When you’re doing your exercise, you can be thinking, “I hate exercise.” Or, you can think or say something like, “I am strong” or, “My body is working with balance and flexibility.” Or, “I stand for success and move forward with positive anticipation.” Or, “I love my body.” Or, simply use your mind to observe and experience what you are doing and feeling rather than dictating stuff. But please don’t stick to “I hate exercise” if it shows up for you as an option. Practice looking for things to be positive about and feel good about and you will tend to be positive and feel good.

I can not stress it enough:
IT IS NOT A DIET, IT IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE!!! I absolutely hate when people are like “oh yeah you can’t have that because you’re on a diet”. No. I can have whatever I want, I don’t want that unhealthy food because I’m changing my life by loving my body and fuelling it with what it needs. Okay? Okay.

Only 1½ week of working out consistently again and I’m already noticing a progress. Not weight wise (which I’m not expecting since I’m still eating like crap), but strength wise. So that’s cool :D I’ve been doing yoga every day and bodyweight every other day. And of course, walks with the dog.

Hardships are just another lesson from the universe to fight through. You can do this. Breathe deeply, ground yourself, then move forward.

Your current situation is not a reflection of who you are. Your circumstances do not define you. Always remember your core value as you work on creating a life that matches your true identity. Don’t let your surroundings lull you into complacency. You are capable of wonderful things.
