Since today is St Nicholas Day, I thought it might be nice to give you a fitting picture. The statue is part of the altar at Malostranský chrám sv. Mikuláše.
Huge thanks to @lesoldatmort who told me I should visit this church because I would have walked past it without further notice otherwise. There will be more pictures at a later date, I am trying to post in a mostly chronological fashion so I don't miss anything /).(\

There are actually two churches in Prague that are dedicated to St Nicholas. Both of them are baroque. Malostranský chrám sv. Mikuláše you can see here is almost right under the Prague Castle though while Kostel sv. Mikuláše is situated at the Old Town Square.
I took pictures of the interior at both churches and each one is pretty in their own right.

The Pražský orloj is so beautiful. I love the stars under the tiny roof.

A STROLL THROUGH TOWN
I took a walk through town on the second day. Just to explore and get a feeling for the city. The architecture is absolutely mesmerising. The Prašná brána was the first tower to pass for the coronation processions of the Czech king. It marks the start of the Royal Route to the Prague Castle overlooking the city.
