Battlefield America: Territory Under Siege
Battlefield America: Territory Under Siege
Recently, the American president met with his Russian counterpart for Ukraine Conflict talks in Anchorage Alaska. The meeting seemed to go very well with cordial pleasantries between the two but no concrete deal as yet presented. While many say that the meeting was unproductive, they fail to note that a very important message was communicated.
Russia firmly and calmly reasserted its requirements. These requirements are both territorial and political, involving the expansion of the highly beligerent NATO coalition that has attacked and destabilized governments and societies in Eastern Europe, Africa and West Asia. A coalition whose members have openly communicated intentions to forge new, defacto expansions into Asia to counter the Sino-superpower. There is palpable cause for caution in Moscow as demonstrated by NATO links Serbia, Libya, Syria and even Yemen among others.
And this targetting of regions to maintain hegemomy is quite obviously being reasserted via political, military and financial means. Even attempts at controlling the movement of people throughout the world has been intentional. It is a pushback against rising new powers and the demise of the old world order. It means an attempt to reassert dominance is underway to reign in autonomy and the collapse of the Rules Based Order. An order that always seemed to restrict the Burgeoning East and the Global South.
The attempts have stretched the administrations of various old order states to attempt a resurgence and a reshuffle as we see in West Asia and Africa-- but also now Latin America. The Munroe doctrine then must be revisited to enact what prowess can be used to tamp down on Latin American growth and autonomy.
A recent article in the Latin American Times noted that some experts believe preimptive and unauthorized US military strikes and missions in Mexico and other Latin American nations are imminent. This analysis wouldn't be incorrect, as there is both precedent and policy to support the assertion. A recent Politico report noted that a US administration official revealled that the US military was already surveilling Latin American crime syndicates.
What is not expressly stated, behind the US intention to reestablish the Monroe Doctrine in Latin America, is that any targetting of Latin America of necessity includes the Caribbean. And it is highly likely that such operations are already underway. An executive order by the incoming administration declared gangs could be classified as terror organizations. This was an important development because it continued the previous administration's focus on the Caribbean with its flagship, UN-Approved DSS Mission to Haiti.
The DSS Mission to Haiti was a vitally important initiative because it set a precedent for external intervention by extra-state actors and the deployment of a non-regional (Kenya Police) police force acting as a paramilitary group in a Caribbean nation. This was a massive failure for state sovereignity under the purview of the United Nations paving the way for similar interventions in the Caribbean but also much more broadly in other sensitive regions. The Haiti DSS Mission was also important in that it commandeered the law enforcement of a NATO affiliate nation.
Recently, the US Paramilitary Contractor Vectus Global secured a decade-long deal to provide security and tax collection services to Haiti, Africa News Reports. The company is headed by the former Blackwater CEO whose former company was implicated in unimaginable crimes against humanity in West Asia and the infamous Abu Ghraib Detainment facilities. Add to that, its chief has also gone on record to advocate the re-colonization of African nations. Peru recently hosted the PMC head who was advocating military training services, Telesur reported. These moves clearly indicate a decided pivot to Latin America and the Caribbean, direct or by proxy.
Trinidad and Tobago extended a state of emergency over prison coup plots in June, AP News reported. According to reports its Prison System has been compromised. It moved high risk prisoners to a military base fearing that prisoners were plotting assassinations and kidnappings via smuggled mobile phones. This sounds lije the Boko Haram and IS insurgencies in Nigeria, but no, it's the tourism haven, Trinidad and Tobago. The recent bans and immigration scuffles indicate a clear pivot to the Caribbean over the influence that nonregional actors have aquired there. Even Jamaica issued an open warning agaist violence to those incoming deportees from the US.
It seems developing and global south states fail to take the examples of history or understand how destabilization works in the Old Order to maintain power. A similar gambit occurred in Liberia when a Liberian was released from a US prison back to his homeland where he reignited a bloody civil war. It is why for many years, Liberian authorities refused to accept US deported Liberians. The regional myopia of Caribbean states often makes it difficult to see that the same strategies deployed in West Asia and Africa are likely at play.
Old Order attempts to resurge are real and deploying not only in West Asia and Africa. Somalia is currently in the process of bulkanization as local clans and regional leaders clash. Somalia's Jubaland may be divided under its regional leaders as cohesion continues to escape the region, HiirraanOnline reported. The US has had an over 30-decades presence in the region, like Afghanistan, Congo, and Sudan with no signs of withdrawal. This indicates that the Old Order is content to destabilize forever, padded with fragile promises because such engagements render regional control, hegemony and maintain the Rules Based Order. It demonstrated wht Russia plows ahead with uts plans in the face of Western diplomatic contortions. It makes the military industrial complex and the money system the Ols Order's most vital to the scheme.
NATO is happy to extend a war with Russia for 30 years and occupy Haiti for 20 more years to bring an illusive peace. That is evident in the tragedy of the Sahel states who sought support from the US, France and the EU only to be betrayed with decades of fighting and lost development without resolution. In fact, local African state nationals and soldiers warned that the destabilization was coming from their would-be Rules Based Order partners. A point that was finally confirmed in 2025 by US lawmakers implicating USAID and Pakistan's defense minister in a Sky News report, who admitted the state ran a terror network for the West, dating back to the days of the Afganistan Mujahideen against the USSR. Itvunderscores an important point in the emergence of the Islamic State which gained visibility at the close of a NATO attack on Libya and the chaos of West Asia's Arab Spring. Many states are seeing the utility of buffer zones, limited agreements and careful restrictions in their development of trade and cooperation with the West.
These developments in disperate regions matter to the Caribbean because there has been a terror resurgence in Africa not unlike the gang explosion in the Caribbean. As the US has determined to redeploy AFRICOM, Islamic terror groups in Africa have suspiciously re-emerged en force. Brazil's powerful growth in the BRICS bloc undoubtedly threatens a fiscal and geopolitical hegemony that undermines the Monroe Doctrine and American exceptionalism. Sao Paolo has defended itself with a $5.5 billion package to protect exporters from tariffs neant to cripple its rise. Caribbean nations must take note as the gambit is being deployed.
The Old Order has clearly deployed a strategy to reclaim what it believes it is losing. In such instances the deep state has emerged as the architects to move the plan forward. This will help Americans understand why the state has abandoned them an essentially ignored domestic needs. It is why recent administrations participate at varying levels in a pogrom that continue headlessly from one election cycle to the next. This can be seen in Washington's recent deployment of the National Guard in the nations capitol even without crime, El Pais News reported. The deployment represents Battlefield America, the last frontier.
It is a demonstration that all is not well on the homefront, even uf it hopes ro be regarded as a power play. This is evident in the resurgence of the Monroe Doctrine in Latin America, a Pivot to Africa and even the upheavals in West Asia to maintain the crumbling Old Order. Asia is not without concentration given it is the region of the most fiscal successful states under empire. However, the fight for hegemony has actually started on the doorstep of the Americas. Even the recent Mercosur deal indicates a decided pivot among EU states to focus resources in the region. It has been reported by Al-Jazeera that even Saudi Arabia has begun to source mercenaries from Colombia.
The Caribbean also represents an extension of colonial wins in jeapardy. It is for this reason, Pax Americana must shift to Battlefield America. Overtures to Greenland, DSS missions in Haiti, Reclassifying Latin sindicates, immigation changes all present a system in flux that is being impinged by the success and influence of those in its regional radius. The decadence of the Old Order has compromised its hegemony over the Americas and the Caribbean. States are now savvy to the old faux agreements that hampered progress or defense capacity for a temporary peace that allowed the Rules Based Order to retrench. The rules are changing, and that is being demonstrated by the emergence of Battledield America: the last frontier of power.

Revival of the Munroe Doctrine In Late Stage Empire
Revival of the Munroe Doctrine In Late Stage Empire
In the first week of the "new" US administration multiple executive orders were signed to the applause of legislatures and unwitting Americans. And while US Contitutional law has eroded more in the past few 24 months than ever before, many overlooked what a composite review of those Orders might look like operating in confluence. It is why many missed the Executive Order that legalize bribing foreign officials and designated gangs as terorists.
These new decrees were direct holdovers from the previous administration; like the Greenland negotiations. The US had overreached with China and did not count on it's target acting with shrewd precision. The rare earths affair has the US, its industries and military in a chokehold. Far too many states are calling their bluff as trade agreements and business relationships implode in realtime.
Latin America will be the Wests next likely target. The Independent (News Outlet) has reported that the US has given the greenlight for military deployment against Latin American Gangs. The New York times has also reported that seven gangs have been marked, among whom are two from the Caribbean, designated as terror groups.
The initiative is bipartisan, with many US Democratic lawmakers urging the action forward, the New York Times reports. In fact the deep state had already begun to set its sights on Latin America with citizens sitings of unusual UAVs circling the skies. Later, it was revealed that several missions were deployed in Mexico in cooperation with the US Military. Unbeknownst to Americans and perhaps much of the world, the covert operations were already underway well before the Executive Order had ever been signed.
Additionally, throughout the last administration' there were major entanglements with factions of the Sinaloa Cartel in 2024, El Pais reported. In fact, a Cartel leader was kidnapped in Mexico by a rival faction and transported across international borders to be encarcerated and stand trial in the United States.
While the event broke all protocols for international extradition law, Mexico's first female president was unusually quiet. There was even a letter from the abducted cartel leader urging the state to act in the interest of its citizen and national sovereignity, El Pais News reported. New embargoes on Cuba, a regime change order on thw Venezuela President of a sovereign nation and prison partnerships with El Salvador all paint a grim picture.
The Munroe Doctrine like all Western concieved doctrines on international engagement are generally couched in violence and an unperceptable exceptionalism. Former US president, John Munroe said, "Speak softly, and carry a big stick." The term implies latent violence--a violence Latin America has bitterly endured for decaded and at the expwnse of its people under the dhadow of the red, white and blue. From the failed US War on Drugs, to the cartel wars, proxy wars and mercenaries, Latin America has remained a destabilized hotbed for decades.
The destabilization sent millions of Hispanic refugees and immigrants across borders in search of safety and opportunity. However, as new technologies have emerged, the need for slave-labor migrants has largely waned. The golden city that once promised opportunity for some, has fallen into decadence and is quickly scrambling to survive and reorient resources and manpower.
The terror designation for gangs, deportations, detention centers, third-party holding facilities and etc. are all effects that will be leveraged against Latin America. Even the US Funded DSS Mission that sent Kenyan troops to Haiti fit into this plan, the East African News reported in 2024. But like Kenya, many other states will likely be pulled into the scheme.
The executive order to legalize bribes to foreign official, no doubt underscore the blitz of ceasfires and agreements. These pie crust promises made through the legalization of corruption may well be short-lived. Regardless, such an order obsolesces the need for certain aid groups like USAID and propaganda fronts like the VOA, when represntatives can walk into a negotiation with a check to pay off the spineless or the acquiescent.
AllAfrica reports the African Terror group, M23 has killed 80 innocent civilians in the Eastern Demcratic Republic of the Congo, wven after peace talks, Al Shabab has resurfaced in Somalia, and 40 people were killed in the tiny African country of Togo by ISIS militants, AfricaNews reported; this all happening in tamdem with US AFRICOM expansion in Africa. The bribes keep shortsighted, waring factions in the Global South happily fighting for fiat, destabilizing their own regions, stagnant and underdeveloped.
Latin America also plays an important role in trade and the US-China rivalry. China has expanded heavily into Latin America in the same way it has grown in Africa. In fact, Mexico is experiencing an EV boom due to China's expansion in Latin America. The widening of BRICS also poses a unique challenge for the Old Order. America represents the last hope of maintaining the Post World War II order as tiny old order states cue behind it.
And while Latin America is not China, it does possess the resources, human capital and economics to transform into able states that may join BRICS or challenge the Old Order from a pure regional might. In fact, it is the Rules Based Order and all of its adherents that have determined to fight the rise of a multipolar world and a strong Latin America.
Samuel Huntington's Clash of Civilizations offers the world clarity on the contingency afoot in that it predicts a West vs the Rest sjowdown. It is an existential war against the Global South and the Burgeoning East. And Latin America, from a hegemonic standpoint, and a Global South region that is too close, to be strong or independent.

