I think I’ve had what feels like the craziest weekend on the planet but I don’t mind it either. Promising Young Woman got an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay which, not to sound insanely biased, was well deserved and I’m just over the moon about it! Though I think the best part of the night was Harrison Ford’s entire presence and I’ll stand by that. Anyways, for the next few days I’m gonna bury myself in a cocoon of blankets, order plenty of take out to keep me going for the next week and just binge on whatever the hell I wanna watch – though suggestions are welcome. Congrats on the win! I really should start planning a birthday party for my son, but I have until June to plan it. The only thing is I kind of wait until the last minute to do things so I really need to start planning it.

Well you doing all of that stuff is what makes you who you are so if they can’t handle it I guess it’s their problem. I haven’t been on a date in what seems like forever so I don’t really have any stories to tell you.

Uh, mostly all of the Law & Orders and CSIs and NCIS and… all of the acronyms. I watch a fair bit of children’s TV thanks to my baby, too, but if I didn’t take time to watch shows for mom I’d go insane. It’s nice to meet you, Rosie!

Oh okay I got you. I love true crime so when I have the time I watch it. I mostly watch it once my son goes to bed though.

Is anyone else re-obsessed with Law & Order: SVU now that Elliot Stabler’s back with his own spinoff? Just me? I totally forgot how much I used to watch SVU when I was way, way too young, but I’ve been spending all of my spare time binge watching it and remembering how much Olivia Benson was and continues to be my total hero. All that said, what have you been watching and why should I be watching it? I’m always here for recommendations, just FYI. Y’know, I dunno if I should be thankful for TikTok or kinda bitter that it’s taught me infinitely more than I ever learned in school. Like you know those giant underwater tunnels? They’re not actually underwater. They’re just under the ground which also happens to be underwater. I also learned that those giant cranes used on construction projects actually build themselves. There’s this whole contraption in the crane that helps it build itself and when I tell you I was so confused and amazed when I learned about this..I mean it. Are there any crazy facts or things you’ve learned that you had no idea about before? And before I forget, the name’s Jongin, but feel free to call me Kai. @theglamliststarters​

“ I left for a week and you’d think my daughters had thought I’d been gone for six years, well Wylda she has not let go of me since being back and now she’s passed out in my bed and then Romy at first could not have been less interested in me being back , she looked at me and said ‘ you weren’t gone long’ and then after about an hour she finally came along saying I was to never leave her that long again without her and how dare i leave her with my sister and Wylda all alone, she is also now passed out in my bed , and who knew such tiny things could take up so much room , and kick so hard in their sleeps.

How old are your girls? I’ve got a little boy myself who was happy to see me back home. It lasted a few minutes until he got distracted by something else.

Yeah that’s very true, but I also have an almost four year old running around. I’ll probably start my spring cleaning soon and do a little bit at a time.
