Essence one but approaches different

All religions try to benefit people, with the same basic message of the need for love and compassion, for justice and honesty, for God can be realized through all paths. All religions are true. The important thing is to reach the roof. You can reach it by stone stairs or by wooden stairs or by bamboo steps or by a rope. You can also climb up by a bamboo pole. Such ideas are popular in today’s so-called tolerant or pluralistic society. In fact, those who think otherwise are often viewed as narrow-minded, even bigoted. What is your opinion? Do you feel that all religions ultimately lead to the same God? Does it matter which faith a person belongs to?
God, through His Messengers, has adapted His one religion to meet the needs of each age in which it has been revealed—so the major world religions are like many chapters of one book. If a chapter were missing, the book would be incomplete.
Religions are classified into many such as Hinduism, Islam, Sikhism, Christianity, Jainism, Buddhism etc……… They are different from every religion but our God is only one. God has many faces but he is only one. God is seen as Allah, Ishwar and many but he is one only one…….. He sees everyone by one eye and shower equally upon us his blessings and he equally punish wrong doer. God never does discrimination but we do that. God can’t differentiate his children but we do that. So, God is one and one…
I truly believe that all religions have something worthwhile to teach, but each of us ultimately decides what we will believe in and what we will not. It doesn’t matter what religion you are a part of, I guarantee that there are certain tenets of your religion that you disagree with. That’s because YOUR beliefs are subjective and are actually only between you and God, and no one else.
The religion you are a part of simply fore fills MOST of your spiritual needs, but not all. It is just comforting being in an organised religion where we know that everyone who honestly adheres to most of our religion’s beliefs will be blessed and allowed into heaven. In the end though, you will answer to God, not your religion but for your beliefs.
It is my opinion that Our God is tolerant of all religions. He doesn’t care that humans have devised so many ways to worship him. It is my belief that there is only one God. He is called by many names and worshipped in many ways by different religions, BUT he will judge each of us using the exact same criteria that will not be based upon any particular religion’s beliefs. It will be based upon our relationships with each other and the type of lives we lived. Until everyone recognises that each of us contains the true religion within ourselves, because it unites us all as one with God, we will never have peace within ourselves or with each other. These are the things that God will ultimately judge us by. So, worship God as your heart tells you to and search for the answers you need to satisfy the questions you have, but please “Do not blame God for man’s mistakes”.

Pilgrimage– Admirable remedy for over fastidiousness and sickly refinement
Man is a spiritual and a physical being. He was given an intellect, a free will and a broad spectrum of spiritual experiences. Man carries in himself a profound longing for self-realization. He continuously seeks this realization and what he is searching for can be explained in this manner: Man is a being who longs for peace. That is why, one can say, without a doubt, that a person’s home is where he finds ‘his peace’. The search for peace is the main motive of every human activity, and that, for his entire life.
People go on pilgrimage in the hope of finding something that this world, with all its pleasures and skills, cannot provide. The heart is ever restless and searching, ever ‘on pilgrimage’ until it finds the God who makes sense of all things and who answers all the cravings of the human spirit. We go on pilgrimage in the hope of finding or preserving this gift of peace within us.
According to the Bible, man stands between the recollection of life in Paradise and the internal need for eternal peace, promised already on earth, but only revealed in the Eternal Kingdom of God, the kingdom of peace, justice and truth. Shrines or approved places of apparitions are like stations or stopping places on the pilgrimage of life. What makes them holy, is above all the prayer and penance, the reconciliation and conversion of a countless number of pilgrims. The reason is that journeying to a holy place brings the pilgrim hope of a deeper encounter with the living God and new hope and energy for the onward journey. Just as a person who is ill goes to a hospital or clinic hoping for a cure, pilgrims journey to a shrine in the hope of being relieved of the consequences of sin and of deepening or regaining divine friendship and spiritual health.
In other words, on the one hand, man comes to the place of pilgrimage with his wishes, but burdened with his difficulties and his sins and their consequences. That is why it is necessary to make it possible for him to remember to see everything in the light of God’s love and mercy and to experience the truth of Jesus’ words calling all those who labor and are burdened to come to Him, so that He can give them rest and peace.
