Preparation of the truffles: In a small bowl, mix the white chocolate and cream. Melt in the microwave in gentle pulses of 20 seconds, and mix in between. Transfer to the freezer for 3 hours. Form 20 balls and store in the freezer. 2. Prepare the chocolate balls: Melt the dark chocolate and butter. Add the milk and mix well. If the mixture is still hot let it cool completely. In a large bowl, mix the biscuits, sift in the cocoa, add the sugar and salt. Mix well. Add the melted chocolate and mix until a uniform mixture is obtained. 4. Assembling the balls: Form 20 balls from the mixture. Push into each white chocolate truffle, close the ball and drizzle to get a smooth circle. Coat coconut and refrigerate until served. * Note that the frozen white chocolate balls soften quickly outside the freezer, so when designing the balls it is recommended to take out a few truffles at a time and keep the rest in the freezer.
