it’s eleven twenty two & i am thinking about henry winter smearing the dirt from bunny’s grave on his chest. he will live with that stain forever, the guilt of what he did will consume him, the first person to grant him unconditional love and he shoved him off of a cliff. henry paints himself as unfeeling, and he may very well be an evil, evil man, but you can’t tell me that watching the family of the man he killed grieve didn’t affect him all the way to the climax of the book.
