Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! Halloween is one of my favorite holidays so I thought to write a small lil thing for all the mondstant characters! (Well it was meant to be small but now we have a full multi chapter story so HERE WE GO)

Summary

As little kids got dressed up for Halloween, excitedly waiting for candy and treats galore, Klee only had one thought in mind: To finally defeat the monsters and save Mondstant!

Of course, not without help from her best friend!

May we have some Zhongli x Xiao relationship headcanons please 👉👈🥺

Of course!! We love our two immortals in this household! <3

-Both of them are so reserved that they are never public with their affection. At all. It’s to the point some who know of the two don’t even know that they are dating. 

-In private, they still aren’t touchy. Affection is quiet but warm. Both love the peace that is between the two when they are alone. 

-Zhongli has (somehow) bought a room in the Wangshu Inn. Conveniently it’s one closest to the balcony Xiao typically is found at.  

-Because Xiao is an adepti, he is one of the only people Zhongli can freely talk to about his troubles as an archon. It ranges from how some in Liyue is slowly wishing for him to be far less involved then he is to more trivial matters such as why is mora such a hard concept for him to grasp for an archon that basically is the god of business

-Speaking of mora-dates in places such as restaurants always is a disaster. Xiao hating humans isn’t one to partake in human affairs such as restaurants but sometimes does so anyway because of Zhongli’s fondness for the food. Another unfortunate thing Xiao doesn’t partake in however is mora...something that Zhongli also has trouble partaking in. 

-Both now, unfortunately, have a reputation in restaurants

-Because of this their favorite dates are in places with basically no humans such as the Jueyun Karst. Yes they have to fight monsters for some piece but that is no issue for them because of their powers. 

-Their favorite thing to do is to go at night and onto a cliff, both sitting down and silently taking in the sight of the land that barely changed since ancient times.

Ok- so I don’t see much x reader’s for Xingqiu- sooo can you do some hedcanons for him with a tall reader- I want to hold him while he reads bro- anyway I love your work!💜💜

-At first, Xingqiu did not cuddle with you, however, he did take note of your height and after a suggestion to come to sit next to him while he read, he somehow tricks you into cuddling with him

-At first, they were platonic cuddles but you both began to slowly fall in love and eventually, a confession was made

-”You know, I wouldn’t mind if we became lovers, what do you say?”

-Of course, you accept his confession, which brings a smile to his face

-The cuddling only increases, you wrapping your arms around Xingqiu, and him leaning on you, as he continues to read his book that you also read over his shoulder 

-Of course, he asks for other things only your height can give him, such as lifts (the boy is surprisingly light so it is not really a challenge for you!) Xingqiu much to his friends amusement loves to be lifted by you which you have no obligations to most of the time

-”If I run to (your name)’s they will most certainly always catch me.”

-”Xingqiu no I’m holding tea-”*cup breaking sounds*

-Sometimes’s Xingqiu falls asleep in your embrace, book in hand and you have to carefully bookmark his book (no dogearing in this household) and carry him back. He is a seemingly deep sleeper so there is no use in trying to wake him up. But if you do put him to bed and don’t join him again in cuddling he conveniently ‘wakes’ up and asks for you to cuddle with him again.

-If you do cuddle with him after putting him to bed he again conveniently shifts to a position that is most comfortable for the both of you

Chongyun ALWAYS bathes with cold water- As in so cold till even cryo enemies freeze. Once Xingqiu finds his bucket full of water for bathing, and is shocked by how cold it is. So like a good friend, he then proceeds to heat up the water for him!

Later when Chongyun grabs his bucket and pours the contents on his head-

-SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

DJDJDH OH NO CHONGYUN,,,

-Xingqiu one evening lent Chongyun his bath as he was on the road for quite a while, he decided to check up on him, but only realizing that the bucket was far from ice cold-it was enough to freeze someone!

-Now Xingqiu knows very well about his condition and while he understood why it was this cold he was genuinely a bit worried the boy is going to one day experience either his first frostbite or another fever with how bad it is. (Plus he would never miss an opportunity to prank his friend)

-So when Chongyun wasn’t paying attention he took the pot and heated it up comfortably warm before sneaking it back to its spot.

