Who is also ruthless and unforgiving to anyone who wrongs her and her friends and can't stand people who are close-minded? when they lower their wands the look on albus’s face as he’s looking at gellert (who by the way is fucking crying at this point) the pain and heartbreak in his face when he realises gellert isn’t going to hurt him because after all these years he still loves him. like gellert is literally stood there shaking looking like an absolute emotional wreck because he just realised as he felt the beat of albus’s heart that he’d actually rather lose everything than harm him. the thought of albus not existing anymore is not worth the power, it’s not worth anything. he could have easily killed albus as he turned away but he doesn’t. love wins. this is the most romantic shit i’ve seen in years
