Today's rule is regarding being a public nuisance. You might think that the law of the land should allow you to be as annoying as you want to be in a public space, but that's not true! If you annoy Walker too much he WILL put you in solitary for an amount of time of his choosing. I have no personal experience with this. Of course.

So if Walker starts looking irritated, stop whatever you're doing. Maybe run away.
