We are building a pipe bending machine and need to weld this hex sleeve inside of our sprocket. I’m using the 1500W fibre laser welder here with no filler rod to create a neat little weld all around both sides. Max laser source 1.5Kw laser at 70% Mild steel sprocket Hardened steel socket for our sleeve by SystemisedBy.Design

Quick video of 2 hours into 2 1/2 minutes. We’ve made 3 of these silicone moulds now to be able to make 60 of our parts in one hit. We 3d printed our masters on a Creality Ender 3 pro in 10% infill. We used Platsil for our mould making and a rigid engineering resin with a 1 hour cure for the casting. Much better for us to do it this way rather then injection moulding- the part is an irregular shape and we wouldn’t be able to injection mould in one piece. This also allows us to iterate way more quickly and at significantly lower cost! Hope you enjoy the video. by SystemisedBy.Design

The TriSign has been designed to meet the compliance requirements of a multi message sign while allowing for remote access to remove workers from the shoulders of high speed roads when setting up project work sites. The TriSign allows for 3 separate sign faces offering the ability to have 2 different TGSs and an aftercare or a blank face available for the one site. TriSign has been developed and is manufactured in Brisbane and available in Australia with through Outsource1 at sales@outsource1.com.au These signs have been designed for project works of a duration of 3 months + where you are setting up one or 2 closures in the same location shift after shift. Installation August 2020 Greenslopes Hospital for John Holland. This installation in a built up area created a sign network across the suburb advising delivery trucks of the gate locations and if the gates were open or closed. Given the medium density residential nature of the area and the dead end streets, large delivery trucks vehicles were able to avoid road blockages when they arrived at a closed gate. We installed beacons on these signs also set to a timer which would flash to draw attention to the 'open' or 'closed' notice. Enjoying what you're seeing? Glue up and assembly of a protective foam bag insert with exoskeleton for a canvas bag. We designed this in house to protect a portable, remote control traffic light we designed called the TriLight. This is the first of 500 being made- I think I need to sort out a higher flow rate on the glue to make it a little quicker. We are making these for Oursource1 nBrisbane for distribution across Australia for the traffic control / traffic management industry. We designed the TriLight and all ifs components to remove all the negative feedback we researched about the eSTOP portable traffic signal that has been on the market for a couple of years now- we think we did a pretty good job and so far the feedback has been great too. We’re looking forward to seeing these out on the road protecting roadworker lives! by TrafficTalk

A great device to provide every TC and road worker with an active, attention grabbing superpower! While hi-vis and bio motion is great, as a passive solution it relies on and responds in kind to external input (ie: headlights) - I'm not leaving my safety to a reaction.
