I usually look in the "#promos" tag, you can find a lot of RP blogs there! Also in #starter call, #open rp, #roleplay, #rp, and other tags like that. Posting your own stuff in those tags is good too. There are blogs dedicated to help finding roleplays as well such as roleplayfinder and findroleplay (the two I usually use) where you can send an ask if you're looking for something specific, or look at whats already posted. Hope that helps! :3

(You can also look at the blogs other RP blogs follow and who they interact with and get a whole list of blogs to follow from there, too!)
