HI ‼️ i got a more simple-ish one this time

so ive been making this fanmade diamond authority for my au. two of the diamonds in there are green diamond and mint diamond. this ask is mainly about green - i wanna give her powers. the reason why I mentioned mint was because her main power gimmick is plants and so i don't think i can make that green's whole thing. i instead wanna give her pixel themed powers but idk exactly what kind of powers would even be pixel themed 💀

Oooh nature and technology together is really cute actually!!

Perhaps she causes glitches in a gem's physical body? She can't corrupt them on her own, but she can mess up how they think their body is going to work. Say, if someone were to try and fight her, she could cause them to have two right arms and they'd slip up and have to reevaluate their fighting method. She might be able to blind them, too- maybe like a video game debuff?

Tantalite + Amethyst + Blue Sapphire?

Tanzanite changes colour depending on the angle you're holding the gem, and often is blue/purple dominant, but if I remember correctly in very good quality specimens it has flashes of red?

If their colours mix together though, then they'd probably all just make another purple gem?

For warm purple, I'd suggest kammererite.

For neutral purple, how about purple fluorite.

And for cool purple, maybe: iolite.

Alternatively, if tantalite is more black than red, then I would definitely suggest purple fluorite, charoite, or maybe sugilite if you're not worried about doubling up on canon fusion gem names?

HELLLO AGAIN ‼️ SO I NEED HELP W A WHITE DIAMOND AU THIS TIME

mainly about the au's lapis lazuli equivalent. for the other two au's, i mostly have them covered - here they are btw

-bd!au lapis: rubellite - lava terrafomer, was trapped in a lantern, and trapped ruby aura quartz (her fusion with angel aura quartz) in the earth's core. was in pink's court

-yd!au lapis: charcoal - rock/smoke terraformer, was trapped in a book, and trapped bloodstone (her fusion with carnelian) deep within mountains and tectonic plates. was in white's court

so basically i need help with what gem type this wd!au lapis will be, what she terraforms and how she traps diopside (her fusion with ocean jasper) in the planet

So! Let's see...

Perhaps Nepheline? She could manipulate air or clouds, different types of vapour. Controlling the air would mean she can probably cause things to erode faster by barreling wind at them- maybe even trapping Ocean Jasper in a sort of "eye of the storm" thing?

(I really like those other Lapis ideas btw!)

Edit: Oh, I forgot to mention nepheline can be green-ish, which means she'd totally be able to work for Yellow colour-wise!

Got any Ideas for a Citrine guard?

Such as weapons, gem shape, or potential appearance?

I’ve got a Citrine in progress, but I feel like she’s too much like an amethyst… (Appearance-wise)

Especially since, (according to Emerald) Citrines are supposed to be more Elite Guards in comparison…🤔

Oh wow I think this is really good actually!

Quartzes will look fairly similar to each other is the thing- I can see how she looks like an Agate too, who do seem to be in higher positions! But if you wanted to change up the appearance, perhaps you could make the nose and/or lips different? A ponytail would switch the silhouette up too, I think!

Hi!! Sorry I took so long to answer, I've been a bit more depressed than usual lately (◞‸◟;)

Hmm... canonically, green and teal gems seem to be fairly science and logic oriented? Peridots, being Kindergarten technicians, are fairly science oriented- perhaps they could double up as general scientists?

Datolite, turquoise, malachite, and chlorastrolite are all green gemstones you could consider!

i basically need ideas for a few gems in certain courts (all of them being my diamond ocs):

some gems in a red diamond's court as well as their potential jobs (one being the RD equivalent of a peridot)

as well as some gems (potential jobs included if you want) for a midnight diamond, a bi-color (pink/blue) diamond, indigo diamond, mint diamond, peach diamond and sky blue diamond

(about like 3 gems per diamond)

as well as a name for a fusion between a red diamond and a rose diamond (not some weird combination of RQ and PD)

Red Diamond's court: Well, Rubies, Pink Star Sapphire, and Carnelian would be good canon gems for the Court. Pyrope, too, who was seen in the games!

Cinnabar and crocoite could be good for some type of poisons master role?

Painite would be a good elite soldier.

Coral and Hubnerite are some good aristocrats, I think?

Lake Superior Agate, Red Jasper, and Ferruginous Quartz are good red Quartzes??

For Peridot... maybe Proustite?

Hmm- yellow jasper, tiger's eye, bumblebee jasper? Green and red make yellow in terms of light, and I can't think of any metals that would be good for this, so I figure this works!!

1. spirit quartz (stefan/lace amethyst)

lace amethyst's weapon is a mace and stefan's is a bow and arrow - weapon must be weird to match smokey's yoyo

2. titanium aura quartz (stefan/default yellow pearl)

pearl's weapon is a sword

3. moonstone (stefan/pyrope fusion)

pyrope has brass knuckles
