I always draw out my plan for my hair before I pick up the dye and start going. I'm a visual person so seeing what I'm about to do on paper makes the process much easier.

I recently discovered jam. I had always avoided it because I guess I assumed I wouldn't like it. What a way to live. Just avoiding things I haven't even tried for no obvious reason. Now having jam with my breakfast is a little joy for me every morning. I wonder how many things I've written off that could become joyful moments.