This is what motivates a person to abandon his everyday life and to turn towards such places. God first offers man His presence with the intention that, in his search for this loving presence, he will find Him. In the experience of this loving presence, Man will empirically experience liberation from the burdens, which accumulated on his earthly pilgrimage as a result of his own weakness and sinfulness, as well as the sins of the others. After one has experienced the liberation from the burden of one’s sins and their consequences, one should follow the experience of peace, joy, love, hope and trust and should accept the presence of the Lord in one’s life.

7 Natural Health Benefits of Making Time To Meditate Everyday
What if I told you that you have access to a tool that could essentially give you superpowers?
A few of these superpowers include better concentration, lower stress levels, and an overall clearer mindset.
The best part is that this tool is immediately accessible at any time at any place. You’ve likely heard meditation being touted as a magic fix-all tool in the health and spirituality communities, and for good reason.
We often put ourselves in a wonderful dystopia of scattered thoughts, latent stresses, and otherwise poorly channeled energies. Few recommendations are better than meditation for these woes purely because meditation is able to tackle all of them at once, and is so simple to get started.
Significantly Decrease Stress Levels
Have you ever heard of Boiling Frog Syndrome?
The premise is that if a frog is dropped into a pot of boiling water, it will instinctively jump out. If a frog is dropped into a pot of cool water that gradually increases in temperature, it will stay in until it is boiled alive. Since the change in temperature is so gradual and nearly imperceptible, the frog doesn’t immediately perceive the danger ahead.
Humans are very subject to Boiling Frog Syndrome. Humans have a natural propensity to get stressed, and much of this stress is hard to recognize at first. A sudden stressful event like a car accident or loss of a loved one is clear to pinpoint for a sudden increase in stress levels. A more subtle factor, such as a career that is no longer fulfilling, is very hard to pinpoint.
These minor stressors add up, and without proper self-care, can have a lasting effect on the human brain. Meditation offers us a perfect solace to check in and distance ourselves from the daily storm of things that may or may not be stressing us out. By bringing down stress levels, we are able to gain more perspective on what is causing us stress, and make less erratic decisions that will ultimately benefit us in the long run.
2. Supercharge Your Brain
A 2011 Harvard study published in the Psychiatry Research journal found that participants who had no previous experience with mindfulness training showed a significant increase in gray matter. This study found that in just 8 weeks, brain size increased in the left hippocampus (responsible for learning ability and information retention), the posterior cingulate cortex (responsible control of how your mind wanders), and the temporo parietal junction (responsible for empathy)
The growth of gray matter in different brain regions helps to give your brain a boost in everything from emotional regulation, learning capacity, and memory. The key to seeing these benefits is to commit to and extended meditation practice that spans multiple weeks. The time you take to meditate every day adds up and allows your brain to build this helpful gray matter.
3. Slow Down Aging
A study by Sara Lazar, a researcher at Harvard University, found that meditation can change brain physiology to slow aging. Since meditation can add gray matter and more brain cells, meditators are able to preserve cognition at a much better rate than non-meditators.
Reference Source [https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1361002/]
Meditators also have longer telomeres (the caps on chromosomes that show the biological age). To say that meditation can lengthen life may not have sufficient evidence (yet), but the stress reducing and cognitive benefits of meditation allow meditators to live more fulfilled lives.
4. Improve Your Overall Health
Meditation can naturally reduce the stress chemical cortisol. This chemical is released during the “fight or flight” response, that is often triggered by daily stressors. Unnatural levels of cortisol can interfere with memory and learning, immune function, blood pressure, bone density, and can even cause heart disease.
Along with exercise, meditation is one of the only other ways to naturally reduce cortisol. This reduction in cortisol not only allows us to live happier lives, it also prevents us from exacerbating or influencing negative health conditions.
Reference Source [https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/the-athletes-way/201301/cortisol-why-the-stress-hormone-is-public-enemy-no-1]
5. May Decrease Need for Sleep
Sometimes getting a full 8 hours of sleep is tough for some people. Strenuous careers can ask a lot from us while we are working, as well as when we’re at home. Meditation isn’t exactly a sleep replacement, but studies have found that it helps to people get more out of the sleep they do get.
Reference Source [https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2919439/]
Research at University of Kentucky found that meditation provides a short-term performance improvement, even in beginners. In the long-term meditators, multiple hours spent in a meditative state were associated with a significant decrease in their total time spent sleeping.
