Wahoo on the up! 🙌 I've been struggling with the inner critic this week. It's something we all have to battle with along with the sea-saw of life's ups and downs. Today I reminded myself that in order to recognise the highs we have to ride the lows. Sometimes you've got to slow down and appreciate the small things. Here are some things I noticed on my walk this evening: the tree casting a gaint shadow, a duck enjoying a bath in a puddle, the cherry blossom outside the fire station, the colourful 'weeds' outside the garden centre, a sparrow resting between spikes on the barbed wire and the hoots of a couple of doves calling to each other from a top of the lampposts.
