Basically, I'd put down one thing per box. Could be at the beginning of the week, or at the beginning of each day. They were somewhat challenging but accomplishable tasks. Here's some examples of stuff I might put down, although I'd probably repeat some (e.g., get up before 10am every day that week):

Once I did one of them, I'd cross it off/tick it off/put a sticker over it. It felt good to feel like I was accomplishing something, and over time I could slowly do bigger things. "Open my uni emails" turned into "reply to one email" turned into "do 10 minutes of my assignment" and so on.

Hopefully this helps someone. Be kind to yourselves, you're doing your best and that's fucking impressive, no matter what ❤️

literally fuck companies that don't want their employees to act "unprofessional" in front of customers. I'm at a five guys rn and the employees here are joking around calling orders back and forth to each other and saying things in weird voices and laughing with each other while they work. Someone just came in for their shift while I was waiting for my food and was greeted by the whole kitchen with a secret handshake lookin thing. It was so silly and cute I love seeing ppl have fun at work and I know my food's gonna be bomb bc the ppl there are having fun with each other.