Order Undone: Clashing Values in System Entropy
Order Undone: Clashing Values in System Entropy
In a rare move the US made provocative moves agaist Russia by moving two nuclear submarine unto the region, AP News reported. It was an unusual move given the promises of de-escalating and ending the conflict in Ukraine. Rather it seems the plans from the previous administration in concert with the European Union initiatives continue to move forward.
The world and perhaps even the domestic populations of Western countries have begun to understand the misanthropic deep state and its sungle-minded, awkwardly controls to leverage tge entire nation to hit back at existential foes and maintain a golden era dominance. Unfortunately, the West has long since left its golden age and instead struggles in decadence. The deep state, in fact, being evudence of that largess and decay.
It is therefore key to understand the late stage cognition of civilizational hegemonic thinkers. And increasingly that is accomplished with greater efficacy for a host of factors that its leadership fails to grasp. AFP News reported that the French president recently asserted that the EU needed to be feared, implying that the bloc and its members had in some way declined. He is not wrong. The EU has become an oversized club full of overreach and dwindling democratic values.
The US has made no better progress as the EU toes the line behind it hoping Washington can help it reclaim its former glory. It too had abandoned its fomestic frint to focus on reassarting dominance in various places in the Global South. The US Africa Command (AFRICOM).almost immediate resirged in Somalia in the first quarter 2025. Itbhas turned its fovus baxk to Africa even after several states sought an end to US intervention. It also souggt to cement its ties to Saudi Arabia and undergird other proxy Wedyern states.
In an interview with Sky News the Pakistani Defense miniater admitted Islamabad had run terror betwork on behalf of the US, UK and the West. His admissions corroberatef what numerous African military leaders and local populations in the Sahel and West Africa had attested. Just recently, Sonalia's Puntland has captured two IS-linked foreign fighters believed to be from Arab or West Asian regions in Cal-Miskaad territory, Giiraan Inline reported. . AllAfrica News reported Africom has souggt tonexpand in Africa. The scramvle for Africa undoubtedly underacoring the West's competition with the China for power and influence in Africa. Just recently, the US dlapped tariffs up to 30 percent on African states, ehile China removed all of uts tariffs on African nations. The West has continued to target Africa for resources and geopolitical leverage it is certain will save ut from hegemonuc and late stage decline.
It is ironuc however that sunce the US Afrixom has begun to expand, most recently wuth a traunibg exercise in Djibouti, AftucaNees reported, IS has also gad a resurgence in Africa. Gganaweb reported that 40 pople were killed in a purported IS attack in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Many fail to recall, Osama Bin Lauden, who like the Nigerian president was a CIA asset, spent extensive time in Sudan where he declared a "worldwide Jihad." Afruca and other states become tagets to keep a hegemonic order.
Both the EU and the US have had thorny teade talks wuth China, due to a need for dominance. Even efforts to Rearm Europe and push back on Russia's growing powers is an attempt to regain power. The West has plainly revealled its metrucs for dominance abd submission often deploying upon other stayes the very implements that woyld also cause its own implosion.
At this stage, the West cannot sustain the destabilization they have so readily deployed and even documented. It is also vulnerable to financial and econimic changes, as it focuses on BRICS states that it believes can overtake it. Additiinally, trade embargoes for key resources have massive potential yo cripple the G7 nations. Infrastructure and internal functions are also flashpoints if high vulnerability as the Cyber Attack in St Paul Minnesota demonstrated, ABC News, KSTP Channel 5 reported in July. The digital attack shut down major services and a state of emergency eas called followed by a deployment of the national guard.
Offensive beligerents are better at attack than maintenance or defese. The decay in Western enclaves illistrates this. It has entirely shut down the concerns of its domestic population. The goal has become dominance and fear rather than implementation of better plans. These states reveal their zero-sum conition which means, peace can be achieved when they fear a state or thwy are in some way subjugated. It is a language the Post World War II world has demonstrated through the lopside rules based order.
The West respects and makes peace with strength, not negotiation or equity. Ir is not interested in parity, there must be of necessity be an advantage that makes it comply. It is why the US and Israel easily bomb Iran, but takes more precaution with nuclear states. It is why Gaza is being wiped off of the map, with the help of US Priivate Military Contractors as Israel and its Iron Dome have proven to be impotent. The US even deployed in Syria to support the Israeli offensive against local grouos in collation with the minority Druze community, Andalou Agency reported in June.
For the Old Order and its architects, peace comes with power to defend yourself and your interests against them. Respect is earned by crushing any thought of encroachment with disproportionate retaliation, ssbotage and economy malfeasance. It is not just the Post World War II world that is coming to an end, but the Power dynamics of hundreds of years of Colonialism. In such a gambit, expect the unexpected, in a world changing hundreds of years of power politics.

World News Round-up for July 2025
World News Roundup for July 2024
EU Breezes Through US Tariff Talks Amid Rebalancing Talks in China
A brief meeting in Scotland abruptly ended the highly touted US-EU Tariff talks. The hardball event, predictably ended in a softball meeting at a golf club in Scotland. The meeting with the Eurozone Chief lacked the tension and confrontation roiling the earlier EU-China Summit in Beijing.
The EU China Summit meeting ended abruptly. It's duration was cut in half after tense conversations wherein the EU and Beijing clashed over the Ukraine Conflict, Gaza War and overproduction, France 24 reports. The Eurozone has evolved its strategies from containment, decoupling and derisking to overcapacity and rebalancing with the same goal. EU-China relations have been strained, as the EU Chief openly clashed with Beijing leadership. Eurozone influence has fallen in recent years as it toes the line behind the USA. The EU chief and leaders were packed on a commuter bus to reach the summit, in similar fashion to African leaders at past EU-Africa Summits.
The EU's push to challenge the Sino-nation comes at a time when the block has expanded rapidly, with huge debt, lost manufacturing, dwindling manpower as well as lost energy capacity in oil and gas. In July, Euro News reported that the bloc rolled out yet another sanctions package against Russia, as Germany, once the largest economy in Europe abdicated its position to Russia superiority.
The US is one of the EU's strongest trading partners and Germany's largest importer. Without the US and the compliance of various former colonies in the Global South the European Union teeters on collapse. Just this month, the EU chief survived a no-confidence vote over corruption and fraud, China Daily reported.
Middle East Roils As US Troops Deploy in Syria and Houthis Restart Pushback Against Gaza Siege
Once again the US threatens Tehran with renewed attacks. The move underscores its willingness to randomly attack sovereugn states in deliberate acts of belligerence in violation of international law. It is uclear whether the threats are connected to Tehran's renewed nuclear talks with the EU and the IAEA.
Israel, the US proxy in the Middle East launched an unprovoked attack on Syria. The settler state suggested its attacks were in defense of the Syrian Druze Communuty. Clashes between local grouos, Bedouins and Druze broke out in late July.
The Syrian Druze community was equipped with weapons and heavy artilery by the HTS Terrorist government after a coup that overthrew Syria's long-time Alawite leader in late 2024. AP News reports CENTCOM, the United States Military command in the Middle East launched a ground attack in Syria, following its Israel Proxy attacked in a operation reminiscent of the Iran Nuclear Site Bombing in June.
Yemeni Houthis have retaliated against continued Israeli offensives in Gaza, Middle East Eye reports. Xin Hua News reported that Two ships were also sunk in the Red Sea, and the Ben Gurion Airport was targetted again according to Telesur News. In late July, Ansarallah also fired hypersonic Missles toward Israel, setting off alarms in defense of Palestine as man-made starvation grios the tiny enclave.
C) Russia and Ukraine Talks Resume Amid Kiev Nightime Strikes on Russia Civilians Infrastructure
In a startling turn of events the US called for Ukrainian strikes on Russia's capital city in early July. The call was retracted, but days later Ukraine launched a flurry of nighttime UAV attacks on civilian infrastructure around Moscow, RT News reported. Since that time more nighttime strikes have commenced with Russia neutralizing attacks and maintaining its frontline push. Sputnik News reports Moscow repelled 99 Ukrainian nighttime UAVs over a weekend.
Russia, however, suffered a passenger plane crash in its Amur region, Andalou Agency reported. While the crash is under investigation, it is unclear whether the incident was connected with recent terror attacks by Kiev. Still the two states have moved toward talks, as the US resumes military deliveries to Ukraine and threatens Russia with additional sanctions.
These developments surround a renewed effort for bilateral talks in Turkiye, Andalou Agency reports. Ukraine has also come under greater internal scrutiny as days of protests have errupted over a hastily passed corruption law, Reuters reports. Despite heavy fighting losses, an unelected leader, crumbling infrastructure and stalled diplomacy, Ukrainians raised massive anti-authoritarian protests across the country.
US Outreach to Southeast Asia's Top Rare Earths Producers in Thai-Cambodia Conflict and Myanmar Sanctions Stir Controversy
The US has offered to mediate peace talks between Thailand and Cambodia after a border dispute errupted in late July, CNN reported. The dispute arises from French-colonial border demarcations that have pit the former southeast Asian kingdoms against each other. The conflict has a familiar divide and rule undertone.
That undertone is particularly underscored by the US interest in the region. Thailand is one of Southeast Asia's largest rare earths producers along with Myanmar which has been under US sanction for years. Just recently, the US lifted some sanctions against Myanmar, The Star News reported, with some critics alluding to an undisclosed agreement between Washington and Thimphu. The allegations are based on a letter sent from the American Administration, just before the sanctiins were lifted. The US has been keen to get a foothold in the nation, as multiple coup d'etats, proxy armies and mercenaries have ravaged the country for decades.

