𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐛 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐂 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭

Caleb who immediately makes time to help you move out when you told him over the phone that you got the apartment

Caleb who gets a little sad as he enters your childhood room seeing how its full of packed boxes now

He starts reminiscing about all the memories shared in your room as he takes down a poster of your favorite band

Caleb who is carrying most if not all the boxes out the house to the truck and into your new home

Soon as you try to get a heavy box he’s using his evol keeping you away as he picks it up

“Caleb I could move them myself you know.” You’re glaring at him as you’re stuck in the air. Only thing you’re happy about is the view of his backside in that white tank.

“I know pips and I don’t doubt you for a second, but let me be useful to you.”

He inspects your new apartment checking over everything making sure it’s all good

He’s putting together any furniture you got while you sit and read the instructions

He insist you cool down and drink water even though he’s been doing most of the work

You go through the box holding all your plushies and at the sight of the red apple plush he knows he wants to get more for you

Anything to give the feeling of his presence lingering

Caleb who orders your favorite food to be delivered that night

You already know with how late it’s getting that he’s staying over with you that first night at your apartment

You lie with him on your mattress and he’s holding onto you like he doesn’t want to let go

Caleb who’s secretly scared if there will be more of a distance now between you two. After all you’re moving to be a hunter and he’s already busy being a fighter pilot.

He wants to stay longer than just one night and help you fully settle in and decorate your place but he has to go back to Skyhaven

He doesn’t leave until he takes a polaroid picture with you leaving it on your new nightstand

Caleb who reminds you that if you need anything to call him

“Remember you can call me for anything.” Caleb stared down at you as he was about to leave.

“I know, Caleb.”

“Like if something breaks…”

“You’ll fix it. I know.” You nod knowing he might break out into a lecture.

“Or if a neighbor bothers you…” He goes on and on.

“I’ll have my DAA pilot visit them of course.” You say it in a light tone but for him it’s not a simple joke. He wants you to know how quick he’d come back over for you.

He sighs pulling you in for a tight warm hug. “I’ll always be here for you, pips.” His head leans down to yours as he presses a kiss to your temple.

He leaves that day not knowing you’ll find a new source of comfort in the silver haired blue eyed man that lives on the floor above you.