6. Reduce Blood Pressure
Clinical studies have found that regular meditation among ⅔ of high blood pressure patients helped to drop their blood pressure significantly after three months of meditation. With lower blood pressure comes less of a need for medication. The relaxation from the meditation helps your body form nitric oxide, which in turn opens up your blood vessels.
A reduction in blood pressure also helps to keep your cardiovascular system healthy, putting less of a strain on your heart and keeping you at a lesser risk for heart disease.
Reference Source [http://www.npr.org/2008/08/21/93796200/to-lower-blood-pressure-open-up-and-say-om]
7. Reduce the Risk of Alzheimer’s
A study published in the brain, Behavior, and Immunity journal found that only 30 minutes of daily meditation reduced a sense of loneliness, as well as the risk of a myriad of different woes including heart disease, depression, and Alzheimer’s.
Reference Source [http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/249181.php]
Final Thoughts
Many meditators recommend starting off with an intense focus on your breathing. There are also several other ways that can help get you in a calm and more tranquil state. Essential oils, for example, can help your body to naturally calm down and relax your brain, thus making it easier to succumb to a meditative state. Essential oils can be used in an incredibly wide variety of ways, start here with this Guide to Using Essential Oils for some ideas of how to begin – from aromatherapy for meditation, to calm topical applications for muscle tension relief, these are just some of the potential benefits.
The above benefits are only a handful of what meditation could possibly do for you. While it is very easy to get started, it is just like any other habit and takes some consistent practice in order to see improvements in your ability as well as these natural health benefits.

4 Tips To Improve Your Quality Of Life And Ease Your Daily Troubles
The new dawn, the new day, and the old you; sounds really bad right? Ah, so let’s change it to; the new dawn, new day and a new you. So how about improving the life quality? How should it be done? Sometimes, you don’t have to kill yourself to bring a change. A small move is enough to create a huge difference. This new year, make up your mind to achieve something entirely different. Something that is not monetary, yet blissful. Change your life and make it way better than befog. Let’s discover how it has to be done:
No more tolerating
Seriously you need to pay attention to those damaged and broken decors that need to be fixed since the evolution of the mankind. Each day you look at them and postpone them for tomorrow. What’s the point of delaying so much? Won’t you feel better if the damaged and leaking faucets turn into working ones? The scattered clothes and the unmanaged home gives a real happiness when synchronised systematically. Install more cupboards and do the needful in making your surroundings more pleasurable. Paint your home and begin with cleaning in the best possible manner.
Time management
Time management is one of the biggest reasons so as to why are you are unable to enjoy your life despite working so hard. During leisure, you either lay back eating nachos, or simply scroll the newsfeed for no reason. Use your free time in a productive way. Try restructuring everything and notice what is compulsory to be done when.
Try to remain mentally present
When you work in the office then probably the thought of your maid, children and husband urges you to go back home. And, after you reach home, you still want to work because there is a full pile of work pending over your head. What’s going on man? Had you been actually working when you supposed to do, then things would have been timely executed. Everything has its own time and place. If you keep worrying about the next domain and combine everything in a haphazard manner then there will be an intolerable chaos in your life.
Never compromise on your hobbies
So you have stopped watching your favorite TV shows and hanging out with your buddies just because of the immense workload? Please don’t ever do this to yourself. Remember;” too much work and no play make jack a dull boy”. Work hard, but party harder. Grab the stuff that makes you happy and do it even if it’s worthless. Happiness does not have a pecuniary parameter after all.
At last, never try to tell others what you are trying to do with your life. Even if you are aiming for perfection, just show as if you are trying to bring out some relevant changes. The more expectations you create in the eyes of others for yourself, the more hurt you will feel on failing. Never overdo the changes. Just a petty and substantial move is enough.

Top 7 Mantras To Attain Tranquility
Do you really think that something in this world can be a source of calmness? Is there really a permanency in searching pacification besides your own whereabouts? Umm.. I doubt. Calmness is a phenomenon when you start controlling your brain instead of vice-versa. Chant few positive mantras and recall almighty in-between your packed schedules. Gradually, you’ll attain a state of mind that is calm and eternal. Let’s ponder upon some exemplary techniques to achieve tranquility:
1. Ask yourself “why”?
As soon as you begin asking yourself the question “why”, I swear you will stop uttering those harsh words along with putting an end to those un-required deeds. The more you give attention to what you are doing, lesser you do something wrong thereby attaining a mental peace.