The Reckoning of A Savage World Unbound: Violent Retaliation in a Diplomatic Vacuum
The Reckoning of A Savage World Unbound: Violent and Economic Retaliation in a Diplomatic Vacuum
Just this week Israel began bombing Syria, Al-Jazeera reported. It was the proxy nation's second, un-provoked middle Eastern target in just under a month. Earlier in June, the US had warned Tehran during JCPOA nuclear talks in what seemed like a veiled threat to dismantle its nuclear energy program. Within days, Israel was launching targetted stikes on Iran's Nuclear sites, followed by the US.
And just recently, Rossiya has reported repelling a sortie of UAV attacks on civillian infrastructure in Moscow, RT reported. These attacks also came on the heels of a US call for Ukraine to attack Moscow directly in what seemed like another American threat. It was 'retracted' however, just a day or so before three days of drone attacks hit Rossiya, BBC News reported.
More and more, not only has the rules based order been revealed to be quite obviously without rules, but also bent on a decadent brute force blitzerig. One that attempts to steam role the unwilling and the sovereign. Even Rearm Europe continues to transform into ever more draconian possibilities. Telesur reports that the UK reached an agreement with France to coordinate nuclear attacks, in early June and just last week its prime minister met with the former Black Rock executive, now German president to map a similar nuclear plan.
Massive tariffs on Beijing was an ecomomic attempt to bulldoze, but that backfired and revealled America's deep weakness, in a similar way that EU oil sanctions weakened the Eurozone and deindustrializeed Germany. Beijing and many other states have begun to play a much more shrewd game with Washington and the NATO camp as they begin to see the ultimate plan for them may require their demise. Even with genteel talks at major forums like WEF, UN and G20 the scaffold has befun to fall. This publication noted that fact, in earlier articles. NATO enlargement as well as EU Rearmament is a massive part of the "Might Makes Right" ideology of a neocolonial regime in decline.
However, it becomes a chancey proposition when all caution is thrown to the wind. The deception diplomacy, destabilization tactics, threats, divide and rule strategies and bribery may have wider consequences, when states worldwide realize there isnt a treaty or rule involving the West and its settler states that it needs to honor. . . . or that will be honored. There is after all no fidelity in the promises, trade agreements or financial systems proffered to the world. It may be snatched away in the blink of an eye by a single-minded deep state and an oligarchical political class that are desperate for results and survival.
Just recently, the US passed legislation to move stable coins backed by USD and regulate crypto currencies, Forbes News reported. This is an important step as treasury bonds become rubbish, attracting less buyers and yield less returns. Even the EU Euro teeters on the brink of destruction In the face of bloated and mismanaged economies like France and Italy among others increasingly more insolvent states. Without a doubt, dedollarization is gaining in the major chaos of the interim, with the US banking on the Mar-A-Lago Accords to help save American finance and trade.
But more than ever, the chaos brewing in the US and even the EU may yield unexpected results. As the US threatens secondary sanctions on Rossiya Andalou Agency reports, it is also unclear what the consequence will be as it targets the livihood of major regions of the world. Will the bluff work, or will the world stand firm like China and discover a hidden truth about the NATO Axis. Even the EU has approved another round of Anti-Russian sanctions in the hope of cracking its economy as Moscow fast becomes the new giant of Europe.
But states cornered may resort to a lawless world too, or at least until beligerents can be neutralized from causing endless cycles of violence, economic hemorage and human suffering. In that case, we may move toward a world where the old hegemon can no longer demand, "Do as I say, not as I do." Where the unexpected may suddenly happen.
As with Beijing's hidden might in tariff wars, other states may also remonstrate against a wilting power structure. Many former colonial powers may find the world has become a far less tolerant place, as it chafes of unilateral control and lopsided trade deals. Perhaps the US deep state and its erstwhile elite are hoping those trespasses will be forgotten when the Mar-a-lago Accords are fully rolled out. Its hope is that enities like WEF can convince allies and aspiring nations that taking the fall for the Empire will save them, the way the Plaza Accords saved Japan--forever frizen under Western hegemony.
Regardless, the plan must not fail. The margin of error is small and the world and its priorities are shifting quickly. The Middle East has become a consistent flashpoint of chaos, denying investors and businesses the opportunity to be a palpable commericial hub of the future. Ironically, Syria's Druze communuty reportedly at the heart of the recent Israel-Syria attack, rocking the Middle East, were given weapons and artilery by the HTS Government not long after the fall of Assad in 2024, AP.News reported. But divide and rule is necessary to maintain foreign hegemony and balkanize the region. Like Africa, local leaders portray the illusion of power while forces outside of the region dictate the terms.
The revelation of Pakistan's Western funded Terror network gives context to the promotion of the HTS in Syria and the subsequent attacks by Israel, Al-Jazeera reports. The proxy wars in West Asia have helped to ensure that the world can only find oil, pilgrimage and short term tourists attractions there rather than a robust meteopolis with major economic and technological hubs of innovation.
Without change, these regions will continue to churn in Western-led and locally sanctioned forever wars and Barbarian violence. But the world and its populations may grow weary of an inconvenient peace that only allows the West to grow while castigating others to perpetual violence and conflict. Japan has sought the path of peace since World War II but lost all capacity to impact the world and its own growth under the shadow of its allies. And even then, for all of the sacrifice at the expense of countless lives, livelihoods and property, Western growth has been squandered.
A reckoning is coming.

Paradise Lost in Feast and Famine Republics
Paradise Lost in Feast and Famine Republics
Last year, Canada experienced an astoundingly massive number of insolvencies. In 2025, Germany has amassed more than 12,000 closures since the beginning of the year, RT News reported. This means that rich country economies are contacting at an alarming rate. In fact the US GDP shank dor the dirst time in 3 years, CGTN reported.
It would be feasible to assume that the Ukraine war was the underlying cause. However that would not be correct. And in fact, the Western world has been in precipitous decline for years now. The 2008 financial crisis brought on by the wiles of foolhardy bankers and reckless war spending for the Iraq War and the Afganistan war had begun ro pull down the fortunes of the US and its attendant allies (many of which were rich states).
The truth is that these states employ a slash and burn approach to wealth and state building. The world will forever wonder how rich nations like the US disintegrated so badly and in so few years when it had procured for itself an advantage. It is one thing to be an adequate state, but to be one overfull with bounty is quite another matter. While the historic record shows that war and pillage has been the hallmark of Western growth, unfortunately its capacity to retain that wealth has been comparatively inferior to other states. Euro News reports that German imports to the US have also fallen, as it was leaning on the US to buttress its staggering losses. An example of an obvious loss among two once very productive states.
In our series, Colonialism as a Foreign Policy we noted from history that colonialists often instigated war and pillage when trade deficits emerged in their international transactions. This repeated theme underscores an important civilizational ethos regarding Western European geopolitics and business. Slash and burn, hunter gatherer concepts have yet to be abandoned even in modern economic models and interactions.
This means technologically advanced states that have developed complex international mechanisms, forged treaties and presented a somewhat refined image to the world, must of necessity always revert back to piracy, war and pillage to survive. The UK has been hammered under its long decline as, its auto sales have fallen precipitously Andalou Agency reported, along with its future plans to build green enwrgy production in Morrocco, according to AfricaNews. Even as it forges a mutual nuclear arms attack agreement with France and its MI6 participates in covert aggressions in the Ukraine Conflict according to Greyzone News.
It is because these states live on feast and famine ideologies that ultimately torpedo long-term fortunes. It is why buying and selling frenzies on faux stock markets are more celebrated than actual fiscal, productive or economic strength. Even many citizens from such civilizations assume the world can only ever be feast or famine. When austerity measures are passed that hurt business, social services and production, but never actually solve the problem), denizens assume it is useful. When war spending increases, many assume the economy will be saved by the latest pillaging exposition.
Many fail to see that the West and many rich countries have become top heavy. This is a structural mistake and some nations see the problem. Soutg Korea has begun payments to its citizens to reinvigorate the economy, RT News reports. The currency systems are shifting as states determine a better future apart from feast and famine models. The News agency also reports Rossiya business wants less foreign currency in transactions.
Architects of the new order must ensure that nations can transfere their value from the old system to a new one without loss. This would undoubtedly solve the problem of the skeptical in emerging new blocs like the SCO, BRICS, AES and others. The old order can only ever offer slash and burn sysytems that ultimately require war and pillage to be sustained. In this sense, a world without rules is absolutely necessary even if it is a world without stability. In the interim there is chaos, because the feast is fast ending in the Post World War II era.

Hedging Against Barbarian Diplomacy: Models and Methods
Hedging Against Barbarian Diplomacy: Models and Methods
A telephone conversation was leaked between the prime minister of Thailand and a Cambodian high Ex-Official an Al-Jazeera report noted in June. The details of the call focusef on diffusing a border dispute where a Cambodian soldier was killed. Thailand and Cambodia have long had border issues that pitted the two East Asian states against each other. A cause that requires final resolution.
The Thai Prime minister sought compromise and the lessening of tension with gentle pursuasian and self depricating comments regarding her own country's functionaries. Some Thai dignitaries wete livid, but the matter held over until the last week of June and early July when protests errupted and internal intrigue forced the party to suspend the Prime minister.
Thailand offers a clear and present example of a need for states to embrace diplomacy. A diplomacy that prevents conflict and bloodshed and the unnecessary loss of life should be highly regarded. The slash and burn hubris of rogue states barrelling through formality and treaty sgould not be the model of international relations and should not be regarded as international ptotocol or standard. Belligerence should not be the precedent of a multipolar world.
Recently we saw aggressive threats and attacks by several Western states in June. This coupled with a well storied history of invasions, attacks, human trafficking, resource and land theft as well as threat represents a world unevolved. It is the stone age of international relations. And just as the world continues to modernize, so too diolomacy.
The slash and burn diplomacy of the old age of piracy and colonialism must be abolished. States must work together to halt longstanding biligerents who refuse humane diplomacy in favor of guns and human suffering. Disciplined conversation, compromise and win-win solutions habe to be explored beyond petty conflict.
The exploitation of conflict zones have kept the military industrial complex of various rogue states in business. For some it has meant rhe survival of their productionless economies and bloated budgets. States unable to solve regional conflicts hamstring the entire region and become hotbeds for dubious actors seeking an opportunity to gain.
Proxy states and mercenaries have been used to leverage geopolitical ends and mineral resource from less fortified states in the conpromise of an end to unfettered violence, war and invasion. Feckless local groups of young men, enboldened by courage cocktails and a small salary, have become the tools of barbarian diplomacy. A resurgence of the colonial style pirates and expositions sent to foreign lands to find loot and booty for the crown has emerged. Recently, Colombia has become a hotbed, where young men become mercenaries and end up in countries around the world destabilizing and wrecking the lives of people whose language they will never speak, El Pais News reported.
The gangs of latin America also worked to keep latin American states broke and destabilized by an extreme Monroe Doctrine. There was also Afganistan and Pakistan, but also the Philippines that sent young mercenaries to fight the USSR on behalf of the West, instead of diplomats with ledgers of compromise and negotiation. Even Sudan, like Pakistan, hosted the liked of Saudi National, Osama Bin Laden, one of the world's most renowned mercenaries.
The world must seek an end to barbarian diolomacy. RT News reports thay like Pakistan and Saudi Arabia's Osama bin Laden, Ukraine is reportedly training terror groups to terrorize Africa. Astonishingly, this kind of diplomacy has flourished in the face of international bodies like the UN, ICC, the Non-Aligned Movement, the G7 and other groups with purported noble ends. Even UN favorite and former UN chief Ban Ki-Moon acknoldeged the need for a United Nations overhaul to meet the real challenges of the modern world, SCMP News reported in June 2025.
Barbarian diolomacy has been a hallmark of the old order. More than likely, old order leadership may be unable to evolve. This may mean that in the interim as power shifts, states may have to find ways to protect themselves through border measures, walls, buffer zones and other technology enabled tools to keep the old order pirates and their proxies at bay.
Barbarian diplomacy will always keep the world and its trade ambitions unstable and unbalanced. The uncertaintly and chaos has become a hallmark of a rules based order where rules don't actually matter. And as systems break down, without a concerted effort, Barbarian diplomacy will continue to plow against the advancing economies and civilizations of the world. Business will become more difficult in the interim as resource-rich and economically savvy states will be demonized and attacked
And while the world will undoubtedly change, there is life and prooerty to be saved in the interim as the world reorders. This will be the truest test of this current moment of entropy: to reign in the Barbarians as empires fall and new ones arise.

