Day 3: Alternate Universe!

This is my take on a college / cafe AU!!

Robotnik is a sleep deprived physics professor and Stone runs the local coffee shop. I imagine Robotnik comes in every evening with a ton of work, and Stone begins to recognize him over time. And if anyone asks, Robotnik keeps coming back to the same cafe because of the good coffee and NOT because of the charming handsome barista…. totally…

I think it’s very painful for Shadow that, in the end, Maria didn’t even die from her illness, but from an accident. Perhaps he really could have been her salvation, could have freed her from her affliction. But fate was against them.
