was playing 20 questions on the 8 hour drive to visit my grandparents & after like 10 minutes of utterly fruitless questioning my brother suddenly asks me with such exasperation & contempt "is it some sort of petrified remains"

i think skeletal ass right wing politicians saw the glimpses of the impossible proletariat uprising in the form of twitter activism and actually got scared and instantly started spamming the violent propaganda button to try and offset the shifting tides of power

but that that only means we should push more to fight for better because if this level of frantic violence is the result of us just saying 'it would be good if we improved life for everyone' then what more are they gonna have when in the face of extermination we say fuck you

the instant younger demographics started caring about how the places they live are run was the exact second 'politics' started becoming the monstrous ball of societal stress and i dont think thats a coincidence because of 'how annoyingly impassioned the youth of today is'

i think its a direct intentional byproduct of people in power suddenly realising the tides could very much turn on them if they dont foster and encourage reactionary vitriol in their own supporters to counteract the youths sudden action