World News Round-up for June 2025
World News Round-Up For June 2025
UK Reprioritizes As its Economy Struggles
The UK contunues to brace against stiff headwinds threatening the economy. Since its former Chancellor sent the gilt market into chaos, Reuters reported in 2023, the UK has seen its economic woes accelerate. New socioeconomic policies have also led to a massive flight of non-citizen millionaires. In June uts Auto industry has sounded the alarm on a major 100-year benchmark slowdown. Andalou Agency reported in June that the UK Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders saw production volumes fall 32.8% yoy. In May 2025, auto shipments to the US and EU plunged 55.4 percent and 22.5 percent respectively. The UK has also nixed its plan to co-finance a massive $33 billion renewable energy project with Morocco, Africa News reported. The deal would have provided green energy project that would supply London with nesrly 10 percent of its electricity needs. Officials say the project posed a significant security risk.
Citizen Protests in Kenya, Serbia, and Togo Amid Reported Coup d'etat in Ivory Coast
Key global regions have seen major escalations in citizen protests. Nairobi has resorted to brutal crackdowns on citizens protesting the IMF planned Kenya Tax Finance Bill slated to gut protections, benefits and opportunities for citizens. The protests habe left 16 dead and and hundreds injured according to an Al-Jazeera report.
Togo is also struggling with demonstrations against the long-time presidents move to cgange legislations to extend his term. The nation has ruled by a France-backed local political famiky for decades, AP News reported. Serbia has also seen similar outbreaks as as the Ukraine war inflames NATO ans EU expansion concerns. Pro-EU protestors have clashed with its Russia and Western Europe divided government, Euro mews reports. The protests have sprung up in Western-backed strongholds and where contests for regional hegemony is at stake.
Recently, Paris-Backed Ivory Coast confirmed it put down an attempted coup d'etat in early June, Al Arabiya English reported. African citizens have been simmering for change as the US and Qatar have brokered a peace deal between Western-backed states, Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, AfricaNews reported in June.
US-Israel Attack Iran's NuclearSites During JCPOA Talks
During continued Nuclear talks between the USA and Iran, the occupying Israeli government launched an unprovoked attack against several of Iran's nuclear facilities, Middle East Eye reported. The event was followed by what appeared to be public threats against Tehran by the US Administration involving, the Western third party poxy, Israel.
Iran and Tegran traded missike strikes and the US immediately sent a battle group to the Middle East abandoning some of its South China Sea positions. In late June the US launched a surprise, unprovoked midnight attack against Iran, Reuters News reported.
The unilateral attacks targetted Iran's Nuclear energy facilities amd resulted in Iranian strikes on a Qatar-based US military base. It appear that "negotiations" with the US could possibly lead to an unprovoked attack. It may be that Iran revealled key informatiin during negotiations to revive the JCPOA that were transmitted to a third-party country to attack by proxy. Additionally such negotiations pursued with the USA may lead to sudden and chaotic violence.
Gold Shines in June as Currency Moves to Developing Markets
Gold overtook the value of the Euro in global reserves in June, RT News reported. It is another key indicator that banks and investors are moving away from traditional instruments to safer havens. De-dollarization continues to accelerate as merchants now require more payments in Yuan, SCMP reported. Recently Beijing has shifted its monetary policy requiring banks to process 40 percent of all international transactions in Yuan, Bloomberg News reported.
US GDP fell for the first time in three years, CGTN reported, while the IMF has raised Saudi Arabia's GDP forcast to 3.5 percent according to a report by Al-Arabia English. The trade off between the US and Saudi Arabia has meant windfall gains for the West Asian nation as it has had the benefit of doing business with both the East and the West. Germany saw a record number of insolvencies in the first six months of 2025 despite the US becoming its largest trading partner. Berlin registered 12,000 liquidations nationwide since June, Andalou Agency reported.
The World Bank has managed to keep cash flowing in Western enclaves as it doles out nearly 1 billion in monies to infrastructure projects in Syria, Iraq, and Lebanon, Euronews reported. And despite the EU's pivot to the Rearm Europe project and increased NATO spending many states have limited capacity to ably participate. Spain has sought an exemption; the Bank of France has downgraded its growth forecast and various states like Hungary and Slovakia may contact or fall into deindustrialization if EU Anti-Russian policies go into effect. More states outside of the Eurozone are doing business in local currencies skipping both thw Euro and the dollar. China just recently opened an offshore Gold exchange orepared to meet the real needs of business and investors in a rapidly changing world, CGTN reported.
Even Tel Aviv, the most favored Western proxy in the Middle East has been hammered by exorbitant war costs reaching into the bullions, Andalou Agency reported. The settler state has been wrecked by business loss and massive waves of migrations out of the region, with more than 10,000 returning to their homelands of origin in Poland, Romania, Ukraine and other parts of Europe. TRT News reports even the IDF has begun "raiding" local forex shops as purported Hamas-links, seizing Palestinian cash in the West Bank.

Already Gone: Entropy in the Interim
Already Gone: Entropy in the Interim
Recently, Uganda's parliament moved legislation forward to begin trying civilians in military court, Ghanaweb News reported. It is an unfortunate turn of event that was once struck down by its Supreme court in January 2025. The development signals a further shift from civilian-interest government. It is a phenomena that has been moving rapidly across the West and Western-sponsored states.
Recently, Pakistan's powerful military paid a visit to one of its Western sponsors in June 2025. The military which has been rumored to run the South Asian state sent its Military Chief to pay a visit to the United States of America, Nagaland Post reported. The state further nominated the US leader for brokering peace after the Paghani Terror attack, which India flatly denied. However Pakistan's gesture is logical given it admitted to operate a US, UK and Western sponsored terror network for over 30 years, Sky news reported. Pakistan's population has been the least considered in its hearty extra-territorial endeavors. Nagaland Post reported that the Military Chief's visit was met with Pakistan-American protestors, raoring, "Pakistanio ke qatil (Pakistani Killer)" and "Islamabad ke qatil (Islamabad killer)."
However, military regimes like Pakistan and colonial-power, hold-over states like those in Africa, West Asia and Latin America have long manned a compromised leadership in government, military and politics. The EU expantionist battles across Eastern Europe demonstrate the intent to extrapolate that model across the Eurasian continent. It is an ambitious task that is generally executed at the inception or apex of empire and not during its decadent close.
However, that is the pathology of late stage disarray. The intent to re-assert, rather than regroup. Often, leadership and commerce begins to bottle-neck at the top. These bottlenecks are often catagorized by a military focused leadership undergirded by economic factors. The recent US unilateral bombing of Iran presents a classic example of a state spun out of control.
Not only was the bombing unprovoked, it was also during working diplomacy sessions and in concert with a regional proxy whose head has been marked by the ICC for obvious crimes against humanity, and whose military have begun robbing forex shops claiming Hamas-links, Al-Jazeera reported. Such thefts become common when systems and empires begin to break down. A similar theft occurred in the confiscation of Russian assets, RT News reported. There is a return to the raid and pillage ideology which established raider nations, settler states and colonial empires. It is a necessary for TelAviv, because its Iran war expenses reached more than 12 billion in just days, with over 10,000 evacuations since, Andalou Agency reported.
The response to Iran's desire to rejoin the crumbling Western system exemplified the magical-cognition of certain developing states. The hope is always to return to what was--not knowing that what was, is actually gone. In fact, it is the same hopeful hubris Western citizens imbibe from its mainstream media sources and increasingly its often internationally contradicted political class.
But the temptation to hope for a return to the good old days is too strong for some. The US abandoned the JCPOA in 2018, but Iran tenatiously pushed to engage the US again hoping for Western system inclusions. The tragedy of Iran's loss, in whatever capacity, is regrettable. However, it is not without demonstration of an important precedent. The old order is effectively gone. Rather, the world is re-ordering in a chaotic reorganization period which shall be marked with such daliances in the future.
This reorgaization did not begin with the current administration. It has been an ongoing phenomena that tends to pick up speed over time. States that once relied on the Old Order systems are struggling to maintain cohesion and balance. However, its architects are bound to fight for survival. A new order will be necessary for survival and only visionary states will prepare themselves for the brave new world that will emerge after the chaotic reorganization.
It is not business as usual. The sleight of hand, the massive financial transfers, the dominant rhetoric must be ignored for the greatest clarity. According to an RT News, top US government heads were excluded from the Iran bombing decision in favor of lower-level aides and generals. It is an excellent example of a state run by the deep state via the military induatrial complex. It is why DOGE slashed sensitive civilian budgets but increased defense funding to well over a billion dollars. Not only did DOGE fail to cut defese spending, it also failed to locate the $824 billion lost by the Pentegon in nearly 10 consecutive audits.
However, what remains a point of curiosity is the acquiescence of the military in favor of oligarchs and the imaginary state over the good of the people. The military often is ostensibly the closest governmental organ to the civilian population, because its sons and daughters often fill its ranks. Yet, it consistently adheres to mandates that destroy its own communities, systems and neighbors. Neo-colonial leaders leverage their youth to crush the citizen and the growth of the state in favor of myopic interests that increasingly yield devastating results.
Pakistan and Uganda have always stood in military governments due to their colonial backgrounds. They at least have the hope of shifting to a people-centered, civilian led government. However the shift in Western states away from legitimate civilian leadership structures indicates devolution and the beginning of the end. Koreans well understood this mandate when its ex-president attempted to sieze control of the state via the military with a martial law order, CNN reported.
Rearm Europe also demonstrates a move toward the dismantling of the civilian state in favor of a survival state. In fact, not only was the US strike on Iran a violation of international law, it was also a desecration of its own internal rules prohibiting executive level unilateral decisions on war. The systems themselves are in a state of flux and malfunction; as niether the judicial or legislative branches have sprung into action. If its accenting low-level aides and generals remain into 2026, the world has its answer on America's unpredictable, unconstitutional breakdown. The attrition is both obvious and palpable.
Developing nations have a clear choice now, as they stand on the precipice of the Rules Based Order with their former colonial overlords. They may face the reality that the Old Order is spinning out of control and move to safer environs; or they may hold on to the bitter end, often ending up dismembered like Ukraine or sadly dismayed like Tehran. The truth must be accepted. The golden age is over. The desperate battle for survival has begun, lackey, allie and friend may be sacrificed.
Unfortunately, when the defensive arm of a state must reemerge to maintain both internal and external order at the expense of civil leadership and growth, it represents a regression. The survival of the state takes primacy over the civilian and all that remains is the internal rungs of the defense and economic brass. It is ripe for a sudden and unexpected change.

