1) Ysanne Isard (Star Wars) - Director of Imperial Intelligence with the rank of Moff, and after the death of Palpatine, she fought for herself the place of Regent of the Imperial Power, leading the Galactic Empire. She was called "The Empress in all but name."

2) Lotara Sarrin (Warhammer) - captain of the flagship of the XII Legion, even Angron respected her.
