the US is about to get a lot scarier over the next 4 years for a lot of people. please remember the second amendment exists, arm yourself and research the laws in your state re self defense / stand your ground / castle doctrine.

even if you aren't cisgender or a minority, please still research these laws. the panic used to demonize your peers will be turned on you at some point regardless of your standing. there have been an unconscionable amount of cases in recent years where cisgender men and women have faced violence and near-death experiences on the basis of somebody thinking they were trans.

this panic used to demonize trans people is only going to get worse and worse as time goes on due to the new administration. trans people aren't the only ones that will be at major risk due to this, please also keep in touch with family that may have immigrated to the US.

please look out for your friends & family and keep safe, stockpile hrt if you have to. there are countless resources available for those looking to DIY and i'm willing to help people out if needed.
