Okay I've been out sick from school for like 2 days because I hate sniffling and maxing out my coughing pass in class around stinky teenagers, and quite frankly I'm glad.

I've also been like ghosting my only friend?? I've sent her countless TikToks but no actual words except for "ts pmo sm imo" (sarcasm) on some random ass video.

We might get a day off with the storm tomorrow, heard that the roads were going to be fucked.

Katie (no super cool magic name yet): Originally from 2018 Royale High, had an issue with a teleporter, got sent to Isabella's CURRENT universe. Made: 2/1/18

Isabella/Aurora/Cal (the Spectre, often stylized as "The Spectre"): From an alternate universe, went to Legend High (Royale High copy) from 2018-2021. Born: 11/17/02

Actively journaled until the end of high school, travelled to another universe

Lost her powers to travel universes when entering said universe.

Starts going to college

Is taken to YET ANOTHER UNIVERSE to fight random ass 12 year olds torturing Boston.

Ivan (Encore???): unintroduced character, one of the three to break into Isabella's apartment, friend's with Houston (one with the connections to the LOP)

Houston: Former employee and hero from the LOP (League of Powers), was laid off just like Isabella, has a bit of LOP within him still, former quarterback and totally peaked in highschool, and got kicked out after getting caught drinking alcohol.

What if I made it so that Isabella is actually Aurora, she works at 7-Eleven in Boston, gets fed up from fighting 12 year old little shits, kills half of them, has the FBI trying the find the Spectre, everyone is scared for their life, time skip to a few weeks later, random ass people are in Aurora's living room, she's confused as hell, they introduce themselves as Ivan, Lizzie, and Houston. They are apparently super humans, not heroes. They force the very non-compliant Aurora into a superhero group where they try to save the city from evil.

I'm most certainly going to keep brainstorming this, maybe I'll change "Aurora"'s name again, I like Isabella a lot but I'm friends with an Isabella so it's really awkward.

I remember there was this scenario on some writingtok video where a character from the main character's old life threatens the mc's reputation. I can't remember the song and I really wanna do something with that idea with the title being one of the song's quotes.

Probably not Kylie Taylor (old antagonist), Lux (old best friend), or Breena (old best friend), I'll do Ashley or one of her friends.

Writing has been scrapped

TNCQ: Reborn has been scrapped since I really need to develop the conflict better. I'm thinking of making little one shots on AO3 with other characters that I'll make up.

Struggles of writing

I hate when I have to delete 500 words because I wasn't focused on my character being affected by the conflict.

This also sucks because I have a goal of writing 1000 words a day and those 500 words were the only thing I wrote today. And the day ends in 25 minutes 🤩

Writing

I'm currently developing Isabella up, trying my best to make her unique but also different from her old character. My teacher keeps saying that in order to be a successful author you need to know the elements of fiction by heart, I don't agree with her but I won't say anything. Whenever I write a book I know I need good characterization and an actual conflict/problem/antagonist. Theme is not one of my main concerns within writing.

I have the conflict figured out, how it will go, and how it will be solved.

Tropes in fanfiction I hate

My favorite ship turning into a family.. like I don't care about the kid, that's taking away from my fluff. (This really irritates me in a story, the kid is so annoying most of the time and I wanna die on the inside.)

Character adopting another character, this was in a former fandom of mine but one of the main character's of this person page treated the other like their child?? I have no clue WTTT was a concerning fandom

This is a classic one, I hate the enemies to lovers trope.. like you two hated each other for a reason, why did you forget wh- WHERE ARE YOUR CLOTHES.

The supervillain in a story being the hero's childhood best friend, like be real with me.. Big city, one superhero, one supervillain. Out of the thousands of residents in the city the two main characters knew each other.

I'm done for right now I need to analyze that 2020 story :P
