I think that anyone who isn't diabetic who uses prescription drugs like ozempic because they want to lose 10 pounds are pathetic garbage. The more these people are using medications for selfish reasons, the less resources that people with diabetes have.
As a diabetic who's on an weekly injection, I roll my eyes at people when they use a diabetic medication because they want weight loss. There's better ways of losing weight than stealing from diabetic people. And now I'm seeing studies saying that ozempic is causing these issues for non-diabetics makes me face palm. It's like some medications aren't simply made for everyone.

General Tips for Deity Work
Please don't treat them like tools.
Deities are not obligated to help you, even if you do everything "correctly" to ask. They're not like machines, nor are they intended to be used like ingredients in a recipe.
They're deity. which means treat them with the respect they deserve, as you should with people. This includes but isn't limited to respecting their boundaries, building a relationship with them before asking for favors, and continuing to thank them for their time. Respect that they have their own lives and responsibilities, as you would want someone to respect yours and your own time and energy. Respect that your will is not the center of their universe. Respect them as individuals and not just for the things they give out.

Planners that I will be using in 2024
Hobonichi weeks: this is my tried and true when it comes to my "go everywhere" planner. I take this planner everywhere and Its made for me to write as I go
Hobonichi A6 daily planner: This is my diary/ mental health journal. I will be using the daily planner aspect to be journaling. The monthly planner is more "generic" given the focus on the diary.
Erin Condren Life planner: this will be my ultimate planner for both my final schedules and for various important events and appointments for my family and my social groups I'm in.
I know my stuff is a lot and many people probably won't understand but this way of having a system for my planning helps me keep control over my time and helps with my anxiety and ocd.
