Kimchi avocado toast yesterday morning �� this is honestly such an amazing combo, when I first experimented with it I couldn’t believe I hadn’t thought of it before. I used Sunja’s medium spicy cabbage kimchi (it’s so good, I think I ate the whole jar in 3 sittings) which is vegan! A lot of kimchi has fish sauce in it so be sure to check ingredients if you don’t want any animal products!