-Chongyun, completely clueless about the change dumps the water into him while rinsing and...oh boy, I think we all know what happens next. 

-In short, Chongyun saw red. And Xingqiu while quietly snickering couldn’t help but be happy that his friend wouldn’t suffer any fever tonight.

May I ask for some Venti/Zhongli romantic HCs? I do like to think Zhongli’s (Kinda Spoilers?) Rex Lapis because of all the hints and all wuhdhdjd. Other than that thank you so much!!

Honestly I totally believe that! This also interests me since (small voice line spoilers) there’s a voice line in Venti’s where he refers to the Geo Archon as a “brutish blundering baffoon” and says he read that from an epic poem but knowing Venti he probably was the one who wrote that poem,,jffhjjdf

-Venti and Zhongli from the moment they met through the traveler knew their true identities. There was a flash of understanding and through that understanding they were drawn to eachother

-At first that was just a desire to understand what happened since the thousands of years they last met. Through that they slowly began to be reminded of each others personality

-While both were very wise in their own way, Venti was far more carefree then the moneyless yet smart Zhongli. Yet their differences complemented each other. Venti had a grounded individual to rely on in case he went too carefree and Zhongli had a carefree and free lad to remind him to let go and be more casual. Plus with the fact both were immortal, it should have been little surprise they fell in love

-I feel like Venti being so brave yet carefree would be the first to confess. Zhongli would be too focused on making everything extravagant and fit for a god for the confession but Venti would while drinking some wine casually yet genuinely tell him that he fell in love

-”Like the birds spreading their wings, I too sing my confession of affection towards you.”

-Zhongli, a little flustered and surprise that their feelings was mutual just silently nods and says he felt the same way for awhile

-Venti cheekily says he knew and listed each preparation Zhongli was making much to his unending embarrassment 

-Their relationship went slow as they began to understand each of their romantic boundaries more. Their love languages were very different given how Zhongli was gift giving/receiving and venti words of affirmation. 

-Yet they both understood this and made sure to show their love to each other in these ways. While Zhongli would give Venti gifts that made him question why he wasn’t broke yet, he would throw compliments and “I love yous” as well, making Venti practically float. Meanwhile, Venti would make poems and songs after Zhongli singing his praises, the gift making Zhongli feel extremely touched. 

-Venti is of course the affectionate one, holding hands, hugging, throwing both of them into the air and stay their in flight whatever would make Zhongli flustered he would do! In return, Zhongli would be more intimate with his affection, hand holding under table, cuddles in their homes, so much so that while many would ask Venti if Zhongli would ever show affection to the boy, Venti just  grins and say he shows more than enough

Amber gaining a major crush on Aether and being horrible at hiding it

OOF sorry for the impromptu absence I have been ironically busy playing genshin impact so lets start this party back right up with this cute prompt!!

-Amber works in the woods, and while she does talk to people often due to being a knight that does not stop her from being awkward

-I mean the first time she met Aether she straight-up word for word quoted the Knight’s Handbook! How embarrassing

-Everything from Stormterror to strange encounters with Aether went by rather quickly for her, and while due to the danger of everything she should be grateful, she felt herself become sadden instead. 

-Why was that? She had no idea, but with the promise of him coming back every once in awhile she couldn’t help but notice her heart skipping a beat

-During Aether’s visits, she slowly realized she had gotten a big crush on him, and while extremely embarrassed by the thought, and extremely confused on what to do, she has no one to really go to as he fears it could get into dangerous hands like Kaeya! And...uh...Kaeya!

-Now with every visit she could feel herself getting more and more nervous, however she wasn’t called the best (and only) Outrider for nothing! She was going to win her crush over! She just has to figure out how! -Unfortunately for Amber at this point everyone knows about her crush, even Aether himself. There was no hiding it from him,  especially with more analytic friends to help him realize that her red face from just shoulder touches and averted eye contact and stutters when all Aether asked was if she wanted to go to lunch together was not by her hating him or her being sick but love!