Access Denied: Arresting Development in Developing Economies
Access Denied, Arresting Development in Developing Economies
When Guinea gained sought its independence from France in 1958, Paris insisted that the nation forgoe total sovereignty. It was the beginning of a long violent chapter in Francophone African History. When Guinea refused, the French set out on a vindictive campaign to destroy the infrastructure and development of the small West African nation.
The vitriol was so potent, it resulted in coup d'etats, crises and other socioeconomic maladies that plague French Africa to date. With the help of the USA, France was able to institute a Franceafrique system that rewarded compliant West African leaders but severed independent, forward thinking executives from the state. The compliance in French West Africa is palpable, as leaders seem genuinely terrified to do otherwise. It is why recent protests in Cote d'Ivoire against the government for barring the opposition candidate seem bizzare, Africa News reported in June 2025.
From Cameroon to Rwanda and Benin to Togo, most African leaders toe the line with military precision, careful never to offend or diverge. Populations are voiceless and stranded in states that refuse to develop. And Africa is not unique, it is a case study for most former Colonial enclaves and bow for the world. It is time the world reckon with the fact that the former colonial powers do not want the world to develop.
Recent revelations regarding USAID, Pakistan, Afganistan and current geopolitical and economic upheavals in Eastern Europe and the Middle East demonstrate that the goal has never been development. The United Nation's lofty Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are really quite lofty fancies that few believed would be enacted. Except that, some states actually were moving the needle forward.
Herein lies the problem with the development arc of the modern world. According to the UNDP Human Development Index, developing countries have continued on a steady upward trend despite destabilizations and the long arm of neocolonial injustice. This unfortunately was never supposed to happen at such a quick pace. Many Old Order architects had not bet on how fast some states would develop and grow. Since 1990, living standards, education and health indicators have improved steadily, even if slow.
This is an important point, because it was aroumd 1990 that major economic dislocation began in Western enclaves. Not only was offshoring excellerated, technology exploded. Suddenly SMEs had access to global supply chains and expert information. The growth was not only in rich countries, but worldwide. It was an exciting time that has led to this present moment of tariffs, trade wars, proxy wars and the dominance of the security state.
In these desperate times, many states function as though the West is not on fire. These tiny Western states and their corresponding settler state anchors are on the brink. Things can never go back to "normal" so long as these states are struggling to maintain a fragile hegemony. Iran, sadly miscalculated in its nuclear talks, assuming it could resume a pragmatic conversation after it's poweful showing against Israel, the US proxy in the Gaza siege.
These developing nations and their massive growth are the existential threat of the Old Order. Syria and Yemen will be no different in estimation and Yemen is doubtlessly next. Even Arab states may be targetted without complete compliance. Few Global South states comprihend--development is war. It is why aid has never helped African states at scale, according to research and scholarship in "Dead Aid," by African Economist Dambisa Moyo. It is why some of the West's closest allies are some of the weakest and poorest states in size, economic capacity or military competency. The UNDP Human Development Index marks Pakistan and Afghanistan as the poorest in their region. These are two states among a few, that did the dirty work for powers that could not openky descend on a state and sack its infrastructure like France did in Guinea. In the age of SDGs, Globalization and liberal democratic rhetoric it could bot be done. In similar fashion, the US and the EU could not descend on Russia, nor Iran unprovoked--but the strongmen in Tel Aviv and Kiyv could.
Systematically it looks like removing critical ally fortifications that ultimately point back to East Asia. All of the talks and telephone calls, deals, delegations and capitulations are nothing more than a continuation of the deep state strategy that has single-mindedly fixated on the second largest economy in the world. Where did the nearly $55 billion USD go that was promised to Africa at the US-Africa Summit? Where did Build Back Better Go? What is happening with the new semiconductor plant promises from the US Chips Act? They didn't happen, because they couldn't happen.
Just recently, the US approved the sale of US Steel to Japan's Nippon Steel, CGTN News reported in June. Yes, there are some conditions, perhaps not unlike the conditions implemented in the UK to stop the closure of Britain's last steel works. The world may ignore it at their own peril, and citizens may pretend all is going well, but the indicators are flashing red.
In desperate hours, men do desperate things. Development and cooperation may no longer be the goal. The real danger for citizens and the developing, may actually be overestimating the stability and affluence of the developed world.

New Rules for a Rules Based New World Order
New Rules for a Rules-Based New World Order
In June 2025, 33 nations started the International Organizations for Mediation, South China Morning Post reported. The body was inaugurated in Hong Kong at its global mediation centre. The new organization hopes to create an order that puts the "I win, you lose" ideology on ice. The nacental body is slated to help negotiate territorial and sovereignity disputes and could be a real game-changer in international politics.
Nations from Latin America, Africa, Asia and the Caribbean converged to endorse a world legal body to help states manage affairs through mediation. It sits in stark contrast to the opacity of the Rules Based Order that seems to never render justice or employ diplomacy. Many states have chafed under what the Post World War II Order has meant for the sacrifice of land, territory and often dignity.
Doubtlessly, this is a big move for China. It is a moment when Beijings knack for level-headed diplomacy has brought about major changes in the Middle East, Africa and other regions. The Sino-Nation has been rapidly preparing itself for the new world emerging. Just this June, Beijing advised its banks to increase Yuan denominated transactions from 20 percent up to 40 percent. The move signals the nations embrace of a multipolar world where it will be one of the poles.
And it is time to get serious about who really holds the cards. Market indicators show that major productive power has shifted from the Global North to the Global South and along with it the leverage to dictate markets and formulate terms. Recently, the US administration went forward on its steel and aluminum tariffs, AP News reported. It was a highly touted move that many assumed targeted America's top Western allies. A fallacy, of course. The US and Germany are the only Western states among the top ten steel producers. In fact the US barely edged out Russia as the fourth largest steel producer, according to the World Steel Association.
Not only this, the top world food producers are not even Western states. Again, it's China, USA, India and Russia are among the top five food producers--and Russia is the only state in Europe to rank in the top five, according to Agrolearner.com. The energy sanctions and Ukraine war may starve Germany out of the top ten of many markets as its economy pivots to the military industrial complex and it continues to stoke the fires of war in Europe.
But Deutschland is not alone, Canada has just recently roled out another $25 million military spending package to keep the Ukraine conflict alive. The West has decidedly pivoted from negotiation and diplomacy to war and authoritarian citizen crackdowns. RT news reported that French law enforcement sought to pressure the Telegram CEO to influence posts related to the recent Romanian election. At this point, as the chaos and destabilizations continue, the world is desperate for change.
While the new mediation centre has quite a task at hand, it does provide hope for new organizations and alliances focused on international cohesion. Beijing does offer a more neutral alternative for states uninterested in warmongering or forever wars. Many states hope to put focus on growing their economies without the threat of destabilization or unfair deals that arm twist or bribe away international justice and citizen safety.
In fact, China's total manufacturing output doubles the US, followed by Germany and India respectively. The Global South is the new North as it and the Burgeoning East become the Mecca for world griwth and security. It is growing rapidly even beyond data points and indicators. These states are ready for new more comprehensive organizations that address the needs of growing powers. Nigeria just recently opened a second lithium processing plant, the Cable NG reports. African states may wish to seak a precious metals exchange or convention in the future; if the region can work together to leverage these new markets for greater marketshare, development and research.
The world is ready for a new frontier devoid of chaos actors, terrorism and debt traps from tiny Western States desperate to hold on to power. Nations will need to address their internal functions and protocals to dismiss corrupt officials and processes that create logjams in business and production. These can be maintained in a number of ways that make it possible for states to guard against the old Rules Based Order that elevates external values and interests above the happiness and wellbeing citizens. Its evidence as citizens in Western enclaves protest and demonstrate against their respective governments in major crackdowns targetting citizen aspirations.
The truths is that states are already moving toward greater independence and stability apart from the Western economic, technological and educational front. Hong Kong is accepting foreign students ejected from US universities, SCMP reports and Russia has just debuted its new messaging application, Andalou Agency reported. It is sated to replace dependence Telegram. The App was put under major scrutiny by the French government in late 2024 and it was announced in June that the App would integrate Grok AI, by the Tesla producer's xAI company which is the top US deep state contractor.
The world's pivot is materializing piece by piece. A world in flux has begun to migrate, not only from US treasuries but toward a more self-sufficient and sovereign future of dialogue, diplomacy, trade and security. Even as the West increases funding, Russia has moved forward on building a buffer zone, RT News reported. Venezuela has also just arrested dozens of terror susoects moving arms into its country, Telesur reported in June. Nigeria's DSS also arrested UK Military personel trafficking dozens of AK-47s into the terror struck nation, Legit Nigeria reported in May 2025. In the face of belligerence, states are finding ways to chart their own destinies and secure their nations and interests when diplomacy with certain actors are insincere, inconclusive or non-existent.
This publication predicted the emergence of new alliances, regional bodies and international organizations as the order changes. That analysis has proven true with the advent of the Sahelian AES and the International Mediation Organization. There will doubtless be more as cooperations merge, reinvent and reorder. Prepare for the future. The new order is coming to life.

Failed States and Client Regimes
Failed States and Client Regimes: Unwinding the Deepstate Network
One of the major characteristics of a failed state is one where. Sovereignity is lost, border security is unachievable and it is unable to provide basic public services to citizens. And this has been the definition for many decades in geopolitical theory and social science. However, the world and academia would be remiss not to revise this standard in 2025. History, the chronicles of journalism and the gradual release of government documents paint a far different picture.
In fact, the concept of a developing state under the UN charter needs to be divided. The concept has no meaning in the context of a Posr World War II order where states are sumarily destabilized and undermined to remain in the developing stage. Recent admussions by Pakistan to running a Jihadist Terror network help us better understand the struggles of sovereignty for states in West Asia, Africa, Asia and Latin America. Most recently the strategy of destabilization has been releveraged against Eastern European states. A trend that the world once affectionately knew as the Cold War from 1947-1991.
Can a state actually be developing or failed if it is consistently being destabilized or undermined by a covert enemy? These question are important to ask in order to capably move forward in diplomacy and international relations. A new geopolitical discipline is necessary for a world plagues by an organized network of terror with the sole intent of keeping states umderdeveloped, vulnerable and essentially failed.
In April 2025, Nigeria's DSS apprehended a UK Military Major trafficking AK-47s into Nigeria, Legit Nigeria News reported. The story barely made headlines apart from Nigeria itself and that is noteable considering its president was identified by a US Federal court as a likely CIA Asset. A CIA Asset is an individual who has acted on behalf of the US deepstate as an informant, agent, or operative. The revelation means that the United States is essentially Nigeria's leader by proxy.
Many Africans have complained of the hidden hand--however, today in Nigeria, that hand is Uncle Sam. A very important point of obvious abberation in Nigeria's top political leadership is that as many have sought impeachment of former presidents for missing diplomas and absent NYSC service (Nigeria Youth Service Corp) and far less. Yet, there has been radio silence in almost all Nigerian political strata. The nation is plagued with violent jihadist insurgency in the North and foreign aid airdrops into terrorist strongholds, according to eye-witness accounts and testimony. It's military has gone on record acknowledging "white men" fighters along side terrorists. It's plain to see, the Federal Republic of Nigeria is under attack.
Rossiya is not the only nation that is fighting a proxy war with NATO-led Ukraine. According to multiple reports, Ukrainian special forces units are infiltrating down into Africa trafficking guns and violence. RT News reported that Ukraime is now training terror grouos across Africa according to the Russian Foreign Ministry. In fact, the fractured Sudanese government has admitted that Ukraine forces are in Sudan. FirstPost News has reported activity as early as March 2024. And whether there is popular support for the West-backed Sudan government or the UAE-backed RSF, the people of Sudan are being crushed by virulent ideologies hiding foreign interests that were established as far back as the Janjaweed. It's important to note that Osama bin Laden, the CIA-Backed Saudi of Yemeni Origin also operated from Sudan for five years.
Destabilizations in Africa have a distinct origin, as do those in Asia, Latin America and etc. Benin has invited the US back to support it as the US Africa Command makes a resurgence in Africa, Daily Post Nigeria reported. And while Sky News featured a report where the Pakistani Defense Minister admitted that the nation ran a 30+ year terror Network for the West, it is equally disturbing that a US lawmaker also pointed to USAID as the covert financier of terror. It is then necessary for nations to redefine the terror, development and the failed state. In fact, this special brand of terror appears to be a Western invention with a decidedly Muslim proxy. But doubtlessly there are diversions, like the LRA, Latin American cartels and paramilitary groups and the M23 that proliferate in regions with a smaller Muslim presense that cannot provide camouflage.
It may be that the West has deeper penetration into African, Asian and West Asian enclaves through Muslim-affiliated proxies and leverage of old pre-Colonial West Asian relationships. It's important note that the top terror hotspots in the world were funded by the United States. The top 10 US funded countries according to US News and World reports in 2021 was Israel, Jordan, Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Egypt, Yemen, South Sudan, DR Congo and Syria. Until recently, Rwanda was one of the more heavily militarily funded small states in East/Central Africa. The world must see the correlation between the pullback of USAID and the invention of Rearm Europe. Client states like Pakistan are having to to take on new roles, by pushing certain Western foreign policy initiatives and taking on its unwanted immigrants.
It may be time for those targetted by such acts or even those inadvertently affected or implicated to seek justice and redress for crimes against humanity, lost finance, land and personal injury. The world muat collectively hold those responsible for policies that negatively effected or targetted innocent people, civillians, journalists, educators, politicians and others. The 2024 case against an Asian American professor falsley accused by the US of spying is an excellent example. The 2025 case shows not only wrongful allegations and dismissal, but a concerted effort to target him according, an NBC News report.
Recently, RT News reported that Russia commensed a special summit on security with African leaders. Jihadisys are emerging in bizarre regions of the globe and this makes the cover for terror too thin to hide. Populations notice an influx of supposes "Islamists" in areas pushing back against neocolonial or Western policy and these stands out in comparison to their normal Muslim religious communities. Sputnik News reportes that the United Kingdom's M16 was training sabotage (terror) networks for deployment in Africa as far back as August 2023. Those units are likely active now. In fact, Al-Mayadeen news reported on a DRTV news broadcast that caught Ukrainian servicemen in training wearing an IS (Islamic State) chevron on his uniform.
It is time for the diplomatic world to understand that it is being attacked and undermined by a Western tactics of violent covert engagement beyomd color revolutions and coup d'etats. It goes beyond the proxy, to the ultimate cause of keeping states destabilized for the maintenance of hegemony. China's unforseen rise and tactical responses has forced the West to abandon decorum and furiously drive after it, with open intent to destroy its progresd and influence.
It is unable to hide its intentions behind a proxy like Ukraine, where it may pretend it is juduciously mediating between Moscow and Kiev. Or perhaps it may prove its magnanimity in silencing the guns it supplied and directed for stolen minerals, by arbitrating a 3-way deal between D.R. Congo, Rwanda and the M23 Terror group. But these tangents are found all over the globe where a small desperate nation is willing to act as a regional proxy or client to enact destabilization on behalf of empire. Destabilization is the plan of empire to remain.
These are the tactics of the old order Empire. Whether in decay and flux or general good repair, the empire needs misdirection and conflict to maintain hegemony. In present times that tactic has been decapitated from accountability through an entrenched deepstate that does not need national or civilian leadership to function. It is the West's Frankenstein monster that has become unbound. It is ready to attack, destroy, harrass, sabotage, and stalk anything or anyone that presents an existential and in some cases (agent level) threat to a shared cultural ideology of replacement, scarcity and zero-sum game theory. It has become naked and wild befor all the world. It must even destroy its own whom it believes poses threat, it is the equivalent of a malicious AI unabke to distinguish foe from friend.
Therefore, it would be erroneous to assume the current Whitehouse occupent has thrown the nation and its foreign relations into chaos. Recall, the nation was being ran by a man so cognitively impared that he casually mentioned his cancer diagnosis to America in a genwral comments that were dismissed by deepstate analysts and explainers. But then, there are no deepstate analysts, journalists and professionals--only operatives running the same flawed program. Americans could see through it, and the world can too.
The fact is that nations that traffic in terror to maintain hegemony are the real failed states. In an attempt to maintain status, they have had to sink trillions of dollars into endless wars and conflicts. The Wast has always posed a particular threat to it as we see in its consistent Cold War aggressions against the USSR and now both Russia and China.
The pursuits have degraded their societies, infrastructure, trade, social services and the morale of people and allied participants. It is time the world prepared itself for the tactics of the real failed state. It is the state that must leverage violence, piracy, chaos and terror to just survive.

