Today I’m making sweetcorn rice for lunch boxes so I’ve been in a hurry all morning.

Summer is already over, so this might be the year’s last sweetcorn rice... D:

Maybe this evening I’ll stir fry sweetcorn rice with butter and other ingredients to make pilaf ♥ ✧✧✧

Sweetcorn rice can be both Japanese style and western style, how versatile. :) ♥♥♥

Then I guess I’ll add stewed pumpkin, my son’s request of octopus and stewed konjac. :) ✧

I always think pumpkin cut into small pieces for lunch boxes is kind of small and cute. lol ♥

21 September 2017: A lunch box that can be eaten in 30 minutes.

It’s small...

I wonder if this is enough...

While thinking that, I packed everything in, but it doesn’t fit at all. orz

In the end, it’s a super simple lunch box...

I decided to put two layers of omelette. lol ♥

I put in hijiki seaweed with dried daikon strips, carrot and dried shiitake mushrooms, chikuwa fish cake and fried tofu :) ♥

For the sake of my slow-eating son, it’s a lunch box that can be eaten in 30 minutes ✧✧✧

Mustard spinach rice. :) ♥

It’s rice with mustard spinach stir-fried in sesame oil, katsuobushi and soy sauce for seasoning, but it’s very popular with my son :) ✧✧✧

It’s simple so I often put this in his lunch box :) ♪♪♪
