【Jason + Winter/Christmas headcanons】

-Camp Crystal Lake is absolutely gorgeous around the holidays, and since it’s cold there are fewer intruders for him to have to deal with (which is a big plus.) But the few that do come are much easier to track in the snow.

-Now that he has a s/o though, you’re a big part of what he loves about the season! He loves to cuddle up with you by the fireplace and drink hot chocolate while watching the snow fall around the campground outside.

-Jason just loves spending time with you. Reading a book, watching a movie, making cookies, decorating, building snowmen, he can’t get enough no matter what you’re doing together.

-Jason likely doesn’t know anything about other winter holidays, but he’s more than happy to learn about your culture if you don’t celebrate Christmas.

-Snowball fight? Snowball fight. Except he refuses to throw one at you and he basically teleports, so good luck ever getting a hit.

-Remember to keep him warm! He is basically a zombie after all, so if he stays outside too long he might actually freeze. Think Jason X, you’d probably find him frozen in place, mid axe/machete swing. Thaw him out with some warm water and then bring him back inside for cuddles. And make sure he wears more layers next time, poor thing.

-Whether you can swim or not, the lake being frozen over is a huge relief for Jason. Just don’t let him catch you trying to walk on it..

-However, if it is solid enough, seize this opportunity to go/learn skating! Good luck if you try to teach this behemoth of a man to do something as graceful as ice skating, though. He likely just watches you and hopes the ice doesn’t break. Whether he caves in and tries it or not, he does make a mental note that the skates would make a good weapon if need-

-Wait a minute. !!! Y/N has KNIVES on their FEET. Momma bear mode activated. Now you’re definitely not skating without him there to watch over you. No buts, Y/N.