World News Round-up for May 2025
World News Round-up for May 2025
Moody's Downgrafes US After Resisting Economic Markers Noted by Other Agency Downgrades
After more than 100 years, Moodys downgraded America's creditworthiness from perfect. The move, although historic is more symbolic as the nation is beleagured under billions in debt and unchecked military industrial complex spending. The downgrade underscores fears of a US recession as trade Anxieties heighten in the USA among SMEs and C-Suite corporate executives.
The US has been the last recognize its own inflated debt as it continues to sell bonds and promise generous returns for its stock market. The previous administration was rife with revisions and data corrections that helped its claim of a "soft landing." Its former treasury chair once noted in an interview that America would simply keep printing dollars to pay its debt. And that means it has an infinte supply as long as there is ink and the the printing presses still work.
Neverrheless, the US continues to fall in real production and real strength in all catagories. US agriculture, rare earths and other simular undustries continue to suffer. The ease of printing debt masks its real-time decay and offers hope where there should be vigilance.
China Ups the Ante with New Chips and Operating System.
Recently China's premier tech company, Huawei unveiled new Ascend semiconductors. The move was immediately met with US insecurity, as its department of industry issued a blanket world threat against the new innovation. The USA has alleged the new chips are facsimiles of American models.
The unilateral move comes without any WTO filings, international protocols or proof. Essentially the US wants to sanction the world if they buy advanced Chips from China. Beijing has issued relevant protests from its official spokesperson, CGTN reports and Huawei has gone on to issue a new Harmony OS operating system for computers that offers an alternative to the US imbalance in operating systems of CPUs, mobile and other digital devices. The new Harmony OS for CPUs provides an alternative to the world and equalizes decades long trade imbalanced in the tech world.
Eurozone to Halt Russia Energy By 2027 & Cut Away China Trade with New Deminimis Rules
The EU has issued a bold move to end all Russian energy in the bloc. The declaration has caused alarm for some states that do not want to sacrifice their national economic ambitions over the losing Ukrainian contest. Many see Germany as a critical warning sign that other EU states could deindustrialize at a similar rate. Germany cut its economic growth rate to below zero, Deutschewelle reported in May.
The Rearm Europe program which hopes to revive the Blocs Military Industrial Complex as a means of fiscal revival will undoubtedly require an incredible anount of energy. However, the Eurozone has been keen to miscalculated inrecent times. It is likely the Rearm program will be no different.
While the brief 100-day US Tariff War offered some misdirection and cover for critical adjustments, the Bloc has retrenched as expected behind limiting Beijings fiscal trade gains under a new name. The G7 has renamed it's de-risking policy to what it clearly believes is a more descreet moniker known as "excessive imbalances." The goal to target deminimis trade with a €2 tariff on all international B2C sales and €0.50 tariff on B2B sales that go to warehouses. The new tariff which will be called a "flat fee" fits with the new G7 policy on trade.
Attempted Coup d'etat in Ivory Coast Puts West African Region on High Alert After U.S. AFRICOM Expansion
As the US has committed to re-entry in Africa, AFRICOM has expanded in West Africa. Benin has invited the US military back to provide support in a region once policed by France as apart if it's longterm Franceafrique. In recent times Paris has abdicated military presence in Africa to the US as France and the EU and Paris continue to retract. In the last quarter of 2024, France also relinquished military presence in the Sahel, particularly Chad to Hungary. Hungary, like many new Eastern European and Balkan additions to the bloc administrate far more conservative budgets and suitable GDPs.
In late May, Ivory Coast experienced what has been described as an attempted coup d'etat over a period of 48-72 hours, Daily Mail reported. Gunfire was heard in the major city and a blanket internet and media ban made communication difficult, Leadership Nigeria News reported.
Local embassies and staff were on lockdown and shelter in place orders as it was reported over 30 people were believed killed, the Tell Magazine reported. Eyewitnesses noted French Warships off the coast so it was not immediately known if the putsch was orchestrated by France, the USA or locals seeking to regain control of their fatherland.
Ivory Coast has been a vassal state under the France-backed strongman and president who has been in office for nearly half a century. He is among the long-time Western backed strongmen in the Africa Region that helping keep local populations on lockdown from major uprisings or autonomy. While there have been protests regarding these longtime leaders who cut genwrous mineral, business and land deals with the West, many run their nations like open air prisons to keep citizens in check. The legacy of neocolonialism often continues unchecked, therefore it is difficult to know whether the attempted overthrow was organic or a Western mission under thw new expanded US AfricaCommand.

The Empire Strikes Back: Canabalized By the Deep State
Bloomberg News issued a highly startling chart that showed the shift in US Bond holders. It depicts a scenario where China had dropped to number three among the top US treasury holders. The Sino-nation comes in third behind the UK and Japan, with various G7 countries rounding up the top ten. The decrease in China bond holdings and the worldwide dump is not exactly what is unusual about the chart.
It's actually very logical for China and other international bond holders to divest. The wild swings in US geopolitics and socioeconomic reversals has spooked the international market. What make less sense, is the uptake of US treasuries by G7 nations. It's counter intuitive in a market where yields are being hammered, debt is high and inflation is stubborn. Even massive investments by Arab countries are puzzling for the uninformed. But there is method, if madness.
Doubtlessly, the last US Democratic adminiatration kept business, finance, trade and media on edge--however, it moved much slower and made adamant unsustainable promises about system stability. But make no mistake, it was burning through its social currency at the speed of light. It is why Americans were glad to vote out nearly everyone in office, except those in Democratic strongholds.
But what the world witnesses today is something similar to Orwell's futuristic masterpiece, 1984. There is a groupthink that has overtaken the EU in its blind pursuit of rearmament, Ukraine support and retrenchment behind authoritarian stances. It is not the citizens who are most influenced by the proverbial "double-think," "groupthink" and the platitudes of empire, but its elites and architects.
Orwell's 1984 is not a story about citizens unable to think for themselves; rather it is a story about unelected beauracrats that believed they could think for citizens. It is the unfortunate but predictable rise of the deep state. The secret state that is comfident it knows better than the businessman on busimess, the banker on finance, the homemaker on family and the economist on economy. There is a presupposition that it knows how to run all facets of government and the daily lives and beliefs of citizens.
Recently, the German Spy agency declared the AfD political party to be extremist, a label that is being challenged in court. In 2025, AFP News reported that the popular female French Right candidate, was barred from elections for five years. A move that effectively whittled away the choices of French voters. If it sounds distopian, that's because it is.
The Orwellian concept of groupthink is actually a phenomenon better demonstrated by the deep state beauracracy that coalesces into echo chambers and silos. The masses are not confused and can easily hear and see, but the deep state cannot. The goal of international politic for mational beauracracies has moved to a desperate struggle for hegemony. This means all other matters, including citizen matters mean far less.
It is the unencumbered explaination of why G7 states are buying wilting US debt. It also clearly explains the massive Arab state investments into obviously tanking industries and companies. The Associated Press reported that Saudi Arabia has agreed to purchased up to 240 in Boeing Aircraft in May 2025 and will invest over half a trillion in US interests. Saudi Arabia's AviLease has promised to buy up to 30 of Boeings troubled 737 Max Jets, Forbes News reports.
This is not business as usual. It's a rescue operation in which the deep state sees itself as the hero. In 1947 the CIA was created and since that time secret government has exploded in Western sysyems. Covert government and law enforcement became a mainstay of the Cold War. While spies are not unusual in natioms, the magnitude, reach and lack of public accountability of the secret state or the deep state has become enormous and invasive. Its tactile arms and web-like network go beyond nabbing bad guys to harassing and staking its own citizens; intimidating politicians and business leaders and anyone who will not submit to its Orwellian style groupthink.
These beauracratic arms have reduced Ukraine to rubble, when a solution could have easily been sorted from the Minsk II agreement in 2022. The envisioned Build Back Better scheme that never emerged in the four years an octagenarian manchurian candidate was in office has left many disturbing questions. The groupthink spreading across the West has even crushed the fortunes of Europes once most productive nation. Germany has sunk into manufacturing irrelevance and deep industrialization with consecutive quarters of recession. G7 States and their allies are on a uncharted course.
An ABC report revealled that America's top cop under its last administration was implicated in factual inconsistencies in reports to the FISA court regarding the famed RussiaGate Scandal. The FISA court is a secret US foreign intelligence court whose powers were greatly expanded under the US Patriot Act of 2001.
The expansion of jurisdiction and reach for a secret court capable of targeting foreign governments and American citizens ironically came into force after the 9/11 terror event toppling the twin towers of the World Trade Organization. An attack allegedly orchestrated by Al-Qaeda and Former CIA Asset and Saudi National Osama Bin Laden who also operated out of Sudan for roughly five years (1991-1996) A sad irony in retrospect, when considering the 2025 Sky News report where the Pakistani Defense Minister admitted to running a terror network comprising Al-Queda and IS for Western governments for over 30 plus years including the 1980 Cold War Era Afgani-Soviet conflict and East Africa bombings killing hundreds.
There is sad irony again for the American people and for the freedoms lost in 2011. Americans were suddenly made targets due to an attack by an allegedly manufactured terror group. One that was ran by a man with deep ties to Saudi Arabia through the Saudi Bin Laden Group, a construction company ran by his Yemen-born father who was the wealthiest non-royal Saudi.
The real terror, is that like the German Stasi, many of these intrigues have filtered into Post World War II societies and institutions. These silent infliltrations kill geopolitical innovation, seek to silence dissent and subject the state to a solidified groupthink that crushes the geopolitical and socioeconomic innovation necessary to pivot. From France to Poland, the groupthink rules beyond elections and popular protests.
In mid-May 2025, the former US FBI director came under investigation by the Department of Homeland Security for alleged calls to assasinate a sitting U.S. president, MSN News reported. It is an uncomfortable moment to realize there are strong factions within the American deep state. A state whose secrets are canabalizing it and the freedoms and privacy its citizens and politicians once enjoyed.
The EU has even pushed ahead with massive rearmament, while the UK binges on unstable US debt alongside Berkshire Hathaway, America's largest domestic holder of US treasuries. Moody's just recently downgraded US creditworthiness after 100 plus years of perfect ratings and the EU has determined to end its use of all Russian energy by 2027, RT News reported. Even with new gas pipelines, regional agreements and US oil, it is doubtful the Eurozone can attain an oil and gas capacity as plentiful and economical as with Russia. Therefore, the future remains unscertain.
The cognition is that there are existential enemies to stop. And this means citizens, popularly elected officials, journalists, business executives and public figures are stalked and harrassed by their own state institutions and civil servants. They do not think like deep state beauracrats because they are comnected to the wider world in a more tangible way. But regardless, law enforcement is weaponized against popular leaders; students are forced to relinquish their First Amendment rights; farmers are forced to give up their livelihoods; business are crushed by draconian policies and social media is stalked by phantom accounts and malicious algorithms.
However, people are pushing back and that is good. It demonstrates their is still a window of opportunity for people in country. However, the more pressing issue for the old order, is that it is being destroyed by the paranoia of the eep state. From Brussels to Montreal, Paris to Rome, the Deep State itself, is canabalizing the Post World War II order.

