Tips on how to make your home safe
1.  Add security cameras
Security camera is a fantastic device for home safety, and it can work both as a hindrance and a safety tool. If a crime happens, surveillance cameras can help you to collect proofs.
As the main entrance and exit of a home is important. Mostly people have security cameras outside their homes this can be good but the one downside to this is that it costs a lot of money not only do you have to have the surveillance system installed you also need a bunch of cameras this can sometimes cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars.
but if you're not in a budget and still want to protect your home don't worry you can for around twenty dollars you can get yourself a fake security camera thieves won't know the difference and it looks super realistic of course this won't be able to catch anyone's face if they do break in but most of the time a thief seeing a security camera leaves they won't want to break in seeing is the main way burglars get caught is by security cameras this means many of them don't target houses that have them.
If you have budget then you should buy the Best Wireless Home Security Cameras and Surveillance Systems so that whenever a thief tries to enter your property, you can get alarmed  for the activity. This will also reduce the chance of getting burgled.
2.  Hide valuables
There are some ways to hide valuables that no one's ever seen before. If you have expensive jewelry you could wrap it up in a clean diaper no burglars going to risk opening up a diaper so put all your valuables in there and then wrap it up putting it somewhere safe another thing you could do is clean a jar of rice or sugar etc. and then put your valuables in there burglars won't search through all your food jars.
So this way you'll keep your valuables safe and if you didn't want to do these super sneaky things you could just do the basic things such as not leaving out watches and jewelry on your countertops just doing something simple like putting it in a drawer or under your bed could be the difference between it being stolen and not stolen.
3.  Check your Locks
If you notice scratches on your lock it might mean that burglars have tried to open it before you open the door and enter your home check your locks so you can react quickly if there's an emergency.
4. Train a dog to protect your home
Usually, Burglars want to target homes that are easy to approach, and a dog may be the first line of defense to deterring theft. Dogs can protect your home with heighted senses of hearing and smell. Its beneficial for your home security if you train your dog because a dog can detect dangers you can’t and having a dog make you feel safer. if they notice any danger, they tend to stay on alert until the problem is resolved.
5. Keep Your Yard Free of Tools and Ladders
Sometimes all thieves need a little help to break into a home. Some gardening tools can be used for breaking windows and doors and a ladder is an invitation to enter in the house through second story window.
6. Say Fake Goodbyes
If you’re going to your office and you are the last one to leave the house, pretend to say goodbye to someone at your home as you leave. This offers the impression to everyone watching that there is someone at home and likely will make burglars think twice about breaking in.
