Believe it or not, Alphys only went through 2 sketches and color palette before i got the design I wanted as i had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted her to be, mad scientist and a bit vitiligo to make her pop out a bit more, the yellow accents are carried over from Sans and Papyrus to keep a sense of connection

Mettaton’s design was thought of a while ago but never drawn, the only change is the Papyrus like face on his screen that got scrapped because i just couldn't make it work

And yes, he has 6 arms, because glamour could always use more arms, to Alphys’ dismay

This is where I got the closest to the current design, which Papyrus gave me the most trouble, the color scheme stayed the same, the only added thing was more yellow accents around the body to make them pop more

Edit: Papyrus got a bit of a redesign, mostly his scarf and pants as his silhouette looked a bit too dense for me

UNDERTALE: The Flipside

This isn’t an "Au" per say, but more of an altered reality where only weird versions of Sans and Papyrus, something like an "early build" of the undertale we know. Lank and Socket, as i’ve call them, are both early and incomplete of the skelebros and therefore can be quite different, might make an ask blog out of it, I dunno
