previously a member of the all-girls second Glee Club, The Troubletones.In Season Four, she started school as a student at The University of Louisville where she had been given a full scholarship in cheerleading. However, in Diva, it is revealed that she dropped out prior because she didn't enjoy what she was doing there. In the same episode, she moves to New York and becomes roommates with Kurt Hummel, Rachel Berry, and Brody Weston, who is living there with Rachel and Kurt at the time.