2. Control your anger
Just be quiet when you feel like emanating poison during the temporal anger phase. The spoken words have a lifelong impact upon the speaker and the listener. They leave a deep scar that becomes a cause of regret and restlessness.
3. Spend your resources on helping others
It’s quite nice to be penny wise, but acting miser is a different thing. You must not try to always be self centred and keep accumulating the resources you have. Spend it on others. It shall make them happy and attracted more people towards you.
4. Try to understand things
Sometimes, we fall prey to the negative situations of life. We get entangled and are unable to find a way out. In such a case just wait and try to create a deeper understanding of things. May be today it seems incomprehensible, but later definitely you will be answered why was it made to happen.
5. Be open
The more secretive and hideous you are, the more complicated shall things be for you. It becomes really difficult to battle the problems of life alone. By sharing your problems with others, you will at least have a light heart. Moreover, there are so many good people on this earth who may lend a helping hand in times of need.
6. Meditate
Perhaps, the best thing that you can do to control your mind. Mediation has a manifold power to extract bad habits away from you. It turns you in a better person and lets you generate that relentless bond with the almighty.
7. Redirect your energy
Now, this is only possible when you realise your true worth and potentiality. It is a step subsequent to meditation. Once you’ve discovered yourself, try to use your energy exquisitely. Input it in such a way where you shall reap a positive aftereffect of it.
Attainment of mental peace is the prerequisite of human endurance. If your mind is at unrest, then nothing can give you that happiness. Try to limit your desires and develop more of spirituality in you. After all, materialism is what causes real anxiety.
Please feel free to let us know about your views on the attainment of calmness.

The Third Eye Of Lord Shiva: A Source Of Inquisitiveness
Lord Shiva has a totally distinct identity amongst all Hindu Gods. He is known to be an epitome of innocence and compassion. He is the father of the universe and is known to be the protector of the world. There are many mythologies linked with him that prove how karma can catch hold of you no matter how smart you are. Just by enchanting the name of lord Shiva, a human can get rid of all his bad karmas and potential punishments.
Lord Shiva is manifested with various interesting symbols like snakes, moon, Ganga, drum and the powerful Third eye. Each symbolic of lord Shiva has an interesting storyline behind it. The third eye of lord Shiva not only represents a destructive force but also power and wisdom. Shiva rarely opens his third eye, but when he does, it is a sure transmutation; a transmutation for a betterment and eradication of evil.
After the demise of sati, lord Shiva was grief stricken and vowed never to remarry. He left his cave and went on the Himalayas for meditation. Sati took a rebirth and was all set to marry lord Shiva. But, despite all the efforts of Gods and Goddess, it was not possible to bring Shiva out of his meditation.
All the Gods together planned and sent Kama (the God of love and desire), to lure lord Shiva for Pārbati. The Kama hit lord Shiva with an arrow which resulted in opening of his third eye followed by the destruction of Kama. The third eye of Shiva henceforth represents the outright rejection of the worldly desires. He had a pure dedication to his first love that was unbreakable by any form of distraction.
Another story in which we come to know about the significance of lord Shiva’s third eye includes; Goddess Pārbati playfully closed both the eyes of Shiva and the world indulged, darkness and bewilderedness. In order to provide light to the world, lord Shiva opened his third eye. The heat of his eye made the palms of Pārbati perspire and a drop of sweat fell over the earth in form of a little child. That baby was named as Andhaka. He was adopted by one of the devotees of lord Shiva. Also, he was given a boon that he will die only when he shall aspire for a woman.
On receiving the boon, Andhaka tried conquering the world. In the midst of his venture, he chased Pārbati and got engrossed in her beauty. He was subsequently killed by lord Shiva. The third eye of lord Shiva does not signify just one thing. It has whole lots of hidden meanings behind it. The eye redirects the humans towards the path of knowledge, sacredness, wisdom and power. There is a lot to be learned from the stories of lord Shiva.

Is The Concept Of Sin Relevant In Today’s World?