Cold Wars and Continuity in Historical Endgame Politik
Politik
Around 2015-2018 Greece embarked on an ambitious plan to attract more tourist. The debt ridden state was among the worst performing economies in Southern Europe. It was soundly being punished by the EU for its financial failures. Today, however, it is flanked by the likes of Italy, France, Spain and Portugal as well as other wilting economies in the European West. With a current debt to GDP ratio of about 150+/- percent according to Trading Economics, it is difficult to imagine Greece was once the epicenter of the European world and the globe.
However, a quick look at its national vitsl statistics soundly confirms that Greece, which has been the model of the Western European world, is the prototype and final endgame of empire. What is more important than its state of continuing disrepair, is that its protege nations are dismantling without an open enemy. This means no one, single state has yet determined to overthrow the alliance.
Recently, Greece has inked a deal with Egypt to forge a major undersea power cable as the Eurozone whithers without Russian energy. In fact, the EU Commission has advanced the cause to abandon all Russian energy by 2027, according to an RT News report. This proclaimation was met with no small rancor by Hungary and Slovakia who stand to see major economic contractions under the diktat. Now, Germany won't be the only deindustrializing economy in the Eurozone, as Deutschland's 2025 growth projections have been slashed to zero according to Reuters News Agency.
But the Eurozone is not the only Western modelled confederacy that has determined to smash its own fortunes. There are flashing indicators beyond the Atlantic that reveal leadership systems, policy and populations are in flux. These markers leave us with disturbing questions about the reach and motivations of the deep state. Namely, how long would the US deep state have pretended that an octegenarian in obvious cognitive decline was making decisions? Will citizens realize that industry has already discarded their labor and production as expensive and inefficient? Has the New World realized that much of what remains is smoke and mirrors, grifters and graft and stuttering lettered men who must explain away the obvious. Americans never asked however, instead, they assumed they could flush out the ambiguity at the ballot. An clever mistake in a electoral system with superdelegates.
Vladamir Putin is on record acknowledging that American presidents enter office with grandious campaign ambitions only to be met with men in suits supplying an agenda for the next four years. Unfortunate for America, it may likely be an agenda that has been tanking the state for the past 40+ years. It is difficult to imagine the current American president was unaware of the program after a first term, but the romantic hope of a heroic last-minute, power move--of any kind-remains. Alas.
However, more interest should be taken to Greece and its matriculation from World power to debt haven. While it has improved its fortunes from a 170% debt to GDP ratio in 2009, it has yet to recover adequately as the world system shifts. This publication noted in earlier analysis that southern European states were the proverbial canary in the cave. That prediction has become a reality today, as debt, sociopolitical ambiguity, deindustrialization and decay has exploded out of control across the Eurozone.
Unfortunately, the deep state of the EU has embarked on a suicide mission with its unwitting and unwilling populations in tow. Rather than rethink mandates in the earliest stages, these Greek-Civilizational states have doubled down on policies that have brought them to the precipice of paradise lost. Self-congratulatory and punitive, many Western-styled states are following the grand decline of one of histories most expansive empires.
Perhaps it is just as well, as theory might serve to prove that states styled after the Greek Empire must of necessity end in the same manner. Perhaps there is a fundamental flaw in the design, cognition and ethics that leads to the same outcomes. That concept is not without merit, as the crash of the Roman Empire follows a similar course as its Greek predecessor in both sociocultural and economic contexts. We are left to wonder if the future is Eurasian, with Russia leading Europe from the ashes of its self-inflicted decline.
And while theory abounds, reality is without the niceties of polite historical recall. Pakistan's recent May 2025 revelations on Western-backed terror networks on Australia's Sky News along with US lawmaker's allusions to USAID funded terror groups help to present a compelling picture of a civilization battling for preimmenince by any means necessary. There are no sacred cows of humanity here, nor by treaty or alliance--only raw, savage survival.
The revelations give credence to regional complaints long ignored, giving force and legitimacy to states both big and small to act decisively to protect themselves by any means, in so savage a contingency with the framers of the retiring World Order. While Iran has been threatened and strong-armed to relinquish its nuclear program, the West has been busy upgrading their own. In early May 2025, Stars and Stripes News reported that the US is currently retrofitting their thermonuclear arms program for late 2025 release.
Recent terror revelations, legitimize the concerns of any state. And states with capabilities to defend itself from raider nation capitalism or military conflict may be seen as a threat regardless of their willingness to comply It must not be lost on the world that the only reason Moscows still stands is because of its massive, unambiguous nuclear arsenal that serves as a clear deterrent to raider nationd that have no problem destabilizing a state, launching proxies and terror campaigns for resources, geopolitical influence or graft.
The world finally comprehends that the tensions of the Cold War were not mutually contrived. Rather they stemmed from the mechenizations of the general state of the empire. And while the USSR was compromised through intrigue and attack, the Cold War II order has imploded from within.

See No Evil, Read No Evil: Salvador and the Underreported World of Small State Actors
See No Evil, Read No Evil: Salvador and the Underreported World of Small State Actors
According to a report from Reporters Without Borders, in its annual report, El Salvador had fallen in ranking from 135 to 180. The massive fall indicated a massive 41point defferece drom 2024, elsalvador.com reported. The report comes on the heels of the president rejecting US requests to return a wrongly deported man, AP News reports.
The ratnkings fall, according to the report comes as Salvadorean leadership is increasingly under pressure by civil society veins and the press critical of methods and means concerning crime and ither societal factors. RSF (Reporteras Sin Fronteras) Latin America has noted that accepted deportations from the US, lack transparency in its accountability to the Salvadorean people. Press are unable to adequately inform the population on the details of a major unflux into their prison population and nation.
In recent times Salvador had marketed itself as a prime destination for tourists and digital nomads. Increasingly, authoritarian states involved in dubious practice with their citizens or in proxy wars have been advertised to unsuspecting tourists as go-to destinations. Without the freedom of local press to tell the real story, many visitors may upend their life to find themselves in brutal military strongholds or in regions of genocide and ethnic cleansing.
The Palestinian-Origin Salvadorean president has been keen to ensure that gangs come under tight scrutiny in recent times. Salvador, like many Latin American nations have struggled to have their own foreign policy separate from the regional hegemon. Apart from its colonial and regional wars, in 1979 the US Carter administration leveraged a regime change against its military leader. That regime had been in power since 1931 and had been supported by the US until it lost relevance to current interests, and the JRG or Revolutionary Government Junta was installed. The people suffered.
Salvadoreans have had to live under foreign backed tyranny for more than half a century, which has ensured poverty and slow reform. States like El-Salvador that have existed for so long without sovereignty or autonomy rightly question new developments from its pro-West president. Just recently, the Salvadorean president was in the United States making a deal, Reuters reported.
However few understand that these militarized hot spots offered as safe havens for Western tourists. Sporting events, and internatiinal meeting nodes, are often repressive strongholds locking citizens away in slums and shanty towns under threat of violence. A key missive in the evolution of the El Salvadorean political landscape, was its very influential colonial class oligarchy. This coterie of business, financial and land holders weighed heavily on a politic that splintered the state. Doubtless the current Salvadorean leadership emerges from this oligarchy. The current president is the son of a massively successful Palestinian-origin businessman and religious leader.
Salvador presents a disturbing picture of autonomy lost. It is not unlike the contingencies playing out in central Africa, West Asia and even Southeast Asia. It is estimated that by late 1970, government contracted "death squads" or paramilitary groups were killing 10 people per day in El Salvafor with thousands of active and part-time militia, with more than one US-sponsored junta active in the fray to secure Salvador. It was a melee of epic proportion which underscores the colonial roots of leadership in Latin American states that trounce the aspirations of its local indigenous and mestizo peoples.
The fact is that small states like El Salvador are often left to the wiles of international intelopers that defeat local populations. The greatest loss in such political and military contests are not the power brokers and leaders, but the decades of lost life, liberty and livelihood of local people. These retard modernization and the socioeconomic role they could play in the world. These small states are often targetted as regional strongholds because they lack true regional support and power.
El Salvador even faught a war with its neighbor over its people squatting on Honduran land, in search of stability as well as safety from social politics. This scenario plays out over and over without remedy in small developing states. It will likely play out in contingencies with Ukraine, Poland and Germany and other less fortified states. It is possible these European regions regions may devolve into a gangland itself, as arms and discontent flood the region. Salvador has been destabilized over and over at the behest of foreign interests and also its self-interested oligarchs making the state a hotbed of crime and human misery. The gangs are likely an offshoot of the proxies, militias and juntas of the past.
Salvador has a population of 6 million, according to local 2024 census, which has endured decades of unspeakable crimes against humanity. It serves as a cautionary tale for Ukraine, Taiwan and Malaysia, and a confirmation of the multi-decade foreign-backed ethnic cleansing in the Congo and and the Levant. The markers of external manipulation and destabilization are easy to recognize. As such, it does beg the question as to why there remains no adequate regional mechanisms or civil society bodies to help relieve the human suffering.
Noting the markers of destabilization and extra-state manipulation is easy. However the world must come to terms with the collective loss of civility and life as such contingencies continue to spin out of control. Pakistan offers an excellent example of an admitted terror state sponsored by Western powers at the expense and devestation of others, RT News reports. Former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan was castigated for admitting to these methods, as well as the US infuence in the state. But recent revelations have proven that the Rules Based Order has been undergirded by terror networks and cells.
The world suffers for looking the other, way when small states are abused and forced to act as proxies by oligarchs or misguided political players. What is Salvador's press trying to tell the world and its constituents about the state of its nation? When the media goes silent, the population is left naked to the wills of a state externally controlled by self interested raider nations. Essentially, a human tragedy. The world must change its protocol on small or highly vulnerable states, because as with Pakistan, the world may also have to suffer for turning a blind eye.

