i know we're all sick of self-care being a marketing tactic now, but i don't think a lot of us have any other concept of self-care beyond what companies have tried to sell us, so i thought i'd share my favorite self-care hand out

Life is filled with goodbyes, Eve, a million goodbyes, and it hurts every time. Sometimes, I feel like I've lost so much, I have to find new things to lose. All I know is, there must be a divine point to it all, and it's just over my head. That when we die, it will all come clear. And then we'll say, "So that was the damn point." And sometimes, I think there's no point at all, and maybe that's the point. All I know is most people's lives are a great disappointment to them and no one leaves this earth without feeling terrible pain. And if there is no divine explanation at the end of it all, well… that's sad.

So like. Not what you'd consider "cold" just in general, but rather specifically for where YOU live (for example: 6c/43f might be considered "cold" if you live in Florida). I see a lot of Tumblr users defending the cold on here, so I'm wondering what temperatures they're actually talking about. For me anyway "cold" automatically translates to be anything below freezing - but I'm not fully convinced that 90% of Tumblr is Actually yearning for below freezing temps.

(My ideal temperature range is around 10c-20c, but a bit below 10c can be nice and refreshing as well. Above 20c depends on what I'm doing - and anything above 25c is too much.)

i don't know if you see the intent of my question, i don't know how much can you see the cruelty of the conditions being enforced, i don't know how much do any of you know your strength in forcing change, whatever the case that may be i hope you exercise that power and i hope it's soon, help is needed please.

i need everyone to take up the cause i haven't been able to be here and for some reason i thought help would keep coming to my friend @kholoodpals, and it has! but not for two days and not in a capacity her family can be safe yet, what we do with these gfms is as essential as anything that aims to free and help palestinians survive, they must heal and rebuild, and costs have kept worsening, through a genocide, can you believe this hell?

if you can please talk to kholood, adopt this campgain, or any other that you have trusted before, we really need to push efforts into something worth and if it's not picking up a gun at least here look at your worth make a change as well, i beg of you to help. share and donate as soon as possible please.