Is The Concept Of Sin Relevant In Today’s World? The question which has been raised and discussed upon numerous times. It is written in the book of Genesis of the Bible. After being made In the Image of God the primary humans were formed. The report records a trade with a ‘serpent’. The serpent has dependably been all around comprehended to be Satan – a Spirit foe to God. Through the Bible, Satan typically entices to evil by talking through someone else. For this situation, he talked through a serpent. It is recorded thusly.
The impacts of Sin so visible today
This clarifies such a large amount of human life that we misjudge. This is the reason that wherever individuals require locks for their entryways, they require police, legal advisors, and encryption passwords for managing an account – because in our present state we steal from each other. This is the reason domains and social orders all in the long run decay and fall – in light of the fact that the residents in every one of these realms tend to rot.
This is the reason after attempting all types of government and financial systems, and however, some work superior to others, each political or monetary system appears to be inevitable to scrunch up on it- because the general population living these philosophies has inclinations which in the end drag the entire system down.
This is the reason, however, our era is the most taught that has ever existed and despite everything, we have these issues since it goes considerably more profound than our level of education. This is the reason we distinguish so well with the petition of the Pratasana mantram – in light of the fact that it depicts us so well.
Sin – To “miss” the Target
This is the same why no religion has completely achieved their vision for society – however, neither have the skeptical ones (think about Stalin’s Soviet Union, Mao’s China, Pol Pot’s Cambodia) – because something about the way we tend to make us miss our vision. In fact, that word “miss” sums up our circumstance. A verse from the Bible gives a photo that has helped me comprehend this better.
Terrible News of “SIN” – An issue of Truth not Preference
This dishonoured and missed-the-objective picture of mankind is not lovely, it is not feel-good, nor is it idealistic. Throughout the years I have had individuals respond emphatically against this specific teaching. There was a student at a college in Canada taking a look at a person with awesome outrage saying, “No one doesn’t trust you since you don’t care for what you are stating”. Presently everyone dislikes it, but concentrate on that is to miss the important point actually. What does “enjoying” something have anything to do with whether it is valid or not? Everyone don’t care for assessments, wars, AIDS, and earthquakes – nobody does – however that does not make them leave, and neither can forget about any of them.
Every one of the frameworks of law, police, locks, keys, security and so on that we have worked in all social orders to shield ourselves from each different suggests that something isn’t right. The way that celebrations, for example, the Kumbh Mela attract many millions to ‘wash our wrongdoings away’ demonstrates that everyone realises that somehow have “missed” the objective. The way that the idea of yield as a necessity for paradise is found in all religions is a sign that something about us is wrong. These views to be should be considered in a neutral way.

How Spirituality Can Help You Overcome Sorrow And Hopelessness ?
Tears have a sacred meaning. They do not symbolise weakness, but they are epitome of power. A single tear can have a multifaceted effect which the tongue cannot create. Tears are overwhelming messengers of deep contribution, unspeakable sanctity and grief.
The feelings of grief and hopelessness captivate all the living beings on earth. However, their intensities and overall duration varies from one person to another. One may feel that grieves are sapping away our energies thereby making it difficult for us to execute the routine tasks of the day. A tormented heart doesn’t inclines towards anyone. It feels aloof and practices seclusion most of the time. However, till when it should be prolonged? Of course we all need to kick out these feelings and replace them with the positive ones. How to do it? Let’s overpower it now.
Vent Out Completely
You would have often seen people trying to pacify you during the sad times. You might have also been told to stop your tears from overflowing. But, actually you should practice crying when something slams your heart. Never stop yourself from emanating the sorrow in form of tears. Tears are the only ways through which one can get rid of that burdensome heart and life stroking feelings.
Go Off To Sleep
Since, you have cried substantially and now you don’t feel like doing anything else, it would be better to go off to sleep. Sleeping acts as a soothing balm for the human soul. It is the best medicine for any kind of emotional trauma. Definitely you will feel better after waking up.
Practice Mindfulness
By practice mindfulness, you shall be able to acknowledge the past experiences without creating any judgment about yourself. The practice of mindfulness changes the way human brain responds to grieves. It can additionally assist you to recover from melancholy. Mindfulness lets you channelize your thoughts to the present scenario and helps in invalidating rumination.
Meet Your Friends
Perhaps, meeting the ones with whom you can talk your heart out and enjoy some prosperous moments will let you somewhat combat mournfulness. Meeting your friends shall help you to avoid those doctrines which are saddening you. You might end up discussing your problem with them which is again helpful for a grief stricken heart.
