Why won't Disney give Motorcity a second chance? What do we need to do to convince them to give the IP to someone like Netflix? Why did Abraham want to build a city? Was Mike's sister going to be a villain or a burner?

Because Disney is kind of shitty with their IPs tbh :x There was a petition years ago to try and get the IP back, but they won’t let go of it. I wish that we would have at least gotten a DVD/Blu Ray release of the show

1st year head rotation, lip sync and expression change assignment

Mike Chilton from Motorcity (watch it if you can! it’s sooo great and deserves more love ;A;)

pulled an all nighter and was up for pretty much 36 hours straight… and had to do two exams in that time… dont do that it’s not worth it… 

as much as I adore Mike he took so long to rotate and i had to redo the rotation alone multiple times and then there was one frame in particular that just took even more tries… and the lip sync itself took a while to figure out the timing…also had to make a lot of adjustments to him for consistency and to rotate…

unfortunately because of all the time i sunk into the rotation and lip sync the expression change suffered. I had breakdowns i wanted to put in but because it was 4:00 in the morning i just made tweens instead. it’s a shame because i’m so satisfied with how the first bit turned out. maybe if i have time in the summer i’ll fix the expression change.

I rewatched a few episodes of Motorcity.  Jfc I miss this show. I love the idea of Capri Chilton having left Deluxe when Mike was a jnr cadet, seeing how corrupt it was but choosing to just get out instead of fight for Motorcity, Mike was too young and enthralled by Kane to go with her, so she came back a few years later on the back of a chunky bike to get him to go away with her but he refuses to leave. She goes to leave but recieves a distress signal from Chuck asking anyone, out there, for help. She goes in guns blazing and saves the Burners instead of meeting up with her fellow bikers. In the end she leaves Motorcity, but she and Mike are on better terms.  I took the scarf/skeleton design from this lovely person