-So the next day when Amber presented Aether her specialty: Outrider’s steak, he immediately accepted it and told her he liked her too, a confessing Amber was obviously not expecting from her flustered face and desperately trying to deny her feelings

-But when she gazed over at Aether’s sweet smile, she let out a sigh and said she was glad.

Chongyun abstained from eating hot food for so Long till he forgotten what the sensation of hot in his mouth was. When Xingqiu gives him hot candy Chongyun’s happily eating it like ‘this is so good it tastes and feels so strange I wonder waht it is-‘ and boom, alter ego out

FEJEFHJ “Huh why is my mouth in so much pain-GWAHHH”

-Okay when I think about hot candy I think about that one mouth-numbing candy I once had which is absolutely perfect for this since he would just be so happy munching away, but his tounge slowly gets more and more numb and he just looks up confused

-”Why cam’t I fmeel my tomge?” 

- “I’m not sure, maybe you’re allergic to sunsettia?” 

-Chongyun, worried that he could be allergic to something immediately stops but it’s far too late, the damage has been done. His alter ego pops out and he’s just so pissed off that Xingqiu lied to him (he normally wouldn’t be this mad but his alter ego just made everything x10 and vengeance is a strong desire)

-After his episode is over he’s outside of the city, somewhere in the mountains with Xingqiu. Strangely no monster’s are in sight for an area typically full of them and when he looks over at Xingqiu he just shrugs and smiles and Chongyun, staring in confusion until realization strikes him and he immediately tosses the candy’s back to him in a very temporary annoyance

I like this duo a lot so yes ofc!! 

-Razor at first did not like the red burny girl, after all when trying to help get his lupical meat she almost leveled their home down! How mean!

-Of course, with the next few visits, he couldn’t keep being mad at the girl, especially when she says she gets in lots of trouble so often! Solitary confinement? He had no idea what those words mean but they must be bad ones! With the guardian of the forest leading him to a journey of self-discovery he decided one of the first human-esque things to do was to attempt to help the little girl not level entire mountains down.

-This was far easier said than done.

-Razor does everything in his power to steer Klee clear from any forests, which is luckily a semi-easy thing to do sometimes given how the girl actually prefers the waters!

-Of course, Klee still tries to blow up bombs in the water, but since she prefers to eat the fish she doesn’t do it nearly as often as she would anywhere else. 

-When Klee told Razor that her favorite food was fish he began teaching her all the tricks his lupical taught him about catching fish! Even with your bare teeth! (Klee thinks this one is a tiny bit gross)

-Klee is no slow learner, days when razor and they meet up they can easily come home with a wheelbarrow of fish! At this point, Razor forgives Klee of her (literally) explosive side and began to consider her a good friend.

-Of course, one of the many things you can do as Razor’s friend besides run and hunt is to pet his head! (Or, at least you can if you ask all nicely like Klee did.)

-Klee at first would ask, but then she slowly stopped asking. Eventually, she would just start standing in front of Razor with her hands up and Razor eventually figured out this met that she wants him to kneel down so she can pat his very fluffy hair. 

-After they became very very good friends (What Klee says whenever she is asked) Razor began to...conviently look away here and there when Klee is throwing an explosion. And says nothing when he turns back around and sees the grass burning. He just hopes no knights see, or else they might both find their way in this mysterious place called ‘solitary confinement’

Chongyun absolutely LOVES eating tangyuan, but can’t eat the hot ones because of his vow- So he settles for the cold version. Xingqiu one day buys him tangyuan but it’s the hot version and when Chongyun eats them he goes UWIDHDJSJSJJXX

OH NO CHONGYUN HFHFHF

-Chongyun knew he shouldn’t have trust Xingqiu with anything food-related. The boy pranked him all the time after all! Yet here he was, a mouthful of hot tangyuan and feeling himself close to blacking out to his hot-blooded alter ego.

-Xingqiu just innocently asks what's wrong but the boy knows of the crimes he just committed and even if Chongyun didn’t know this was how Xingqiu acted he could tell from his sly smile that Xingqiu knew

-Chongyun looks at his tangyuan and well...Normally he would just throw out food right there and then when it turned out to be one of Xingqiu’s pranks but the entire reason why he trusted Xingqiu with the food in the first place was that it was one of his favorite treats and well...Even hot it still tasted really good to him so...

