In the process of sketching out Hornet's alternate outfits I decided to completely remake her main reference drawing, and with that she got a bit of a redesign. Including a pair of extra arms, small and useless, basically vestigial. I know I said before that I wouldn't give her four arms so this is a good middle ground I think

Another thing I did yesterday. Since Vyrm is leucistic, I thought it would be fun to see what he'd look like with non-leucistic wyrm colors, and then I decided to throw in albino and melanistic versions as well.

A complete remake of an old drawing I did studying Vyrm's anatomy, for worldbuilding and reference.

I like the idea of his fat isn't as much a result of eating too much (though it definitely contributes) as it is an adaptation for living on the surface in the cold climate of Dirtmouth. Something like seal blubber, which provides him insulation and protects him from bumps and injuries.

Added some more design details as well, just to have them all in one place. Also I drew him with nostrils, for reference. Which is mildly cursed, I don't think I'll start incorporating that into my art unless something changes my mind haha