Colonial Legacies and Raider Nations: Preparing for the Order's Last Stand
Perhaps the world has been far too optimistic about the Post World War II Order and its corresponding institutions. It has assumed the UN Mandate, the World Trade Organization and various world entities carried noble ends to manage the world in a civil and orderly manner for the good of all. But even as the world faces deep geopolitical and economic upheavals today, we see that is clearly not the case.
In 2023, Lebanon was offered the standard $2-3 billion developing economy loan from the IMF. It applaied after the country fell into deep financial distress after a currency collapse that looks very much like the one Turkiye' president decried in 2021 as a possible financial hit. And in recent times hedge funds and large investors have been used to manipulate markets to force leadership to toe the line for their attending nations.
Lebanon is now seeking a way out, yet it has been barred from collecting on those fund without submitting to some population crushing monetary policy. It must surrender its nations privacy to foreign NGOs and corresoonding investugations against citizens to access funds. The IMF is famous for monetary policy and austerity that stirs uprisings like we see in Kenya or leaves domestic populations vulnerable. But also policies that are rejected, like the Kenya Finance Bill 2024 and the Tunisia IMF loan are growing as it becomes evident these bodies are not always pushing for policies that work oe make sense.
The IMF is calling on Lebanon to surrender it banking information on private citizens and investors--an odd request coming from a financial organisations tasked with governance level fiscal policy. They want meta data, like withdrawls and deposits, dates and financial instruments.
The policy, which was just ratified in Lebanon's parliament in late April 2025, surrenders the banking privacy of its citizens to foreign and US-Bases NGOs for data collection, targetted inquiry and even investigation. Given the demonstrated government permeability of Western tech, and institutions, it's almost guaranteed to compromise the Lebonese state. The measure gives massive extra state power and access to NGOs, sacrificing privacy and sovereignty on the alter of a few billion dollars. A loan they will no doubt need again in the future when the USA decides to shift interest rates and hedge funds make dubious currency-crashing transfers.
The IMF, World Bank and WTO are not composed of finance gods. They are composed of citizens, mostly from the EU and US--nations and blocs that by and large cannot balance their own bank sheets. Yet emerging markets are keen to take on fiat debt that never rights their economy. But perhaps that is because it was designed that way. The Post World War II order was set in place to keep a ORDER.
Many forget that order means a sequence or ranking system. The Post World War II Order or Rules Based Order is the Western Equivalent of the Soviet Union. Without explicity stating it, these mechanisms, World NGO bodies and financial systems keep an important order. That order is undergirded by the Western military industrial complex. And that is why in its withering state, there is Re-Arm Europe, which had to eat into EU citizen savings to work, EuroNews reports. There is the massive German defense spending package which plunges the once most austere EU state into massive debt, and also the newly announced US Pentegon spending package which aims to pump nearly a trillion dollars into the US Nuclear arms program.
Obviously, the order established at the close of World War II is falling apart. And this matters a great deal to nations that once led the world order by its two basic pillars: Military and Money. The military supports the money and the money supports the military. It really is cyclical. And its just that simple.
These methods have helped to keep the "order" or the "ranking" which keeps certain nations as resource colonies in purpetual poverty, others as mid-level producers and middle men, and the final smallest tier as rulers, managers and executives where wealth is collected and enjoyed. However, in recent times, that carefully curated order has been disrupted.
New technology, changing geopolitics, civilizational decadence and savvier world players have changed the trajectory of the post World War II Order. There is movement and massive change in a setup that was intended to be static. Suddenly, Russia has become the clear leader in Europe. China has outpaced all experts predictions, Southeast Asia is coming into its own, and even Africa is making headway alongside West Asia.
It is naive to assume maintaining the Post World War II Order has been easy. It has not. It has required economic hitmen, color revolutions, massive quantative easing, military destabilization campaigns, unilateral sanctions, coercion, proxy wars, ethnic cleansing and the destruction of nations, governments and people around the world.
The truth that few wish to face, is that the colonial raiders of the dark ages of human subjugation remain. The tactics and names have changed somewhat, but colonial raiders, pirates and land squatting barbarism remains. The world has yet to reckon with the raider nations of the past that have merely morphed into more sophisticated prototypes of an age that aparently has not gone by.
Just recently, the Pakistan Defense minister revealled that Islamabad has run terror networks for the West, US and UK for over 30 years, Sky News reports. The revelation is stark and disappointing, because for many years those in the region warned the world to no avail. Pakistan was the hot spot for a unified terror network deployed under different monikers in different regions. We now understand better 9/11, the Afganistan War, Libya and Sahel militants.
In fact, the Pakistani minister's words corroborate recent US lawmakers 2025 revelations that USAID supported terror groups. It also underscores eye-witness testimony in Nigeria by villagers witnessing aid drops in terrorist strongholds and military personel who said terrorists increased under NGO programs. Even several Sahel states have pointed out foreign terror support and ousted corresponding state militaries. The developing world cannot develop becaise it is always being destabilized by thise who claim to help stabilize it.
And sadly, there are local actors willing to keep their region in chaos and fiscal incontinence. The world must face the fact that there are raider nations with dutiful proxies that betray their entire region for a bank account transfer and a hot meal abroad. These raider nations have been ignored at the expense of many nations and very little has been done to guard against the usual suspects.
What does a president do when his nation is situated near a Raider Nation or its obedient lackey? Those that do the dirty work for empire become the thugs and gangsters that shake down entire regions and keep development and affluence slow. They help maintain the order that keeps the global south a convenient, poverty-stricken resource colony.
Many emerging economies have had no time to grow and repair what was damaged from colonialism. They are thrown into petty tribal conflicts supplied with weapons and fiat to maintain the status quo--the Post World War II Order. States attempting to grow in massive form, like China, Russia, South Africa, Nigeria and Iran among others threaten that order. For Raider Nations, there is no friendship too sacred, that would prevent it from targetting a state, should its socioeconomic indicators turn positive.
The hubris of the past on human development, diversity, globalization and shared values were all just pretty words. Perhaps, it love-bombed the word to the stonage of critical thinking, so that the obvious was not so obvious. Somehow the world has reached a moment where the actors are known and the carnage continues. Israel is not the only regional proxy state in West Asia that acts as hired goons for Raider Nations. Pakistan has revealled a 30+ year network that has doubtlessly claimed the lives of hundreds and stolen the future of nations.
Without question, Raider nations have installed their regional proxies to maintain the Post World War II order. We know this because as soon as a state determines its sovereignty and economic ambition, the proxies emerge threatening and parading into towns, villages and border regions. They claim land that has never been there's, demand religious ubiquity among already religiously ubiquitous groups and generally make nonsensical assertions and demands.
Pakistan represents a disturbing precedent. It models to the worldthat an entire state could be funded by a Raider Nation to destabilize and wreck its neighbors. It sounds familiar in Africa, where countless bands of goons from Tripoli to Harare parade around in the jungle under a silly moniker, claiming land, resources and discontents, while killing innocent people to make way for foreign interests. It's all very colonial.
And Africa is not alone, Latin America, West Asia and Southeast Asia are rife with similar contingencies. From nowhere a group of "students" emerge to ensure local citizens have less resources and opportunity than they originally had. Whether a non-sensical proxy army, or regional destabilizer , the outcomes are similar.
And if not a military force, there is always the financial side. A slick interloper will arrive into town to produce an offer state leadership "cannot refuse." From economic hitmen to IMF officials offering counterintuitive financial policy, the state is wrecked again and again. The WTO, World Bank, IMF are all offering emerging economies the opportunity to stangulate their own populations for €3 Billion Euros. Euros loaned from states that cannot balance their own books and who have embarked on a self-defeating journey of sanctions and military build-up.
Whether said or implied, the world must come to reckon over raider nations and their global impact. Eastern Europe is now at the tip of a spear, as the Ukraine is turned into a proxy state for regional destabilization. A 2023 Sputnik News report revealled a M16 Plot to send Ukrainian Mercenaries to Africa. And this was corroberated in 2024 when Kiyv sent men to fight in Sudan, Wall Street Journal reports. In fact, AfricaNews reports Ukrains has initiated recent 2025 overtures to secure closer ties with Johannesberg. A move that may not bode well for South Africa, foreshadowing violence to come. Where raider nation proxies are involved, disaster is sure to follow. A disaster that resets the order back to the World War II mandate.
Moscow may well have reason to seek distance and stronger defense or deterence against Kiyv, if it has been transformed into a regional proxy. In fact, Al Mayadeen reported in 2023 that a Danish journalist for DRTV news captured an active photo of a Ukrainian servicemen wearing an IS (Islamic State) chevron on his shoulder. Russian Foreign Intelligence service also revealled in that same report that the US Military was actively recruiting Daesh and Al-Queda, to attack the Russian North Caucuses, Central Asia and CIS countries. And recent revelations concerning Pakistan and USAID confirm that intelligence.
In fact, Nigerian military personnel, of quite high rank, including generals have noted that civil society Western NGOs often strengthened militants, but when shuttered, terror activity often dissipated. Unfortunately, the West African state has much to concern itself. Its highest leader has been corroberated to be a US Central Intelligence Agency asset, and a resurgence of militant cattle herders has emerged, Vangaurd Nigeria News reports. If it sounds bizarre, it's because it is. It also sounds very colonial.
The harboring and defense of Khalistani seperatists in Five Eyes nations even begins to beg the question. Recall, raider nations were already installing terror networks in Pakistan in the 1980s. It is not unimaginable to assume such units were being formed against Asia, Africa and Latin America. These sleeper cells fashioned to scuttle national progress and sovereignty reveal a dark and barbaric underbelly to the Post World War II Order that the world can no longer ignore.
The Democratic Republic of the Congo and Somalia has lived under proxy violence for decades now. It is nonsensical on the ground, but makes great headlines. Bands of armed tribal men beating themselves to death in the jungle reinforces our Post World War II idea of a backward Africa or West Asia fighting to the death over livestock and religion. It even has its own UN hashtag, Silencing the Guns--the Western guns sent to ensure total carnage.
The world must recognize raider nations. Whether explicitly stated or not, these entities exist. Often with sophisticated markets, diplomatic presence, supply chains and media; Raider nations rely on blending in with other countries of the world. But they can no longer be ignored as the desperation for survival increases under the crumbling order. States must prepare for when regional henchmen and terror networks are leveraged against them to accomplish external interests in their countey or region. They must set a plan of action for economic hitmen, weaponized hedge funds and regional proxies bent on destroying neighbors for 30 pieces of silver.
The information age has afforded the world deeper insights into the mechanization of the modern world. And while much is modern, much is still accomplished by blunt force trauma by those who deeply believe in a savage ethic. The world needn't stop turning, but it does need to be prepared.