Do Yoga Or Exercise
Yoga has the superpower to relief stress. It has been scientifically proven that practicing yoga releases certain hormones within the body that effortlessly encounter gloominess. You can practice yoga alone or with some fellow mates for a better experience. If you feel that the feeling of stress is restraining you from getting into strenuous exercise or yoga, maybe go out for a long walk in the open air. Walking can also help you to get distracted from your sorrow to a great extent.

Dalai Lama: “My religion is very simple. My religion is kindness”
The man whose religion is kindness says “the secret of happiness lies within the kind attitude that a person has for another”. The Dalai Lama believes that being kind is the key to get rid of all miseries present on the earth. This world is an ocean of grief and tragedies. For staying happy and contented a mutual feeling of kindness and compassion is a must. There is no other possible way to bring peace to humankind other than compassion. Had those terrorists been compassionate, no man would have had to die for his religious choice, no child would have been living a life of an orphan or no woman would have to travel thousands of miles in the search of refuge.
Sadly, even imagine a world without any conflict is so difficult and at a point it becomes almost disturbing. We belong to a brainwashed generation. As told by George Orwell, we have been taught that “Ignorance is Strength” and “War is Peace”. Values of Love, kindness, friendship, generosity, compassion, tolerance and service are gradually vanishing.
Buddhism has always encouraged us to awaken our hearts, our consciousness. It believes in in the inner awakening. With the help of meditation we can actually feel that compassion in ourselves which we feel is slipping away day by day. Altruism is something which is deep down inside everyone but it is laden by the weight of greed and chaos.
One basic principle is, “What you feel is what you attract.” Many people do not want to be kind to others because according to them they will always get hatred and backstabbing in return. But this is not true. Initially you could be the victim of negativity but if you keep your positivity on, you would be able to change the world around you. There was only one Buddha who changed the way world perceived religion. Spirituality and religion are two sides of the same coins.
Meditation Buddhist Monk Buddhism Enlightenment
The ultimate goal of man is Salvation. Salvation is attained when man is satisfied, his soul is satisfied and satisfaction comes from happiness. Happiness from within, happiness from others and happiness from the almighty is what a man wants.
True happiness according to his holiness The Dalai Lama comes from Kindness. Be kind to others, to animals, to plants, to mother earth and most importantly your soul. Your soul, which ultimately joins that great soul which is the mysterious power binding everything together.
The moment you start thinking just about yourself, your mind gets narrowed and you are forever stuck in this rat-race of the world. For joining the great being, for joining the cosmos, one needs to be compassionate and serve the mankind. Love is contagious. One act of love and kindness can change someone’s life forever. All you need to do is feel empathy and sympathy both. Ours is a world and soul to heal. It will be happy only when served with warm kindness. There is no other secret than this!

The Eternal Love Story of Lord Krishna and Radha
The eternal love story of Krishna and Radha has always intrigued us. What made the relentless bond break between the two? Did they actually separate or it was all paradoxical? Certainly, there is a hefty amount of inquisitiveness that captivates the mind when admiring about the pious couple. It’s time to discover some covert truth that would brush up your understanding for the eternal power.
Lord Krishna often went to Vrindavan to bestow his blessings to the people. He used to play all kinds of mischiefs, would sing and dance with the young cowboys and cowgirls of Vrindavan. Radha was amongst many girls who loved Krishna.
Radha was 10years elder to Krishna and they both wanted to marry each other. Although, Krishna was ready to sworn Radha as his wedded wife, but the world would never accept such a young boy marrying a girl elder to him. They both decided to execute the wedding ceremonial in Vrindavan and decided not to unleash the truth to the sagacious world.
The main twist in the saga took place when Krishna jokingly said that he was not a king. Radha was traumatized with his paradoxes and asked him to leave. She added “I don’t care whether you are prince or not, all I care is that you are a liar. I can never love a liar. Go away Krishna, go away and never come back”. Krishna decided to leave vrindavan and took the final bidding from his beloved in form of a kiss on her forehead.
Krishna`s maternal uncle (kansa) had invited him to Mathura for some urgent ceremonies. On accepting the invitation, Krishna participated in the event and decided never to come back to Radha. Yashoda, Krishna`s mother was also willing to prolong Krishna`s stay in. She cried and managed to receive Krishna`s consent to remain a part of Mathura.