-Xingqiu just looked more amused as Chongyun grumpily ate the rest of the tangyuan, but slowly stepping a few steps back knowing that the lid on Chongyun’s head is about to explode any minute!

Kaeya is bisexual traveller(current crush) and jean(old crush) helped him realize this

Ah! Such a cute lil prompt. I hope it is okay with you but I wish this traveler to be a demiguy so I will switch using they and he from time to time!

-Nearly a year before the traveler appeared Kaeya had a crush on Jean. Because I mean who wouldn’t?? She is a pretty AND strong sword lady! 

-Of course, Kaeya knowing no self restraints flirted with her and she promptly but politely turned him down, mentioning that she is actually interested in someone else (Kaeya suspects its a certain librarian...)

-Months past and Kaeya is more than over the crush but of course, a certain traveler with their hungry companion walks into his life and after spending time with him he slowly has what who notices would label as a bi p a n i c

 -Jean and the Traveler both turn out to be one of those people 

-When Kaeya is asked about this by Jean he plays it off smoothly as always, adding an extra lie in there just like always. 

-Jean ofc doesn’t buy this and even says that the Traveler confided to her that they bet he could lift Kaeya without using his Anemo powers, and that he wanted to try it sometime.

-Kaeya tried to play it smooth and pretended he wasn’t about to faint  

-Kaeya in reality is confused as hell about his feelings. I mean, sure he found some of the guys around attractive but anyone with eyes (or, an eye in this case) would! Plus he only wanted to kiss SOME of them-okay, he may have some self-discovery to do. 

-Of course, both Jean and the Traveler help the man Paimon has cheekily nicknamed the ‘Disaster Bi’ through this, which was easier said than done

-Mondstant is a city of Freedom and Romance, and no one except perhaps a few who were not originally from the city cared who you love. Kaeya was the same so this wasn’t the primary problem for him, the problem was that he was a roundabout, compulsive lying idiot who tried to smoothly brush everything off rather than have others help him find his true self. Yet both Jean and the traveler was incredibly patient with him, and when he started to let his guard down more around them, that’s when he finally realized and accepted his sexuality. 

-It was seemingly slow at first but months later Kaeya along with being the brains of the knights also became a well-known disaster bi, using his smooth flirting on to get intel and solve problems on nearly everyone, not just the ladies anymore. Jean, while happy he accepted himself does not know what to think about his popularity skyrocketing in this timeframe. 

-Of course, he has not forgotten about his favorite little traveler! And get ready, when they come back from Liyue to visit Kaeya will make it a priority to be the first person that greets them back on their visit, to give him his thanks for his help, and also confess to them what he wanted to confess for awhile.

Amber probably is an arsonist without knowing, she just shoots things and bam, fire

Oh god, absolutely yes. As an Outrider, Amber works in the forest landscape every day and every day she burns down several trees while just trying to clean up a small hilichurl camp. Of course, she tries her best to stop it but she doesn’t have a Hydro or Cyro vision so there’s little she can sometimes do. A few times the higher ups even scolded her for almost burning down portions of a forest!

If you think that’s bad though consider her and the traveler teaming up. I mean think about it: The traveler probably isn’t the most skilled with controlling their Anemo powers after waking up in an unfamiliar land so just. Imagine. Amber, using her plushie to whittle the monster’s health down and setting the grass around her to flames and then the Traveler using their charge Anemo attack that just. Spreads the fire even further and nearly creating a forest fire that would rival Klee’s.

-Mun is 100% okay with character ship requests and any LGBT friendly hcs! (They even encourage it as there is a huge drought of these in this fandom!)

-Of course, traveler x character requests are also 100% okay! However if you don't explicitly say the gender of your traveler I will fall back to gender neutral pronouns

-I will only accept characters that are in the game. I am only a fan of the game but I will research into these characters backstory if I feel like it is needed to do the hc justice.
