man this morning i heard my sister screaming in her sleep so i went in her room and woke her up and she was like "oh yea i was having a nightmare" then she tells me about it later and she had dreamt that she saw a snowman moving around outside

In hindsight it was incredibly funny for the west to pick Xinjiang as the place where there's totally a secret genocide happening.

Xinjiang is a very popular tourism destination. Besides the fact that various diplomats and even UN humans rights people went there and found no genocide, you can also just go there and walk around and take a million pictures and talk to people and visit during Muslim holidays and see that the people there aren't being genocided.

Even easier now that you can just go on Xiaohongshu and see like every 5th or 6th person has an IP from Xinjiang and you can talk to Uyghurs.

Meanwhile, many of the people and institutions that accused China of genocide were really argumentative about the definition of genocide when it came to Palestine. You could see the genocide and oppression of Palestine, even well before Oct 7.

I can assure you that you're not going to find Palestinians who are going to say that their people are doing fine.
