Hello. My name is Futaki Kanata, president of the Disciplinary Committee. Under my watch, rule breaking will not be tolerated; please do not underestimate my committee or our authority; our job is to keep everything in order, and we intend to do that no matter what. Do not expect us to do lightly on you if you do not behave. While you may stop and say hello if you'd like to, I'm quite busy. Do not be offended if we can't talk for long, be cause a certain troublemaker always has me on my toes.
