We’re on a mission and we need your help!
The battleground for business today is people power and this is our call to arms. It’s time to kick down the cubicles, take the “BS” out of business and put the buzz back in the corporate corridors.
Our ambition for Get Involved TV is to be a place where we ALL share real stories about employee engagement and change management, to pass on cool ideas and anecdotes, or just create a well-deserved respite and tickle you for 2 minutes of your working day.
We really want your thoughts and opinions on what’s being said here. If you’re facing your own challenges get it out in the open, or if you like someone’s comment then let them know. The idea’s to create a community where we all pull together, where we share our experiences and develop our thinking.

What do people do all day?
Earlier this year we ran an interactive workshop at a Melcrum conference for 200 Senior Communications Managers. Our objective was to demonstrate the power of face to face communication, how to capatalise on face-to-face opportunities, to have fun and produce a useful tool for the attendees.
The result of that session provided the content for this animation which we produced – hope you enjoy!
