a lot of thoughts on this. i've been into this manga since i was 8-9, and icl there's a lot of fan service, but there's nothing wrong with critiquing that and the people who agree with the ship. i know the argument of it having supposed to been a BL is a thing, and i could see that, seeing as yana toboso has previously made other questionable BL works – but i personally really wouldn't say black butler constitutes as a BL as it is right now, and the fan service has luckily significantly decreased since the earlier chapters. if you disagree with me, if you ship that ship, whatever, i'm not stopping you from interpreting it how you choose to. but this post is just ridiculous to me. god forbid i'm not trying to see child x adult content because the fandom is full of weird shit.... a little weird bro you're 37....... it's almost like you missed the point of my post.......
