Basically Bucky knew that the mind control from Hydra was still partially in his mind. Bucky decided that until they could figure out how to get rid of it the safest thing for everyone was for him to go back to sleep. I personally didn't like it.

So I got to watch CA:CW an it was just incredible ...my only question is .............................................
