Since finding a good therapist about a month and a half ago, I've been feeling better than I have in a very, very long time. As I'm sure you could tell from some of my older posts, I was not in a good mental state earlier this year. I haven't been in a good mental state since I was in school, tbh. But nowadays? I'm starting to actually make progress towards taking care of myself and getting out of the house more. And I feel proud of myself. It's weird to not hate myself after what feels like half my life.

I've still got a ways to go, but for once I'm actually hopeful for my own future.
