- space internet is down due to, idk, heavy meteor showers, so he cannot complete the call to any clone commander so he's just seething in his office punching at his commlink

- just as hes saying "execute order sixty-" his audio gets cut off by bad reception and Cody panics, picking up any other of the sixty-adjacent Executive Orders to follow just in case. Maybe 65, "get rid of your communication device"? Sounds good

- Obi-Wan is the one to pick up that call and booooy does he have questions regarding this order 66 business, chancellor

- Anakin snaps out of his stupor after his dark side-induced violent outburst (killing mace) and does a full 180⁰ spin into a light-side induced violent outburst (killing palpatine) before he's able to issue the order

- zilo beast just fucking. Smashes his window and eats him whole.

why is privacy so eroded. I get treated like a nutcase if I say no, I don't want strange companies taking pictures of my home and putting them online for maps or whatever. I don't want to be in the background of your tiktok, and I think it's weirder for you to assume I'm okay with it than it is for me to politely ask you to refilm it so my face isn't in the frame. I don't enjoy handing my employer a list of every online account I have and feeling under surveillance when I'm just shit posting or sharing pictures of my cats or garden harvest. I don't want to hear your private calls on speaker on the bus, esp when the person on the line doesn't know you're broadcasting their words to strangers. I don't want an algorithm guessing what will piss me off the most so I spend more time online, engaging with shit I don't want to see or hear out of outrage. I don't want any of this. it's total ass.

I dunno man. I found out today that a subway sandwich is $14 now. A shitty subway footlong sandwich that isn't actually 12 inches long and is occasionally made with expired ingredients and was never a great option to start with. I ate those in high school because I was broke and at the mall a lot.

There are poke bowls in my city from a local place for $16. Super fresh fish and veg, warm rice, more than I can eat in one sitting, for the price of a sandwich and a drink at america's most mid-tier sandwich shop.

Someone in another post said (paraphrased) you used to be able to get something mediocre for cheap, but now the mediocre things cost as much as the nice things so why would you?