Radha`s anger for Krishna was just a temporal phase that evacuated within just few days. Both of them remarried again after taking rebirth. Radha and Krishna are incarnations for lord Vishnu and goddess Lakshmi. Radha and Krishna have always been worshipped together. The relentless bond has created a new level of love. There are many other beliefs linked with the love story of Radha and Krishna. However, it’s upon the believer how he perceives it. Krishna without Radha is unimaginable. Their bond is divine and special. The temple idols and all the spiritual scripts always enchant Radha-krishna as a one soul. The love story of Krishna and Radha is above the sexual and worldly desires.
People often asked Krishna why you and Radha don’t get married. On hearing the innocent questions; Krishna used to reply “marriage happens between two individuals. Radha and I are one. How is possible to get married then?
Love has no boundaries. It is free from caste, creed and any social bonds. Radha-krishna are inseparable. They symbolise true sanctity of love.

The Valuable Teachings Of Sri Ramakrishna Paramhamsa
Ramakrishna Paramahamsa born on 18 February 1836, also known as Gadadhar Chatterjee or Gadadhar Chattopadhyay was a yogi and a mystic of Indian origin during the 19th-century. Ramakrishna was given to spiritual ecstasies from his early childhood, and was affected by various religious traditions, encompassing adoration towards the goddess Kali, Tantra, Vaishnava bhakti, and Advaita Vedanta.
Devotion for him amongst Bengali elites resulted in the formation of the Ramakrishna Mission by his preeminent disciple Swami Vivekananda, who captured worldwide influence in the dissemination of modern Hinduism. Born in the village of Kamarpukur, West Bengal, into a penniless, devout, and orthodox Brahmin family, Ramakrishna’s parents felt supernatural incidents and visions before his birth.
His major teachings are enumerated as follows:
SEE GOD IN ALL
Everyone should enter into a phase of realization in which they see that God is walking in every mortal form and embodying Himself alike through the wise and the wrongdoer, the noble and the atrocious. Therefore when human beings meet different people they must say to themselves, “God in the figure of a holy person, God in the form of the wrongdoer, God in the figure of the law-abiding, God in the form of the corrupt.”
GOD IS PRESENT WITHIN YOU
Everyone should envision God everywhere and primarily within himself first. Men and women appear to be only void/empty forms, moving their hands, heads and feet, but inside is the Lord Himself. It is not correct to search for him outside when He is omnipresent i.e. present in all forms.
PERSEVERE IN SEARCH FOR GOD
Pearls are found in the abyss of a great sea and one takes hazard to find them. If plunging once does not deliver you pearls, you should not conclude that the sea is without pearls. Plunge into the deep waters again and again. You are confident to be paid in the end. Similarly it goes with finding of the God in this planet. If your first shot proves fruitless, do not dishearten your energy level. Persevere in your endeavor. You will be able to realize Him until the end.
TRUST COMPLETELY IN GOD
Blind faith in God is what you need to put in to survive in this world. What is your aim to have been born into this world? Give up all to Him, resign yourself entirely to Him, and there will be no hardships for you. Then you will know that everything works according to His will. Not a single leaf falls without His will. Not a single drop of rain falls without His will. He is all.
LOVE OF GOD IS ESSENTIAL
Palpable love of God is the imperative thing. Everything else is unreal. Believe that the love of God is the only life-sustaining factor in this Universe. He loves every entity on this planet with equal care and commitment. He is there for all, in times of need, in times of happiness, in times of sadness and in times of hardships.
If these teachings helped you out in some way or the other, do not forget to share and leave comments.

The Teachings of Ramakrishna Paramahamsa’s Wisdom
Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa, born in 18 Feb 1836, is one of the most acclaimed enlightened mystic and yogi from West Bengal, India. If Ramakrishna’s prime disciple Swami Vivekananda had not visited the West and exhorted about humanity and universal brotherhood, then the globe would have surely missed the discipline and teachings of Sri Ramakrishna. It was possible only through Swami Vivekananda, that the world came to know about this renowned mystic.
Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa defended the pathway of Bhakti Marg or devotion to people. As per his teachings, in Kaliyug the path of dedication is best-suited to mankind. He himself was an extreme devotee of Goddess Kaali. He submitted totally into the prayers to Goddess Kaali.
Some of his admirable teachings include:
God is Love
Do not be mad for materialistic things present in the world. Be mad with the care and love of God. A lot of good prayers and sayings are found in holy books and scriptures. By simply reading those holy prayers will not make a person pious and religious. He must practice the generosities taught in the scriptures books so as to achieve the love of God.
God is Accurate Knowledge
If anyone braces himself/herself with the ultimately true knowledge of the Universal Self and then exist in the crux of worldliness and wealth, it will not benefit or affect him/her at all. When the angelic perception is realized, everyone appears to be in a state of equilibrium; and there are no differences between good and evil. These two virtues cannot restrict him/her who has attained a feeling of oneness with Nature and his own self with Brahmin.
God is in your Heart
Due to the curtain of Maya i.e. illusion that excludes God from human view, an individual cannot envision Him residing in one’s own heart. After planting the deity on the lotus in your heart, you must preserve the illumination of recalling God ever freeloading. While engrossed in the incidents of the world, one should uniformly set gaze upon the inner-self and check whether the lamp is burning or not.
God is our Father and is Infinite
The real Father of everyone is none but God. He is there for all and has infinite forms through which He can be approached. There can be various forms and incarnations of the God himself but He is one. Undivided is who He is. He can be approachable only with the truth since He is the Guardian spirit of everyone living on this planet.
God is the ultimate end of everything
One should work without any strings attached. To work without any expectation of reward or fear of punishment in this world is the ultimate truth and a wise thinking. God is the end to every phase and every walk of life. Everyone should take shelter in God. Get intoxicated with the love of Him. Pray to Him with a yearning heart with all your heart and soul. This will purify your heart.
These teachings of Sri Ramkrishna Paramhansa, left the world bemused. His teachings would surely be an inspiration for future generations to come. If you found this article worth a help in your life, drop us a comment and share.

What Is Silent Retreat? How Can It Benifit You?
Being in the state of silence for a couple of days is often seen as a peaceful practice in many religious. Meals and accommodations are set aside and only prayers have a main role play. The mantras and hymns are mentally enchanted. Those who desperately wish to speak to such people can speak and convey their messages at the given time.
You can choose any two days for practicing silent retreat. Either a group practice can be done, or it can be carried individually at home. Silence is literally the best form of meditation. The act of silence serves as a nourishing atmosphere that is palpable.
The initial stages of silence can be somewhat painful and hard to bear. There can be sense of loneliness, seclusion, confusion, and unfamiliarity. However, gradually you will start cherishing being quiet. You would not find it needful to waste your energy by explaining things and initiating useless talks. The more peaceful you become internally, the easier it would become for you to withstand silence. There would be a sheer clarity of vision on a regular practice of silence meditation. Eventually, you will choose longer spans of silence and will get reluctant to give it away.
People who practice silence have a greater intimacy for the world. Periods of not talking keeps the mind settled and relaxed. The pacification of mental state helps to keep the body relaxed. The practitioners of silence have a more vigilant sensory. The birdsongs which used to get ignored earlier can now be heard. We are able to notice more things than before.
The continuity of mind is easier when keep silent. The social interactions keep or brain excessively active and scattered. Some or the other activities tend to linger in our heads because of which important aspects are overlooked. The metal momentum can be attained only by keeping quiet.
Meditation Buddhist Monk Buddhism Enlightenment
Silence retreat lets people have a space for themselves. If you can manage to keep away from the digital life and practice this form of yoga, then there is a possibility for you to generate wisdom. The period of silence gives us the opportunity to focus upon the core values of life.
Keeping silent does not mean to stop speaking. But, it means to stop that mental chatter that has been a stress source for all. When mind is said to experience the aversion of desires and practices analytical thinking, then it can be said that have the outcome of silence meditation. “Noble silence” gets achieved when the mind gets occupied with confidence, purity and peaceful thoughts.
It is always better to discover yourself in a better way, rather than trying to know what others are doing, saying and thinking. Silence highlights the virtue of humanity and sympathy. A person who keeps silent can generate better rapport than the ones who speaks excessively. Let the deepest connections develop and let your brain feel the tranquility with just two days of silence retreat in weekends.
